Moved back to Maine after 34 years. Called county plumbing and heating 3 times and they have yet to call me back (been 3 weeks from 1st call). I hope other hvac companies in the area are better than this.

I spoke with Nick yesterday to schedule some plumbing repairs which included a running toilet and replacing the cut off valve to that toilet. Since the toilet was running at 10 gallons per hour, he made it a point to prioritize the repair and was out here first thing in the morning. Nick was very professional and a great guy to work with and I would highly recommend County Plumbing.

Pumped out 4 feet of water in my basement due to broken pipes, founds the source and got my furnace back up and running when I couldn’t get RH Foster to show up as planned. Incredible service. Real godsend.

a leak by my pressure tank caused water to run over the basement. I immediately called this "organization" left my name, address, phonenumber and details of the problem.
I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

Do not waste your time on calling Allan W Huntley. Go elsewhere for service. It appears that is one thing Mr. Huntley does not provide.

Never answer the phone nor return phone calls.

Best service we have gotten with plumbers! Service was great from Judy in office and the gentlemen who installed the whole house filter took the time to explain everything to us.

Great to work with. I needed a new hot water heater, right before a major holiday. They were kind enough to work me in when no one else would. Will use again in the future.

I gave 1 star because I’m not allowed to give zero. Very Unprofessional, they even lied about damages they caused. I’ll never do business with these guys. 💩

Absolutely horrible service. Scheduled appointment, and had to call three times to see when they would show up. The person didn't show up until late afternoon, waddling out of the truck and put a dip in his mouth. They were supposed to come back the next day to install a pump - a time sensitive project for a business, and they never showed up and never called. We called to see where they were and they said they had a family emergency come up, but again they never called. I would never recommend this pathetic business.

i had a leaking water tank on my commode that I tried to fix. After spending 4 hours on a job that would normally have took me only 15 minutes to fix, I decided I needed help. So I called these guys. Knowing that it was on a Saturday I knew that it would take some time for someone to call me back and, at least, to let me know if they could come and fix it. But no, no one called me back or even made an effort to let me know if they could have a service person come to fix it. So I made several trips to Calais on Sunday to try to find parts that I couldn't get locally. I found what I thought would work, and it did, so I fixed it my self. I am 78 years old and have a bad hand issue but I got it fixed. I won't call these guys for anything.

They are incredibly professional. They winterized and summarized our house, fixed a dishwasher and installed a new water tank. THANKYOU for what you do.

Had an awesome experience with Mark from A-1 today. Had some issues with the bathroom plumbing and our water heater. Mark was able to diagnose and fix the problem relatively fast, and then took the time to provide me with some education on how to manage my systems better going forward. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone! Will definitely be calling them again should I have any more plumbing or heating issues.

A-1 plumbing and heating are the absolute best!!! I highly recommend them and their team of workers. Our hot water tank started go on us last week. We called them up and they had us scheduled for the following Thursday to replace it. Mark was at our house early in the morning and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Mark is a fantastic guy, super friendly, very empathetic and understanding about his customers needs and expectations. He took the time to explain things us and answered and questions and concerns we had. While he was here our well pump went and he recommend a company that could help us with that issue also. Mark wasn't able to complet all of his work do to the issues with the well pump, but stated that if we had a new well pump by the end of the day he would either come back to the house that afternoon or fit us in first thing in the morning the next day to finish things up. I'm happy to report that Mark was at the house the next day first thing in the morning like he said he would be. Within 30 minutes he completed all of the remaining work. We cannot recommend them enough.

As a Property Manager we couldn't be happier to have A-1 Plumbing on speed dial. They are extremely professional, fair, prompt and informative. They have worked with us through simple fixes to more complex repairs and emergencies with nothing but clear communication and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic company Matt and Mark are genuinely amazing guys who make a good name for plumbers. They always get the job done with the highest of standards. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but A-1 plumbing.

Marc was very personable. I am very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. I called on a Tuesday and they got me in Thursday. I honestly thought they would have to come back another day. But it was fixed same day. Thanks so much, will definitely use you again and refer you to anyone in need of your services!
