Brandon was great! He fixed our toilet, installed a pop up drain in the sink and switched out aerators on our faucets. He was on time, efficient, and explained what he was doing. We are very happy with the results!

Had Cummings Plumbing come out to do repair work on my toilet and outdoor spigots. Scheduling was super easy and my technician Nick did a great job, very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Brandon came within the expected arrival time and completed the job promptly. He was professional and courteous to my wife, who was home at the time. The finished work looks great! Overall the process had good communication between the company and myself.

I called Cummings Plumbing for a small job, I just needed 4 lines of copper capped. The scheduling was great. Nick showed up promptly and was very kind, very efficient & very clean! The finished product was exactly what I needed. I will definitely call Cummings Plumbing back for more work.

We have used Cumming's Plumbing for the past couple of years as plumbing needs have come up in our home, and we would not use anyone else.
As homeowners for nearly 30 years—and with a father who was a professional plumber (now retired)—we have a strong sense of what excellent plumbing service looks like. Cumming's Plumbing consistently exceeds that standard.
From the friendly, attentive, and responsive scheduling team (Nancy is wonderful) to the highly skilled plumbers they send out (most recently Brandon), the service is truly exceptional. We give them 11 out of 10 stars.
Brandon came out just two days before Christmas Eve to address several issues: a hissing sink faucet, a clog in our master bath, and a toilet that was randomly running and flushing itself. He assessed each issue expertly, explained everything clearly and patiently, ensured all our questions were answered, and went above and beyond—fixing additional issues we didn't even realize needed attention, including tightening a loose toilet seat.
His attention to detail was outstanding, parts were replaced efficiently, and we felt completely confident that we received excellent value for the service provided. Especially in today's climate, this kind of "old school" service—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring—is rare. They treat you like family and leave you with real peace of mind.
Huge thanks to Brandon for coming out during Christmas week and making sure everything was working properly. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Cumming's Plumbing to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality plumbing service. -
Called Elevation Plumbing yesterday when I was having trouble getting my well pump to maintain a steady output pressure. I talked with Brian - who was very good about helping me troubleshoot the possible issues. So I tried a couple of his suggestions and now have solved the problem. Thank you, Brian for taking the time to help me - even though it meant you gave up a business call. We need more helpful and honest people like you when, as homeowners, we find ourselves in a bind.

When we called, the gentleman responded right away. He came to our home after finishing the job he was doing and fixed our problem. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Further, he did an excellent job and charged a fair price.
Overall, we were 100% satisfied.
Although I hope to not need an emergency plumber again any time soon, we'd call him first! -
Highly recommend Brian at Elevation Plumbing! Brian fixed my kitchen faucet and was very responsive, knowledgeable and fair. He was also referred to me by several neighbors. Large jobs or small, he will be my go-to plumber.

Brian from Elevation Plumbing was awesome! We had our well pump go down the night before Thanksgiving. Brian came over within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and replaced several components including the pump. About 2 hours later the system works better than when it was installed.

Brian has been a terrific resource for our plumbing needs. He's responsive, and understanding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience addressing our well and toilet updates. Thanks Brian!

We were so grateful Brian from Elevation Plumbing was able to help us on short notice. Efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough, as well as very patient and nice. We would definitely work with him again.

Brian is amazing, white glove service is what I'd call his work. He knows his trade for sure! Thought my well pump was gone, he came immediately and diagnosed it. It was a bad wire! He fixed it and was in and out in just a couple hours.

Called to set up an appointment on a Friday. Took half a day off from work to have them come clean my furnace. No one showed up at scheduled time. Did not receive a call to let me know they were not coming. I gave them a second chance and called them back the following Monday to reschedule for the following Friday. This lady told me it would be $90 a hour and that they would show up this time.
The service guy showed up 15 minutes late. He stayed for less then a hour and a half cleaning the furnace. He then writes up a bill with all service parts and "2" hours of work time. He tells me they charge for travel time to get to the location.( I live 5 minutes away).
So upon arriving to pay my bill the next week the secretary tells me the bill is more after I give here the check. I show her the copy the service guy had provided. She the tells me he priced out the parts wrong and hands me a new bill. So I had to write them another check for almost $9. I would have eaten that and kept a customer.
I will never do business with this company again. Shady, misleading, dishonest company. Will be taking my business elsewhere -
We have been without a working shower for almost two years. The first plumber we tried, said we needed a part and never called back. The other plumbing company I called didn’t return my call. When the tech from Osborne came I didn’t really believe it would be fixed; the young man assured me it would be fixed that day. He was true to his word. He was neat, efficient, pleasant and positive. I was very pleased with the work: we have a shower that works!! I will definitely return to Osborne for any future plumbing and maybe heating needs. Very positive experience.

Good company to deal with. Installed our washer quickly, he had to run the pipes as we relocated it, and has been good for about a year.
Had a bill that I did not agree with for a more recent service and spoke with the office. After explaining what I felt was incorrect the invoice was corrected beyond what I expected. Very appreciative of honest business practices and going above and beyond. -
The lady, Leslie that took our emergency call, and the plumbers, Phil and Spencer that came were the nicest people! The plumbers fixed our broken pipes right away, and explained what they were doing throughout the process so well. They were so knowledgeable and patient, and we are SO grateful to have chosen them to help us. Their prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be using Osborne's from here on out. Thank you so very much Osborne's! You guys are life-savers!

Terrible experience. Would give zero stars off possible. They “serviced” my furnace last fall. It completely died this winter. I had zero heat and my house dropped to 40°. They came to look at it, said it had numerous problems and suggested buying a new unit. Didn’t respond to anything for 6 more days. All those days without any heat and the didn’t care. When they did respond, said it would be $11,000, needed a down payment, and didn’t give a time they would be by to fix it. After 3 more days of freezing, I contacted 3-D plumbing. They were amazing. Fixed it immediately for $200 and I have plenty of heat now. Osborne’s is specifically targeting older people and charging them astronomical rates because they pay them. They are the biggest joke of a company and I don’t recommend anyone using them, ever. 3-D plumbing and heating is 1000x better than these clowns. And they were ridiculous less expensive for much better quality work.

We were customers for 20+ years. Our first experience with Osbournes was after we had a full renovation of one floor of our house. We hired them to move our washer and dryer upstairs. Within a week, we discovered that the plumber they sent failed to seal the main drain and the water from the upstairs sinks, shower and washing machine drained into our downstairs and completely ruined our flooring and renovation. We had to move out of our home and have a professional service come and take care of the water damage and dry the house so we did not develop a mold issue. We also had to pay a deductible for our insurance company. We called Butch Osbourne and convinced him that he should compensate us for the deductible with work on other projects which he agreed to and this is the only reason we continued to use Osbournes for routine maintenance jobs over the years. During this time, we continued to have frustrating experiences with the quality of service but usually the jobs were small and eventually completed. Fast forward to Covid and an influx of new homeowners from out of state. Now it had become almost completely impossible to get someone out for routine help, even though we have been a customer since 2005. We hired a contractor to install another bathroom in the early spring of last year and to renovate an existing bathroom and were not able to get an appointment with Butch until October and then he never came and no one ever called back. We lost that contractor's time and still have not been able to complete the job. We also had someone come out to service our Rinnai in October and to replace or repair the faucets on our sink and the plumber completed neither but they did remember to bill us. The plumber even left a large container of some product on our deck for when he returned and more than six months later, after repeated calls to Osbournes, someone came out to retrieve it. This guy was very nice and sympathetic to how frustrating this experience has been and offered to fix the drain which then broke after a week. Called Osbournes this week to have him back to fix it and no one was available in my area (the drain is stuck closed) and told me they would call me back with a date. Almost a week later, no call and a stuck drain that we can't fix ourselves. As I have been asking around in the community to find a reliable, skilled plumber, I can't tell you how many people have told me their similar disappointing stories about Osbournes. I do not recommend this company. Poor quality work, poor customer service and no respect for the community that gave them the work that enabled them to grow their business.

We had a great experience with our install, Nick did the work himself. We are struggling to get our annual maintenance done, cancelled appointments, no shows and lack of communication. Hopefully, this will not continue.

I recently had Osbournes come to replace a shut off valve on my kitchen sink. They charged me $350 (parts were only $50..labor $150 hr). I hired someone else to come do the other sinks I needed done as I couldnt afford almost 1k for the other 2 sinks & he had both sinks done in 30 mins where Osbournes took 2 hrs to do ONE?! I was informed I had been ripped off big time by Osbournes. I feel stupid..I had told people to call Osbournes for their heating & plumbing needs. Never again. 1st photo is what took Osbournes roughly 2 hrs to replace..2nd photo what other plumber did in 15 mins (total of 30 mins) (same thing!!).
