Exetemely happy with the prompt service. I called at 8:05 am and Adam was here at 8:25 am. Found the leak, replaced the pipe, and left by 8:50am. Plumbing is expensive, but they kept the time to a minimum. Jim Legier

The team arrived within 30 minutes of the anticipated opening of the appointment time. They had to make several attempts to fix the water leak due to internal corrosion of the copper water line’s age and more pinholes surfaced. They kept at it until the leak was fixed and were thorough in making sure the waterline was no longer leaking in our cellar.

Came out short notice to get a boiler serviced and cleaned for one of my clients. On time. Cleaned up. And got everything running smooth. Can’t ask for more.

I have had Adam for my yearly cleanings and a couple repairs. He is very friendly, informative and eases my concerns when I ask questions. This company, RIVERSIDE PLUMBING AND HEATING is a great company

service within 2 hours... clean cut and polite young man fixed the problem immediately the last plumber to do the job really hacked it up.. riverside showed us why his repair was wrong, and how he would fix it the right way! they are now my first call

Brian Provencher has done some plumbing work for us on our current house and our previous house. Last work he did for us was replacement of a hot water tank with a new tankless system. His work is impeccable. Honest, on time and professional.

We had a sudden leak in our kitchen ceiling after we replaced the upstairs bathroom faucets and panic called a few places. One place said they could come in a week and that was just not possible. Called Provencher's same day and they came a couple hours later and finished within 2 hours and were so professional and fast and genuine (and SO polite). I was in tears over the weekend when the leak started thinking we couldn't afford emergency services and am now so relieved by the quality, price and efficiency!! Thank you so much. Definite new customers for life :)

Excellent service, Brian fixed my water tank like he was fixing his own. He wasn't out to make the most money he could. Honest and better than fair price. Almost $1000 less than another quote I was given by another company. Thank you again Brian.

Just got excellent first-time service from Brian and his son. I called yesterday after having difficulty getting a faucet working and in place - plus needing some shut off valves taken care of - in a downstairs bathroom and another bathroom. They called ahead running a little early - did a great job - were very nice to work with - and the price was great. I highly recommend them and will likely need their services in the near future.

Brian & Brian are an awesome father/son plumbing duo. I had previously hired another plumbing company to come and fix a couple of things wrong in my shower and toilet. The company took several hours altogether and the bill was quite steep. The issue with the shower was unresolved, so I called Provencher. Big Brian figured out the issue with a couple of pictures via text and came and fixed it the following day in minutes for a very fair price...Then the toilet the other company "fixed" started acting up again. I called Provencher again & Brian jr came the next day to once again fix the issue in minutes at a very fair price. We will be using them for all plumbing issues in the future.

I needed a new faucet installed and some supply line valves replaced. They were easy to contact, very easy to deal with and were out the next day for a very reasonable price. I will be using them again and would 10/10 recommend every time!

Fantastically fast, friendly service! Mike and Zach did a great job replacing a water tank for us and making sure the heater was working properly as well, with less than 24hr turnaround from call to completion. They're definitely getting return business!

When our boiler died suddenly leaving us without heat, Mike came out that same day to diagnose the problem. My shower valve stuck in an on position. I called Pilot and they were able to get to me in short order (on a Friday!). Mike was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I will gladly use his services again.

Having a history of DIY for our home projects, we were ambitious with our bathroom but soon discovered that the tub to walk-in shower conversion was a bit more than we bargained for once we tore out the tub on a Saturday. Seeing the plumbing for the drain/p-trap, we soon realized we needed to get the professionals out to help.

Having only 1 master bath/shower, we were in a jam. I reached out to many plumbing companies over the weekend with little to no response.

I had a gentleman respond while he was on vacation, and he pointed us in Mike's direction. I reached out to Mike immediately, and he said he would come that night. This was amazing considering another well-known local company said they could not come out until Friday, and that would only be for an assessment of what would be needed.

Mike was fantastic with his communication, skills, work ethic and had a great approach without making us feel stupid for trying the remodel on our own (as one of the other companies had done). He let us know he would be there if we had any other plumbing hiccups if we needed.

He got us past the emergency and went above and beyond again; squeezing us in after hours another night that week to finish the full shower install for us.

We were initially only looking for help with the drain conversion, but he was so fantastic that we opted to have him complete the full shower.

We had such a great experience and would not hesitate to reach out to him again for any plumbing needs. Having been homeowners for 20+ years, he was by far the best professional we have had for any project.
