This place is a joke.took over a week just to get some guy to come out and look at my job then another week to tell me that they weren't interested in doing an estimate. What a waste of my time and their time. Call somebody else if you want it done.

I work for a Major Construction Contractor and was referred to Harbison through another business. When I called to ask a simple question about if they carried a certain product the lady that answered the phone came off as quite rude. After I asked about this product she quickly said "no we do not, ok bye" and hung up before I could even get a word in. Sorry to the Owners of that company but that was enough to ensure I wont be calling back and will do business elsewhere.

We had an emergency leak in our home. The employees were professional, friendly, patient and skilled. Excellent explanation of the job to be performed and options. We were made a part of the decision making. We would use Harbison again without hesitation.

BBK Plumbing have done my water heater and my bathroom and I can't recommend them enough. Easy to communicate with, I was able to call or text as needed, they offered fair prices, they were happy to explain what they were working on, and just all around cool guys who really helped me out of a pinch or two. I've already passed along a referral or two to my friends!

I tried to contact this company for an emergency leak in my home. He texted that he was not in the area at the time and told me they weren’t taking new customers. I asked if he could recommend anyone - but the recommendations he gave were not taking new customers either. I asked if they knew anyone else, as this was an emergency. I sent a photo of the leak in my basement - and he actually LOL’d via text, to give you a good example of his unprofessionalism. Still in need of a plumber, I asked if there might be any possibility of him potentially making time in the next few days due to the emergency. He asked if I was joking (why would I be joking, I had a leak in my basement?) and told me they’re on a commercial job two hours away. It would have been professional and just considerate of him to let me know upfront that he was not going to be in the area for some time. I said I wasn’t sure how I would’ve known that. Then he said he was keeping the conversation going “to be polite.” My impression is this person needs some serious coaching on his communication and customer service skills.

I called Mishka Plumbing and talked to Mike. Tyler came and was quick and extremely professional. I’m extremely impressed with them. I recommend them over this company any time!

This person felt it necessary to copy and paste the entire text thread I had with him the day of the emergency leak to my previous review, which is highly unprofessional. By doing this, he disclosed the location of where I reside, which is a violation of the privacy act. I have a right to express my negative experience with a business without having my personal information disclosed publicly.

We contacted Brad to replace a toilet. They arrived on time and did the job quickly and professionally. The cost was very fair. We will hire them again for more renovations.

Brad (and Mike) have been amazing and responsive with plumbing and heating needs since my first call to BBK. They installed heat pump HW heater, a garbage disposal, and a utility sink. Brad did trouble shooting for my furnace and he used a practical stepwise approach to eliminate issues rather than just jumping to a big expensive fix. He explains every thing he does and his rationale before doing it without mansplaining. My dogs appreciate him too. I recommend BBK without reservation.

They were very helpful, polite, and all around great people. PJ himself talked us through a lot over the phone. They were quick to respond to our requests and diagnose the issue we were having. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing needs.

PJ and his team were top notch! Very cordial over the phone for the initial call about a problem I was having with my shower. Repair was fast and affordable. PJ will be my go to for plumbing and heating going forward! Highly recommend!

PJ’s Plumbing is great & I definitely recommend to everyone. He is very professional & helpful, he answered questions that I had via Facebook messenger in a timely manner & was able to send someone right away to fix my toilet which had been causing problems for months. His guy fixed it no problem & it’s been perfect ever since.

PJ's plumbers and plumbing service are outstanding professionals and compassionate people. I only wish that I could give them more stars including all the stars in the sky that still wouldn't be enough to show how special these group of crafts people are :-). People loosely use the word heroes and local heroes, well, I met two local heroes last night I meant two heroes. Last night here in my home they were funny they were bright they were efficient and thorough. They were all so friendly and made sure that I will satisfied with their work. I thank PJ's plumbing for being heroes to us here in Holden and throughout Maine. I can rest easy knowing that individuals like yourself are in the community watching over us thank you for being there and for being you. I wish Brittany and Tyson the best in the pursuit of their master license they are on track and they will put all present and future coming customers at ease. Kudos to their boss Phil for being such an outstanding leader and having good workers in your company. I recommend PJ's plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues or one or whoever want to keep their pipes clean.
