I had Mike V. out to my property this week to help with a water leak, and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and despite the unfortunate circumstances, he made the experience a positive one for me as a homeowner. I really appreciated his professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Being a club member of Paul the Plumber ensures same day service. What is truly amazing is the quality of the service. No games they stand behind their work. I was fortunate to have two young plumbers come today in the freezing weather for a frozen drain. They crawled in under my home and never gave up until they had found and repaired the problem. Courteous, good natured and hard working an unbeatable combination. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Exceptional service.

Jeremy and Ivan were fantastic. They took their time diagnosing our problem, gave us information, and presented us with options. They were very thorough and incredibly kind and communicative! I am not one to write bad reviews but, the more I processed things it just seems like I have to write something. A few months ago I had an issue with my mini split system. I had Paul the Plumber come out and check things out. They ended up telling me they thought it was the line sets but, would need to do a leak test on all my head units as well to confirm. I have 6 head units. So I scheduled to get the leak test done, they charged me almost $900 for this and after came back telling me that almost all my head units were leaking as well. So, I was left applaud that a system, not even 4 years old was this bad. The brand is LG. Also the units would all be under warranty for repair if it was the case. After they told me this , they told me they would sent a project manager over to my house with options and he basically told me that LG was not good and they don't work on this brand. He also gave me 3 options to replace line sets, replace one compressor 2 heads and lines or the whole system. Price ranging from I believe 18k to almost 40k and was recommended to basically change the entire system so that this would never happen again. My stomach dropped and I didn't know what to think at the time. This was a not even 4 year old.system and I've heard nothing but good things on LG. I told them I would have to think on this and get back to them. After calming down a bit I decided to reach out to the distributor to whom I bought all the equipment off of. They have been selling LG for a long time and haven't had any issues. The sales person told me he agreed that the line sets could be bad because the distributor PDM had a bad batch of copper lines the year I purchased them. He recommended I reach out to a different company, LG certified and also perform a leak test. I was afraid to ask because I didn't want to pay another $900 for this but, I reached out. They told me it would cost $170 for the leak test to my surprise. A muchore reasonable price. They also told me after they performed the test that no head unit was leaking but, agreed with the line sets. So needless to say I had the other company come out and do the work at a much more reasonable price, warranty to back it and everything working fine again.

I scheduled a quote and repair back in Sept/Oct 2025, apologies to Mike as I’m late in getting this review out for his professional services when it came to fixing our kitchen sink. He came to our house and gave a competitive quote, was very friendly, and gave us some great advice. When it came to making the scheduled repair, he came back over and walked me through what he was doing, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He was clearly an experienced pro and even went above and beyond by teaching me some great tips. Hard to find that level of business professionalism, experience level, and customer service these days. It’s been a few months since the rebuild and we’ve had zero leaks/no issues. I couldn’t recommend this company more, they were also very friendly over the phone when scheduling. I look forward to working with them again in the future for our issues. Thanks again to Mike V!!

Alex at Paul the Plumber was truly amazing! He came day of for a water emergency we had and was totally calm when we were in high stress. Artisan Plumbing provide an excellent service. They are professional, skilled, and offer very reasonable rates. We are extremely happy with them. They arrive on time and work efficiently. They replaced a hot water tank for us on one occasion, and will also do small jobs such as replacing a spigot and valve. We highly recommend them.

Ken was a life saver, I highly recommend Artisan Plumbing! After dealing with a different contractor and being without heat or hot water (in November) for over two weeks, we finally lucked out when Ken was called in by the other licensed contractor because he needed an experienced helping hand. We will definitely be turning to Artisan Plumbing for any future needs!! Ken picked up on the other contractor's errors, and turned our home back into a place of warmth and comfort in no time! His work was exceptional, neat, clean and he is clearly a master of his trade who provides quality and skilled labor!

Needed a natural gas water heater replaced.
I called half a dozen places, Ken had the best price as well the best turnaround time. He and Brian were there later that same day. they banged it out and cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely recommend! They were nice and friendly and did a great job.

Andy and his team were awesome. I have 11 household members (4 generations) and I got my wife a granite kitchen countertop and new sink for Christmas to replace our 28-year old delaminating countertop. This required shutting off the sink water and dishwasher for 24 hours for the granite adhesive to cure. I had a high volume 24/7 plumbing company lined up 24 hours later to replumb and install the new sink so we could turn the water back on - they arrived and charged me $99 for an estimate that was based on their standard pricing and amounted to an $800/hour labor rate! I turned them down and faced the prospect of a distraught kitchen-less clan for at least another day, maybe more. I started calling local plumbers with no luck until I called Andy - he appreciated my somewhat dire situation and found a way to have one of his team come over in two hours to get the job done after normal business hours for a very reasonable price. I'm a customer for life now!

Everyone else was booking out far, but when Southern NH plumbing learned my furnace was acting up, and it was getting cold, they made time to come out within a few days to address the issue and do a regular maintenance service. The technician was super thorough, explained everything well, and did a great job. I am especially taken with their amazing customer service and willingness to help in a time if need.

I worked with Chuck and Justin and couldn’t be happier. The work was done at my mom’s house, and Chuck kept in contact throughout the process, welcoming any questions and checking in to see if products needed for the job had arrived, which we really appreciated. Justin completed the work, and the workmanship was excellent. Chuck quoted the job exactly—no surprises and no hidden costs. The overall quality was outstanding.

In addition to showing up on time, they texted 15 minutes prior to arrival. True to their word, they kept the appointment even during a major snowstorm.

They were professional, friendly, and offered great pricing. They were also extremely conscientious about keeping the surrounding area clean and neat.

We worked with Chuck and Andrew on an Accessory Dwelling project. They helped make a pretty complicated project much easier- we had a bunch of plumbing, hvac, and electrical work that needed to happen, and they made it very easy for us. They're true professionals- they price fairly, communicate very well, and they're very organized.

These guys would be my 1st choice for anything big or small that I have in the future!

As usual, they fit us in really quickly! I've been using these guys basically since they started, I think! I got totally screwed one too many times from some of the "bigger" names in this area and went searching for a new plumbing service. I have NEVER been over charged! As a matter of fact, the price I was charged today was only $5.00 into the bracket I quoted! Who ever just charges basically $200.00 to come AND FIX 2 ISSUES! They are so wonderful that I now have them delivering our heating oil as well. Any time I see someone on fb looking for a plumber, I JUMP to the opportunity to recommend them.
