The first time I called Harley Plumbing and Heating, we had a pump in our basement sink fail and the sink wouldn't drain. They were kind, easy to deal with, prompt, and did good work. They weren't cheap but (1) I can't get any other plumber to answer a phone and (2) all plumbers are expensive. I was not surprised with the price as I know all pumping is expensive. At least it was done right and I won't have to call again.
I called them about a 2 months later to have them install a bathroom faucet. They were prompt, did good work, and kind. I haven't had a problem with that faucet.

2022: Trying to get a plumbing issue addressed since 1/3/2022. Tech came, stood next to pump cover - stated drain pipe "clogged". That is what they said in 4/2020 - paid to blow out pipe - NO CLOG. Then paid to have pump replaced - $$$$ Only 1 year pump warranty. .... I asked the tech are going to take up cover and look to see if it's the pump? He asked " do you want me to?" "Well yeah, I do, why don't we at least look for the $125 I am paying for this". Can't get here til 2/24. Thank you for taking my hard earned money for NOTHING. BEWARE WORTHLESS - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - Highly recommend American Concrete- fixed in under 2.5 hrs, reasonable and 3 years warranty on the pump they sell.

Harley Plumbing is such a wonderful service! They came in and fixed all the plumbing in my master bathroom, I had horrible leaking and now everything is all better. They were very efficient! Gary is awesome and so are his employees! I will keep recommending them to whoever needs plumbing done right! Thanks again.

Harley P&H was very quick to help me when every other place around had a month or so waiting list. Marcus was professional and clearly cared about getting our problem fixed. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Called them to inquire about replacing my water main, it is in rough shape and the Water Co needs to replace the meter but they can't do it due to the condition of the main coming in. Talked to Harley, explained the situation and they setup an appointment to have somebody come over. The plumber arrived on time, was pleasant and seemed happy to answer questions, but on simply seeing the main he immediately announced that they do not do that kind of work, charged me $95 for the "service call" and left with no referrals or options.

If Harley doesn't do that kind of work, they should have said that on the phone. But I guess they couldn't whack me for the $95 if they did that. I wouldn't have minded the $95 if they had done something, anything, or even given me some referrals, there would have been value in that. But to do absolutely nothing, bill me and leave was a complete waste of my $95 bucks.

I have had very good experiences with Harley. I had a leak in my well tank that was causing water in my cellar. They came within 1 hour and replaced the tank as needed. I was pleased with the prompt response and felt the cost was reasonable.

We lost our water yesterday and called Harley the Plumber. We were told we needed a new Submersible Pump for our well. It was Sunday so we knew the rates would be a little higher. But I'm getting so much flack from friends and neighbors about what crooks you guys are, it made me wonder. I went online to Franklin Submersible Pumps and entered all the info on our new one. You charged us $2,500., a new pump costs between $400-485. I cannot believe that you scalped us that much!!! The gentleman who came was very nice, he was here for about 4 hours, and very professional. But I can't believe the cost. We won't be using your services again. You should be ashamed for what you charge people who are in a bind. Have a little compassion for God's sake!!

We hired Harleys plumbing to identify and fix the cause of a leak in our kitchen. The technician that came out was friendly but did not figure out the problem as he couldn't identify how to pull out the dishwasher; he did, however, tell us that the faucet was leaking and was the cause of why we had water bubbling up through the floor. This was wholly wrong.

In addition, we were charged a $100 "same day" service fee that we were never told about. In fact, they had told us they couldn't send anyone for multiple days but would put us on a list and call us if something opened up. Later that day they called and I agreed to let them come out. Again, at no time were we made aware of the same-day service fee.

Two days after the technician had visited we had water bubbling up through the floor in even more places in the kitchen. I called Harleys over the weekend, and someone answered and was unfriendly and sounded quite bothered by my call. He said they'd send someone on Monday. Monday afternoon I called to see where the technician was, and I was told that they didn't know and that they were already busy before I let them know they needed to come back. He provided further attitude so I cancelled their visit and we called Nichols Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and they arrived and identified our problem in 30 minutes.

I called Harley's to get credited for some of the exorbitant charge and the person I spoke to was again very argumentative, defensive, and blamed me for not giving Harleys a chance to correct their mistakes and so would not agree to refund anything. At this point the $700 is out the window, but I will be very certain to make sure everyone I know is aware that they do not seem to have the integrity necessary to be a vendor I would ever use again in the future.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Work is top notch.

My well pump stopped working... I called at 11 and by 5:30 I had a new well pump installed and water running. Fast efficient and wonderful attitude!

D.Adams, called Mike first thing this morning with water pump/tank issue. He was here in a snow storm and resolved the issue quickly. He and his worker were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Charged a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Wellman Plumbing.

Emailed back and forth for more than 3wks trying to get an estimate scheduled for an arsenic removal system. Obviously he didn't need my business. Very unprofessional

This young man is very honest and polite. He also explains what he is saying so you understand. I would recommend him to anyone.

Hes a funny guy but to the point

Joe recently helped us out when we discovered our only toilet was leaking. He returned calls promptly, fit us into his schedule right away, got us back in operation as quick as possible. He also noticed and corrected a couple other problems while here. Pleasant to work with, neat-clean-successful repairs, and very reasonable cost. Thanks, Joe. October, 2015

Cornerstone is a great company to deal with. They helped me get my heater going and their rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cornerstone is wonderful. I have the utmost respect for their work. They diagnosed and fixed problems left by another plumber, and took the time to walk me through the process step by step. I would definitely recommend them.

These folks are absolutely amazing. I cannot praise their work, courtesy, availability more!

We are two retired navy warship drivers — we didn’t fix plumbing or do heating/cooling, etc. We drove ships. We ran combat.

So when anything water related happens in our 34 year old home, my first comment to my husband is “call them”…because I don’t need us and our amateur selves flooding our basement (or worse).

These guys take it in stride, come in an *always* timely manner and do fantastic and trustworthy work.

If you live in their service area, call them first.

The toilet stopped working. Thank you so much to Mike and Wendy for coming to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon (in the snow, no less!).

So twice they were scheduled for our plumbing job. The first time they didn’t show, we called and the office staff said they should be at our house. We called again, spoke to Mike who said they weren’t coming (after we waited three hours) because they had to finish a job from the day before. The second time they were scheduled to come, three hours late for the confirmed job date we called and they said they would arrive after lunch... they never arrived or called.
