Had appointment scheduled so took the afternoon off work. They told me they would be there between noon and 3. I called at noon that day to confirm and they said should be there a bit later only to call me at 3 to say the would not make the appointment. Complete waste of my time.

Never use again made an appointment over month ago
I called this morning to see what time he was coming said between 11:00 and 1:00 still waiting it’s quarter to 4:00 no one answers phone, surprise he is still in business,

Graf is a great plumber. He's installed my furnace has put in shower stall for me as well as replace piping for that. He is my go-to plumber and for my heating needs as well. He's just a really great guy and good and easy to work with.

Hired Dan to do some work on the shower. First time, his secretary never gave him the message that we wanted his services. Second time, he couldn't make it. Third time, again couldn't make it. Everyone we dealt with involved with his practice failed us on every level. Not worth doing business with. I have better faith in a Dollar Store pregnancy test.

Fast and professional service the two times we hired Dan Graf Plumbing. The first time it was our hot water tank that died in January and was leaking everywhere and Dan’s crew came right over to fix things. If Dan is ever late just remember that he is probably helping somebody else in an emergency situation. The next time they installed water filter, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Arrived promptly and finished in 3-4 hours after disposing of all old appliances and cleaning the work area.

Had an Electric hot water heater installed that I purchased from home depot. GRAF'S installed it in 1hr. Professional and friendly. Thanks again.

This is an awsome company! They go far above and beyond what is expected. They are professionals who helped me with my new dishwasher installation and two other associated problems. Excellent and professional service overall! From promptly responding to our initial plumbing emergency and throughout the rather complicated repair process, the entire team at Nichols was up front with pricing, courteous, hard-working and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend them for any type of plumbing job, large or small.

My parents passed a few years ago and they left our family multiple rent houses. I called Nichols plumbing as I heard that their work was exceptional. The rent homes had several plumbing problems that had to be repaired before they were sold so I called them for help. They were always prompt, honest about what they were going to do and what needed to be done, and kept a line of communication with me at all times as I live in another state and could not be present when they did the work. I recently had a well pump go out which they repaired for me. When I arrived in town there was an issue with the newly repaired pumps holding tank and switch so they came to troubleshoot it. Rob was great and explained that it was a minor issue and fixed it promptly. Because this was part of the pump repair they did not charge me for the visit. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I highly recommend this company.

Repair of frozen burst pipes was done quickly and efficiently and professionally. Intelligent pleasant personnel. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff that answered all my questions. The guy who came and pumped my tank was friendly and professional. Loved the "Stool Bus"! The price for a 1000 gallon tank was reasonable.

Our hot water heater went on us Friday evening, waited until Monday to call Nichols. They set up an appointment right away for Tuesday morning but we had no power so couldn't do it but they rescheduled for Wednesday the next day very quick scheduling. A big thank you to Cal and Casey for doing a great job, they both were wonderful. Thank you so much to Nichols plumbing.

What started out as a water heater replacement just ended up having the heating elements replaced at much less the cost of a complete replacement. The people that came were awesome and very competent. I especially liked that one of them was a young woman who is studying to become a plumber. The gentleman explained things to her every step of the way and she seemed eager to learn. I would highly recommend Nichols.

We had a major sewer issue and called Nichols Plumbing for help. They we're very attentive and friendly. There awesome construction crew completed the outside work perfectly and on schedule. The crew that did the inside work were friendly and completed everything quickly and left the area clean and neat. This is a top notch organization and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Fast Friendly Service Had an issue with our Furnace on a below zero day from time of call to Job completion was less then (2 hours) Friendly, Knowledgeable Professionals who get the jobdone in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

He was a no show for a scheduled appointment. Dan was scheduled to come give me an estimate for work I wanted done but never showed up despite calling his office to confirm. I waited all day for him to "stop by" only to be stood up. No call, no text, nothing.

We called with a problem on Sunday night - pipe broke, no water in the house! He was there on Monday morning to repair the pipe. And the bill was very fair. We give high recommendations to this company. Oh, and the office staff was also fantastic!

start to finish Dan and his crew we amazing and professional, they responded to my needs quickly, and did get work and under the estimated cost. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM, for ALL your plumbing and heating needs.Thanks again for everything guys

Had to replace some of the insulation tubing on our heat pump that we purchased from him about a year and a half ago. Came out the next day and replaced all of the insulation tubing.
Dan Graph Plumbing stand behind their product and their service is top-notch. Would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs or issues. 👍

The plumber he sent was great, he showed up right on schedule and did a fantastic job. He was in and out in an hour and I had all of the answers I needed he was also a great guy to deal with and I was comfortable having him in my home.

Made an apt 3 weeks ago. I had to take off work for today of course. So on Monday i asked what time he ignored me on the time. Trying to get an estimated time he would get here this am. I was informed his guys were out sick for 2 days and would have to reschedule. Why didn’t he call yesterday? I could have went to work.why didn’t he call this am? I could have went to work. Why are so unprofessional? If you don’t care about an eta or communication then this is the company for you.
