We run the Claddagh Motel. We had a tank in which the pump went out. They pumped it out, diagnosed it, and fixed in less than 5 hours. It was the Friday before the 4th of July and they got it done without any disturbance or down time for our guests... very impressive!!! Thank you Mike!!

No call no show. I do not recommend any service from Brookside.

I called on a Friday and made an appointment. The person who took my appointment said they would be out sometime on Wednesday, no time frame just sometime that day.

I took the day off from work and waited all day on Wednesday, no one showed up. No one called.

I called here very recently as once again a week later our water has stopped working and we have 3 kids. A woman answers "hello?" so I had to ask if it was a plumbing business. She proceeds to tell me their backed up and starts yelling for Brian in the background! Then she tells me "oh he must not be here" and starts to explain to me why! Ma'am I don't care why I need water so I'm moving on to the next call!

This is the second time I have used Brian's services. I know I can always rely on Bickford's plumbing anytime I need a plumber. The very day I called Brian, he sent someone over as I told him there was water leaking on the floor in my closet from somewhere. I had a situation where I live in a condo and it was difficult to tell exactly which condo was leaking water into the closet of my condo as I have Condos beside me and above me and the leak was not visible as the pipes were inside the walls. He sent Ray over and Ray would not give up until he found exactly where the leak was coming from so he could fix it. This is one of the reasons, among many why I depend on Bickford's plumbing. They are determined to find the problem and fix it. The problem was even more challenging for Ray as the pipe that was leaking was behind a support beam and very difficult to get at, but Ray brainstormed and found a way to get at it to fix it. This business goes above and beyond. You cannot go wrong with these guys. They are professionals at their best.

Don’t be fooled by their website. They state the following “We strive to provide our customers with the best service and professionalism out there. So, give us a call today to get the job done right the first time!” and it couldn’t be further from the truth. When a lady I assume his wife answered the phone with no greeting that you were calling Brian Bickford Heating I was confused and felt uncomfortable having to ask if this was such business. As I asked if they sold heat pump hot water heaters and installed she was quick to answer we do but but we are backed up. I said ok to the idea of maybe a July install as I know so many people are delayed and backed up. She then continued to tell me she could take my number and info but they will probably lose it. I at that point knew they could care less to provide professionalism or good service, let alone “best”. It’s unfortunate that they have so much business that they would decline future business to a client that wanted to spend an enormous amount of money. To those looking don’t bother calling they will not provide the service you are looking for.

We did not hire this company they were hired by the owners of my mothers mobile home park to install a water meter under her mobile home. Brian did just that and repaired a couple of issues she had under her home at the same time. He then billed the park owners who billed my mom. I have never in my life heard of a professional contractor billing a customer $90.00 dollars for replacement of work clothes because they got contaminated. First of all what professional would wear clothing that cost $90.00 dollars to do work that required crawling on the ground under a mobile home and then charge an elderly woman to replace them. This is a screw job if I have ever heard of one! Think twice before using this company!

How to put down how amazing this company is... by me saying all those one stars in reviews. Must have come from their competitors. They are not a huge company beating down doors. They are a generational family of plumbers who love what they do. They treated all of us with dignity, respect and full display of years of talent . they had to reschedule. But by one day, but they came ready and prepared to get the job done. They fixed so much. And The worker cameron gets 10/10 from us. Thank you so much you will have repeat business from us.

I had an outstanding experience with Brian Bickford LLC Plumbing and Heating. They sent out one of their reps, Cameron, who was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He showed great diligence and efficiently fixed the plumbing issue we had. Cameron answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the process seamless. Love the work they do. Very professional and reasonably cost. I won't call any other plumber. We've had well problems in the past, also had a toilet in and recently just had a filter put in to filter the water for the whole house. Was completed in under an hour. Great service. Thanks Brian. 👍

Brian Bickford Plumbing did an excellent job installing my pressure tank and hot water heater. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Everything is running perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for reliable and quality plumbing work!

Our family was facing a serious crisis a few weeks ago. We learned that our chimneys needed $5,000 worth of repair and we had 10 days to do it or we would lose our insurance coverage on the home. A friend approached us who knew our need and said he would try to help. Our friend contacted Riverview Plumbing and the very next day someone came up and looked at what we had. We had an old MPI k1 monitor and a tanks but they hadnt been used in years. Unfortunately the tanks were unusable and the monitor wasnt serviceable. So now what? We looked around for a used system and tanks. Meanwhile time is running out for us. We had 6 days left. The cancellation of the insurance had already been scheduled. Then our friend came back with a proposal from Riverview. Chuck had a brand new system on hand and ready to install that Friday for $3500. That was great but we didnt have the money. So we pretty much felt we had done all we could do. We had some money but not even close. That was Tuesday. Wednesday we got a visit from our friend. He told us that Riverview would donate $1,000 toward the system and our friend his family and church members from Emmanuel Church donated another $1,500 which left us $1,000 to pay and that Friday Chuck squeezed us in to Riverviews Schedule. The Insurance was scheduled to cancel at Midnight Sunday/Monday. The insurance company rescinded. All we can say is THANK YOU for your generosity. I Don't know about their plumbing skills, but their customer service is nothing to brag about. I called on a Friday, they were closed. The answering machine said to leave a message and they would call back. I did that and waited until the following Wednesday before I found someone else. It is now a week later and they still haven't called. Good thing it wasn't an emergency.

Riverview Plumbing and Heating is our go to company when our home and business needs service. Chuck does a great job looking at our projects and recommending the right equipment installs. He always makes sure that we are satisfied with the results. The company is also very generous to the community!

Riverview Plumbing & Heating is un unknowledgeable in their field. The person answering phones lacks any professionalism or phone skills. This business has technicians that do not know there job. $190. was charged for a routine annual check of furnace. They were supposed to come out a second time to do work on vent. They never called and never showed up to do the work. The furnace stopped working. Called a knowledgeable technician who fixed the problem. The technician with Riverview put the wrong parts in the furnace. When I called to ask for refund on the part that needed to be paid for a second time, I again had to deal with ignorance, and unproffesionalism. Save yourself the aggravation and go else where.

Shout out to Chuck who came right out to address a leaky valve peior to a holiday weekend. He was here within 30 minutes of calling and fixed issue

Called to have them come look at my furnace. Left a voicemail never called back had to call them back to see what’s up person told me she sent it to a tech and they should be there in the next two days. Never showed up and had to call a different company to have them come out and look at it

I call to have them clean my furnace a few years ago. They came out and ended up telling me they couldn't clean my furnace because it was one that couldn't be cleaned. But charged me to put a new part on it. My furnace was running just fine it needed no new parts. One year later Riverside called and said it was time to clean my furnace again. I told them what I was told by their 2 techs, she asked me if I would let the owner come look at the furnace, he came over looked at it and said I paid for a cleaning I didn't get. So the next day the same to techs appeared and cleaned my furnace at no charge since I had paid for a non cleaning. About 2 years later my furnace started making a grinding sound so I again called Riverside the owner came out and to look at it. He told me I needed a new furnace and a new oil tank, the cost would be over $6,000. Later that day I opened the furnace back and found that the strap holding the motor in place broke that caused the fan to grid on the fan housing. So got a new strap but to get it I had to by a new motor being they didn't sell the strap separately $ 190 worth. Put it in myself furnace has run great ever since.
