Excellent job done! The technician has solid knowledge and excellent skill to detect the source problem of my basement water leak in a second and verified my heater had bad parts. He immediately took action to fix the problem, ordering new parts, replacing the bad ones and verifying the problem was fixed indeed. Very nice technician and very good communication. I really appreciate this service.

My shower drain wasn’t draining properly; a complete backup of water would generate when running the water. Requested support and the appointment was scheduled within 3 days of calling. A rep came in and immediately diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes the job was complete and my shower drain was back to optimal standards. Fantastic, quick and swift work by the plumber himself. Would highly recommend!

I waited months to have this work done anticipating a cost of most of a grand. Eric solve two problems in less than an hour for $251. I could have done this months ago! This is the second time Paul the Plumber has made my life more comfortable. I highly recommend!

I was 100% satisfied with the work they performed and how clean they left my area. In fact, Zach twisted his knee and was in serious discomfort but would NOT leave until the job was done. Now that is the real meaning of customer service and satisfaction. I could write many more testimonials but this will be enough for now. I had a new gas furnace installed by Bill Trombly Plumbing & Heating. I converted from oil to gas and wasn’t sure how tricky of a process it’d be and didn’t know what to expect. The Trombly team took the time and explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. Every interaction I had with them was excellent. Paul, Cheryl, and Mary were very responsive to calls and e-mails and were very professional. The installation team of Alex and Brendan were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and efficient but more importantly they were polite, professional, and very easy to talk to.

Before the furnace install I also had some drain repair work done by them. Mike and John were great! They were hard workers and completed the job quickly.

Dave B, our technician, was knowledgeable and communicated ahead of each step of the service including what he planned to do and the projected cost. He was friendly, conversational and trustworthy. Unrelated to Dave’s work, our only suggestion relates to the scheduling of the appointment window. We understand it was a very busy day but we would have appreciated a text or call when it was unlikely that the technician would be able to get to our house despite scheduling this appointment nearly two weeks ago. Fortunately our experience with Dave was terrific! He got our drain working again.

Mike and Leo arrived and did an amazing job, they treated our home as though it was there own . They placed, mats, plastic, wore shoe covering and cleaned up after the work. The installation work was the best work we have seen in a long time. We were also impressed that Scott Beaule (operations manager) came to check on the progress of the work. It’s worth it to pay just a little more and know it work is DONE RIGHT the first time. No cheap Home Depot parts either.

I wish I could give negative number of stars. I am complaining to the state of new Hampshire.

Recently I had an issue with the pressure relief valve installed on my well pressure tank. It started to leak. I called for an appointment and was told that the fee for the visit was $120 before any work was done.

The next day Jim arrived in the mid-afternoon. I showed him the tank, pressure switch and relief valve. He worked on a tablet pc for a minute and then told me it would cost $500 just to diagnose the issue. That was in addition to the $120 for showing up.

I knew the issue. The possible problems were the tank, switch and valve.

I told him there was no way I would pay $500 for diagnosis. Out of curiosity I asked how much to replace all the parts, Tank, Tee, Switch, Pressure relief valve, and pressure gauge.

He came back with a price of $5001.00. I was incredulous. I knew that all the parts were under $600. I was expecting an estimate of $1000.

I said no way and paid him the $120 for showing up.

I went to F.W Webb, purchased all the parts for $550, and did the job in three hours.

Both the cost to diagnose and replace the components were criminally high. There is now way that can be justified.

Never do business with Bill Trombly \ Sanford. Especially if you are not knowledgeable about the systems you need help with

Have had multiple projects done but recently have been finding issues, like the baseboard piping rammed through a closet wall instead of being drilled out and a lot of pex tubing clips that were hammered in too hard and have cracked and broken leaving sagging lines.

Dripping condensation from the mini split line in different spots because of insulation missing.

A water filtration system directly connected to the sewer with out an airgap. There was an airgap but the pressure of toilets flushing was causing water to come out. They fixed it by sealing it up.
I am terrified on what my family and I have been drinking…
