We just had an On Demand system installed by A1 Plumbing and heating, they did a fantastic job. They were very professional yet friendly, efficient, and cleaned up before they left. Kept us posted throughout the process and were done in a very timely manner.
I would definitely recommend them for any services you might need.

Words cannot express how much I appreciate Mark and how kind, caring and knowledgeable he is and always willing to come out when we need him. We have used Mark multiple times over the last year and he has always shown up with a smile and keeps us informed during our service. The representatives are also always pleasant and helpful to get a service scheduled as well. A1 will be our go to for all our plumbing and heating needs.

Mark has service our boiler a few times now, and he's been great! He's shown up early both times, which was fantastic because we were without heat and hot water. This is the only business in this area (that I have witnessed so far in the few years I've been here) that has actually done what they have said they were going to do without any hidden fees or shotty work. We plan to use their services for any future needs as they have shown us that they care about their work and clients.

Don't know where to start...Bought a water "salt free" filter system with the intension of installing it myself. I had a salt system installed originally and wasn't what I expected from a water filter system. Wasn't sure if any plumber would install it since I had bought the system myself and decided I had bit off more than I could chew as far as doing it myself. Called Fortier's Plumbing who I found on line. I explained the job and without hesitation the job was scheduled right away. Can't say enough about Justins professionalism and knowledge as he also found a problem brewing with my well holding tank and went out of his way to fix that the same day without having to make another appointment . Can't forget Kaitlyn who is the glue that keeps things organized while Justin is out doing what he does. Great people......I can see why they have five star reviews , because they earn it !! He dealt with a leaking kitchen sink. We have had it repaired several times. Justin explained that I needed a permanent solution to the problem. So he added more than one connection to prevent leaking. He was quite knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing. He even went back to town to get the proper connections that he needed to do the job. We really appreciate his patience and skills. Linda and Phil Bennett

I reached out on a Sunday with an urgent repair needed. Fortier was able to schedule me for the following morning, in part due to a cancellation. In any case, Justin was prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the service e provided.

After procrastinating for months while trying to find a plumber I knew I could trust and who would respond to my inquiries, I called Fortier's Plumbing. And actually spoke to Justin. And was lucky enough to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation. Justin was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and highly professional. He gave me an estimate before starting the job, and he went above and beyond to resolve my plumbing problems at a reasonable cost. Leaky kitchen faucet, check. Bidet replacement installation, check. Replacement and relocation of a whole house water filtering system, check. Water pressure issues, slow draining bathroom drain, check. CCWould I recommend him? Absolutely!

Very well done! Added a pressure regulator to my main city water line and installed a new shut-off valve. Also fixed a leaking exterior hose faucet. Professional work!

They said I had a 1 year labor warranty.
I called for them to fix their installation and they LIED and said my warranty had expired. I checked and I still had 2 months left. Then they argued I should have called earlier.
IT WAS MY FAULT I CAUGHT THEM CHEATING AND LYING.
Arrogant and dishonest.

Replaced a top brand kitchen faucet a year ago with cheap faucet that lasted 1 year and the faucet head got plugged up with salt they think so they had to replace it. 2 trips later I paid more than a new faucet would have cost, and still have the cheap kitchen faucet.
We will not be back.

I called to see if anyone could go to my mother's house to repair a leaking kitchen sink pipe. We were thrilled to quickly find out that they could go to her house the next day. The communication was excellent, and my mother said, "They were WONDERFUL!! So polite and nice, and explained everything to us!" We are both so pleased with the service provided, and would recommend Tim's to anyone!

Tim's Plumbing provides excellent service and is super responsive when you reach out. They installed a hybrid hot water heater, repaired a gasket on my boiler at my house and helped repair a drain pipe I accidentally hit when running cables for a client. Every service call was taken care of in a timely manner and they always do great work.

I've had problems for years with my copper plumbing springing pin-hole leaks and feared this might happen someday when I was away on vacation. Tim's Plumbing tested my well water and found it was acidic. They installed a pH adjuster and water softener to correct the problem. Since I missed the taste of the unsoftened well water, they came back and routed plastic piping to bring untreated water to my kitchen sink, so now I get the best of both worlds - good tasting water and ease of mind. They do quality work at fair prices and stand by their work. Highly recommended!
