Fair and professional guys, it’s hard to find a reasonably priced plumbing company these days!

Great company and great work!

Highly recommend Sarette! They came and swapped out my faucet and they were able to answer all of my questions.

I had new countertops installed and an undermount sink and i contracted Sarette Bros Plumbing. My wife and i could not be happier with the work. They came on schedule , put down flor protection and proceeded to complete the work. They reworked our waste lines and install a garbage disposal. The 2 plumbers were polite and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for your lumbing work and i would use them again!!

Fantastic company. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, communication was top notch and they took care of my problem immediately. 3 people who looked at my furnace beforehand had said it was “fine” it was just the extremely cold temps that caused it to burn through 3/4 a tank in 3 weeks. I had a gut feeling those guys were wrong so I got hooked up with Sarette Bros. Thank God! They found and replaced completely corroded electrodes, a broken fan switch, took out 10 lbs of crud, replaced a dirty filter and placed a missing one, and evaluated the efficiency of the system based on the location of the thermostat and ductwork. These guys know what they’re doing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This is an honest, recent review of a local HVAC/Plumbing company . We want to support local businesses if possible. That being said, our 1st experience with this local business didn't go very well.

We initially contacted them to have a small valve replaced at our boiler as it was dripping. I asked for an estimate of the price upfront, and was informed without seeing it, they were unable to provide that. I also sent a picture of the valve that was leaking and still no estimate. When they arrived, they were cordial and professional. After taking a quick look at the valve, they also decided to replace the check valve adjacent to the dripping valve, even though it seemed to be functioning perfectly. They proceeded to complete the work and were essentially leaving the driveway in approx. 30 minutes.

During our conversation with them, we asked them to stop at the front door before they left. They basically said "we will write up a slip and it will be mailed to you" We assumed that at the very least we would get a paper receipt of what was done before they left. Well, they left without giving us a price, a work order, a receipt, anything. I had to call the office and asked what the total bill would be.

Later that day they got back to me and quite honestly, I almost fell off the chair. $540.00 for less than 30 minutes and a simple shutoff valve installation. I was informed that $212.00 was their minimum just to come out to a home. We were never told any of this up front even though I asked.
They indicated that the valves (one of which was not required, but "suggested") cost them over $200.00. This may be true, but we were able to easily find the replacement valves in both HD and Amazon for $65.00, for BOTH valves. Since we had originally sent them pictures of the valve to be replaced, they knew beforehand what they planned to use as a new valve, but never informed us that it was far more expensive than what a typically valve would be. The valves seem to be overkill for such a simple replacement, but we as the customer had no opportunity to not have them install it should we have decided that.

The installation seems professional, but the price was sky high for such a simple job. Being a local resident, we were assuming in good faith to build relationships with local businesses, but that is obviously not the case. Its clear to us they are driven solely by money, not customer relationships.
Also, there is no indication from anyone what the warranty is on the work performed, its all just a total mystery working with this company.
Since then, we reached out to (2) separate contractors who indicated there is nothing at all unusual or difficult about this routine job and they confirmed (what we had researched before we ever contacted Sarette), which is that the absolute most this should have cost was $250-$300. Sarette installed the valves they chose, but gave the customer no option, no opportunity / choice to refuse this installation if we wanted to.

The installers were fine, but whomever is responsible for the final cost should understand that you may have gotten the bill paid this go-around, you have lost what would have been a loyal and repeat customer going forward. An expensive lesson for sure, but a valuable lesson all the same, that not all businesses see value in their customers, just the bottom line.

We fully understand its a business, but frankly we felt taken advantage of by this company and would not use, nor recommend their services again.

I could not be more pleased with the response time, professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable pricing for this company. They have been incredible each and every time we have used them. Ken Bliss at Sarette Brothers has been super responsive, helpful and reliable. Every one of their workers have been friendly, knowledgeable and has left a clean and tidy work area. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with St. Onge plumbing. Brandon is very responsive. They were careful not to make a mess & did great work!

Brandon/St. Onge did a great job installing a filter, softener, and UV system in my house! Highly recommend him - personal, honest, great work ethic, nice guy!!

Have used St Onge a few times and highly recommend. Trevor came out to reroute condensate pump drain line, as it kept freezing outside with the recent cold temps. He completed a clean job, rerouting it to laundry drain, helped with furnace maintenance, and changed water filter. He gave knowledgeable advice and answered all questions I had regarding maintenance etc as a new homeowner.

Brandon, the owner, is particularly nice and easy to work with over the phone.

I would not hesitate to recommend St Onge to anyone and will gladly use them in future

Andy was fantastic, he came out for an emergency visit. A carpet company punctured our heating pipes and he had to chisel away a bunch of concrete to get to the section and fully replace it. He was thorough, talked to us about everything he was doing, made sure to turn the water back on and gave some insight on what could be done in the future to make our furnace run even better. I will 100% go through him next time I need anything in the plumbing world. Will recommend him to anyone else in need as well.

Andy as been our go-to plumber for years. He shows up promptly at the agreed upon time, does excellent work, is personable, knowledgeable, and always seems to have all the parts in his truck necessary for the job -- even when there's something unexpected.

I highly recommend Andy for all plumbing needs. He has worked on a few jobs with us now, including annual maintenance on a tankless hot water heater and a broken spigot. If there is an issue, Andy can diagnose and fix it thoroughly, explaining everything he is doing along the way and why. He really knows his stuff, he’s prompt, and we appreciate that he’s a local small business, as well.

Andy came highly recommended by friends. He replaced the "vacation" valve and box to our washing machine and replumbed the supply lines under our kitchen sink so the sprayer hose no longer catches on the cutoff valve. Andy was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He put down floor protecting cloths before starting work, which was really nice. He did a great job on the plumbing, minimized the drywall work that will need to be done after, and did a great job cleaning up. The price was reasonable and came out very close to the initial estimate. I highly recommend AMP Plumbing & Heating! The next time I need some plumbing work done, I'll definitely be giving them a call.
