Bottom line up front - Eric and his team are extremely hard working, reasonable, and dedicated professionals. Beyond their work being incredibly clean, it is easy to see his team love what they do, who they work for, and take great pride in the services they provide. They all showed up with great attitudes and took time to answer all my questions while they worked. Above all, they came and completed our boiler replacement/propane conversion in one day, when all the other quotes we received said it would take 2.5 to 3 days, yet no part of their work looked rushed, and no corners were cut.

My fiancé and I had gotten 8 quotes from other company’s to have our 30+ year old boiler replaced, none of them seemed fair or to be exactly what we wanted to have done. A family member told me to reach out to Eric after hearing about our situation. Eric came to our house the next day, listened to what we wanted, explained what would work best for us, and was very communicative through the process. He did not push anything we didn’t want, and had a genuine customer-first attitude.

We have been through it all trying find a plumber that we can trust for our home and income property. After working with them I can confidently say we will only be using E. Cooke going forward, and will confidently recommend Eric and his team to our closest friends and family.

We recently had E. Cooke Plumbing & Heating replace our hot water heater. Eric was very responsive and informative. He helped us choose the best replacement option and had Chris come the next day to do the installation. We called because we noticed corrosion around the incoming water connection. They addressed that issue and fixed other problems we weren’t even aware of (improper valve, failing regulator, multiple corroded pipes, shut off sensor, etc.) and left us with a brand new system and peace of mind. I absolutely recommend Eric and his team!

We had a small leak form on some older piping. Eric responded immediately and scheduled us in right away. Trevor, our service technician, was here promptly, was courteous, fixed everything within the hour, and left the area immaculately clean. I would recommend them to everyone and look forward to having such a reliable contractor for future work.

Tom came today and fixed a few things for us. He replaced the pipe thing behind the toilet and It works perfectly now! He also fixed the drain in the bath tub so now the water drains quickly. Tom was professional and kind! He explained things when I had questions and did it in a way that I could understand. From scheduling, to fixing, and billing, I highly recommend E.Cooke plumbing and heating!

My technicians, Trevor and Steve, did a great job servicing my furnace. I really appreciated this because the furnace was old and I needed clarity on how to move forward. They not only did a good job, but they took the time to explain what they were doing to me and answer my questions. For such a reasonable price, it was great service.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I had a few plumbers come out who used scare tactics, kept returning to "reassess" the same issues and tried to pressure me into signing contracts and waivers-it was frustrating and made an already stressful situation worse. Then, this company was highly recommended by a friend of a friend who works in the industry. Eric came over to look at the issues I was having, asked some thoughtful questions, provided solutions, and gave me an honest assessment. He provided a detailed quote for the work (something none of the others did) and had his crew here as soon as he could. When they came they ended up uncovering significant rot under my hot water heater that could have become a much bigger problem. Instead of just fixing the obvious issues, they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain what was going on. They connected me with a contractor who came the very next day to repair the damaged floor (he did an excellent job as well). Two days later the plumbing team -Chris and Steve, returned and replaced all the corroded pipes, installed a new well tank and put in a new hot water heater, (both high quality units) among other things. The workmanship was top notch and the equipment they installed is clearly built to last. They even installed a leak detector with an automatic shut off to prevent future issues, which gives me peace of mind.

Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive -these guys are amazing. I will absolutely be using them for any needs going forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable high quality work!

Jordan serviced my house. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything down to a tee on what could be wrong and how he would figure out the problem. He figured it out very quickly and was completely up front with pricing and exactly what he needed to do to fix the issue. Signing up for the membership was definitely worth it for the discounts, that you can use the same day. Would use them again for sure

This is an excellent company! Mark Halle installed two new toilets for me. He really knew what he was doing. He was also very careful and clean. (He wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in.) The toilets and bathrooms were clean and really for use when he finished.

We had a complete kitchen remodel, Ryder did all of the plumbing work, including kickspace heaters. They were all professional and took pride in their work. Can’t compliment them enough, I highly recommend Ryder Plumbing for your plumbing work.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to for Advanced Plumbing because I was so impressed. I was able to get an appointment really quickly, which was a huge plus. Keith was great…super friendly and personable, but also professional and really knowledgeable.

He walked me through some bigger projects I’ll need down the line and gave me options that actually fit my budget without any pressure or upselling. He fixed my immediate issue quickly and did a great job.
