Called and got answers to an issue for a leaking sink. Twins Plumbing was able to get here fast, and the problem was repaired that day. The team was courteous and professional. They replaced some deteriorating pipes and removed all debris. Will use them again!

We have a basement in-law suite with a below floor waste pump that failed. Shannon from Twins showed up the next morning and spent the entire day dealing with the worst mess you could imagine. I requested for Twins Plumbing to come and look at, assess, what appeared to be a clog in my pipe. They came over and used a camera to look at the situation and by the time they were done it costs me $1300. I was not expecting that at all as I really just wanted them to tell me if there was a problem. They unclogged a similar situation back in July for $850 and when I made the service appointment told them that since they had only done this a few months ago, I wasn’t expecting to be charged for it.

This week I called Twins Plumbing and Heating Inc. in Manchester, NH to inspect an issue with a toilet that I thought was "sweating" at it's base around the calking. They scheduled me in for that very day; even though they had many bookings already! It took them no time at all to figure out that the problem was a bad toilet wax ring. They replaced the ring and dried up the small amount of water on the floor. I was impressed with the team's punctuality, skill and politeness! I very much appreciated how careful this team was regarding my house! They wore shoe coverings while entering and were mindful while working in my very small, newly renovated half bath! I totally recommend Twins Plumbing and Heating, Inc. of Manchester, NH.

Dana is a top tier professional who generously worked with us to identify the possible error in hopes of saving us time and money, but when we weren’t able to solve the issue ourselves added us first thing to his busy schedule on Monday. No sales pushing, just exceptional service!

I had a plumbing problem where my spicket completely seized from winter damage. The experience from start to finish was smooth, Jason and Chris were fantastic in not only the repairs but in their professionalism and the care and consideration in and around my home. 10/10

My Water Heater broke and flooded my basement late last night. They answered all my questions and got me on the schedule this morning. By the time I picked up my kids from school we had a new water heater and the old one was gone! Phin and Mason were the plumbers who did the work. They were respectful and put in extra effort to get the water heaters up and down our narrow staircase to the basement. A very positive experience.

I had a new hot water heater put in and the old one hauled. Mason and George were the plumbers that installed it the next day. Very professional and courteous. New hot water installed and old one hauled away. 5 star service I would highly recommend.

Wonderful staff! Professional, trustworthy! We've had faucets and pipes replaced and use Jeff Daigle for our yearly plumbing and heating maintenance. Jeff Daigle and his crew have always been able to answer our questions, provide advice and fix our plumbing and heating issues. They are prompt, thorough and their workmanship and followup is impeccable! We are so pleased to have a local company we love and trust!

We had an appointment today that was potentially going to get rescheduled due to another house call that had a larger emergency than our leaking faucets. They were able to move things around and still make our appointment, for that we are eternally grateful as we had to put our larger dog who doesn't deal well with strangers in daycare. The technicians were very knowledgeable polite and patient. The job was done within the quoted range and in a timely manner. We will be using their plumbing services going forward.
