They should change their name to F- Plumbing and Heating!

I had an open house today and came home to find not one, but three of their large yellow stickers plastered over my heater, expansion tank, and hot water heater. I immediately called the number and spoke with someone who claimed to be the owner and that "their employee was out looking at properties". Interesting to see other reviews that this BS is common practice for them. AVOID THEM

Many thanks to Julie and Phil for such quick service on my AC unit. Spoke with Julie first thing in the morning and Phil was at my door within two hours. It took Phil 15 minutes to diagnose what my issue was and he was able to get the parts needed locally and had my AC up and running before the sun broke trough the clouds. Phil was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Paradigm Plumbing and Heating and their service team, they’re a great company to work with.

After our recent move, Paradigm installed a new AC system for us, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with the top-quality work.

From the phone representatives to the sales team who provided a free estimate, and the talented technicians, everyone at Paradigm is remarkable. I understand they rely solely on word of mouth for their business, which speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction they inspire.

This is the company to go to for plumbing. Exceptionally responsive and communicated well. We had a catastrophic issue with a sewage pipe due to some municipal oversight and Eric and his team were able to restore our lives in quite a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Easy to deal with on the phone. Will repeat business (though I hope I don't need to)

Paradigm was a complete pleasure to work with, throughout the whole process of installing my brand new Viessmann gas boiler. They are very reliable, reasonably priced, and perform excellent work. I feel exceptionally lucky to have found such a great company with such great people! Thank you SO MUCH, Isaac, Eli & Steve!!!

I just watched these clowns blow through a red light and cut an old lady off who had the right of way on fort eddy rd in concord. I expect my contractor to be a good human being, because professionalism should be lived, not put on when it suits you

Been working with Paradigm off and on for various home plumbing issues - most recent has been 6 months of "trying to figure out what the problem is..." Just wanted to extend high compliments for the plumber that Paradigm sent out today - Chase L. - he is smart, knowledgeable, did beautiful work on a fairly complex project involving a lot of cutting and replacing pipe, valves, etc. He was fast, efficient, and did a great job!

Quoted $735 to replace a single thermostat with no itemization and no scope explanation. When my wife declined, she was then told she owed $180 for the technician showing up, a fee that was not disclosed up front before the visit.

The technician was professional, that part was fine. But the pricing structure and the surprise dispatch charge after declining a quote felt like a pressure tactic. Customers should know about any minimum visit fee before booking, not after they say no to inflated work.

We will be using a different company going forward.

Had Paradigm fix rotted copper tubing that was leaking coolant. They did a great job and got it all fixed quickly. Big shout out to Phil Charette for leading the effort and providing quick and friendly service. He also breaks down the work in laymen terms for us. Great job, Paradigm and Phil!

Folks at LHR Plumbing & Heating do amazing work! I’ve called them out multiple times over the years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Their response time is impressively quick, scheduling is straightforward, and communication throughout the process is outstanding. Every technician who’s come to our home has been professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. Matt took great care of us today working on a water heater and he was awesome. I can’t recommend LHR highly enough!

Had a small leak in my basement, simple fix, said they needed to drain the system in order to fix it which I understand takes time. Also needed to replace about 2ft of copper pipe. Quoted me $1400!! Just got another plumber to come take a look at it he said he could get it done for $400, and he's not cheap! Don't call them for simple fixes I guess. I will say they were professional and knowledgeable, the prices are just insane

Great to get an appointment the following day. Considering Julian was here for over 3 hours very reasonable cost. He thoroughly checked drains were working properly and even fixed the slope on the existing pipe in the basement. I had called for sinks backing up and slow drains we decided to replace under kitchen sink and they definitely needed it. Happy now & would definitely recommend. LHR

Mike was extremely professional, courteous, and clearly very skilled. He and his assistant were both polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. Their workmanship and attitude truly reflected a high standard of customer service. I would also like to share a small concern regarding the payment process. While I understand that situations can vary, my interaction with management was not as smooth as the excellent service provided by your technicians. LHR did a quick and awesome work with a plumbing leak off of my wall, it wasn't easy to locate because of the location of the leak but Josh was very thorough with his investigation to find the thread sized hole and the followup team patched the leak very well.

The best part was their quick showing within hours of the first call while I had my water shut off and basically no water at home for > 15 hrs. I highly recommend the team.

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday morning. We called around for estimates and had a couple of places come out, including the area's most popular businesses. We called LHR at 11:30 AM, and they were at our door within 10 minutes. They provided an estimate within 15 minutes and had the water heater installed within 5 hours of the call. They were less than half the price of the nearest estimate, fully insured, and backed by a warranty for their work. They also handled the warranty for the hot water heater that went out. The best service I've received in a long time. They even came back out to replace a faucet aerator that clogged during system testing.

Great service. I will definitely use it again and highly recommend it.

We finally gave in and decided to hire a plumber rather than keep trying to fix a leaking toilet ourselves. We called LHR plumbing and right away knew we chose a great company! They were quick to answer the phone (and we spoke to a real person, no buttons to push!). They were able to schedule a repair to be done in 2 days. They did need to reschedule for the day after our appointment, but were able to arrive by 9 am. The manager called me with all pertinent information ahead of time and was extremely nice. They sent a confirmation with the name and a picture of the plumber that was coming to our house. I thought that was so great! Mack showed up right on time, discussed our options and was able to replace the toilet and the whole system within 2 hours. He was so nice, professional and efficient. I feel like we made the choice that worked for us with no coercion or upselling. Very refreshing!! We will use this company again if needed and recommend them to others! Thank you all.

The technicians who came to our home were polite, respectful, and thorough. They did a good job identifying the issue — deteriorated tub caulking and a corroded pipe — and addressed the plumbing concern.

However, the caulking work itself was not done neatly. The lines are uneven and the finish does not reflect professional quality. Because of this, I am disappointed with that portion of the service.

I am hopeful the company will stand behind its work and correct the caulking so it reflects the level of quality I expected when hiring professionals.

After my original review, LHR contacted me and followed through on their promise to redo the caulking. The technicians were pleasant, professional, and clearly committed to resolving the issue.

I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its work and takes concerns seriously. Their follow-through and professionalism are why I am updating this to five stars. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Had some hot water problems over the past few months and noticed our heating bill was more expensive than usual. Contacted Pilot Plumbing to look at the hot water issue, our water heater had heating element fail after it developed a small leak.
I mentioned the expensive heating bill and assumed it was related. Mike pointed out our boiler was almost 35 years old and not as efficient as it once was. We had him replace the boiler also. Now our house stays warmer with a lower bill!
