Steve K has been addressing a hammer situation for us and also helping to clean up some old trap and general water system issues with our well serviced home. He is great and thorough. His work is professional and very quick. He is clean and cleans up his work areas. Always welcome back.

I had a great experience with 207 Plumbing and Heating. They were able to come out the same day to fix a leak in my shower drain, which I really appreciated. Steve was professional, respectful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He got right to work, quickly identified the issue, and replaced the leaking shower drain efficiently.
The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend 207 Plumbing and Heating and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Not cheap, but quality work typically isn't. We were having an issue with our heating system, and gave 207 a call. They got us scheduled, and communication via email and text were top notch. The technicians were professional and friendly, and all pricing was up front. There was a possible issue with the work and they returned two days later to check it out and confirm all was functioning as expected for no additional service charge. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

The entire team was very professional and helpful! Great to work with. They fit me into the schedule quickly and completed all the work that needed to be done. I am very pleased the results of their work and with their entire process.

Had 2 appointments with Kennebec Plumbing within a week of each other. Kitchen and bathroom faucet replacements and O ring replacements to the hot and cold water pipes behind washing machine. Second appt involved rerouting the kitchen "sprayer" hose and I decided to replace the washing machine hot/cold hoses. Mr. Weeks is personable and explained all the repairs being done. He had all the supplies in his truck - no need to run to a parts store. I will be calling Kennebec Plumbing again if needed. Their cost is MUCH more reasonable than other area plumbing outfits. Thanks so much!

We had a issue with our old toilet. We called and got an appointment within a couple of days. Steven came out, looked it over and gave us several options. He had contacted us before coming. He was not suppose to come until the following morning but ended up coming out a day ahead. The work was done quickly, he cleaned up everything when done. I would recommend.

Our experience with Kennebec Plumbing started when we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist that scheduled our consultation over the phone. We had new tub fixtures installed. Kennebec plumbing had to piece together and special order to get exactly what we wanted. They were able to match to the existing fixtures in the sink and towel bars. They also installed two new toilets for us. We are very pleased with the service we received. Kennebec plumbing is very friendly, fast to respond, has fair pricing and very knowledgeable. They left the Work area very clean after they were done. We recommend this company.

Great experience. Steven called ahead to let us know he was on the way and we also received a link to track his arrival. He was kind and courteous. Diagnosed the problem, gave a few options, then was able to fix it within a few hours. Grateful for the work and professionalism.

The person answering the phone was very helpful and scheduled a repair service for the next day. The technician, Andrew, was very knowledgeable about my furnace and answered all my questions. It’s nice to finally be working with a company that is trustworthy. Everyone is so very kind and polite. We will be customers forever! We also appreciate the ladies in the office who communicate very nicely and cordially. It means a lot when you call and both the office staff and the techs recognize that you’re a return customers when you call in for a service and know what is going on in your home.

Thomas and crew recently installed a generator and did an electrical update at my home. They were fast and efficient and explained everything as it was being done. Bonus points for arrival for the estimate and dates to work on time. There’s a reason everyone gives Thomas Energy 5 stars.

I had Thomas Energy replace an existing oil boiler + water heater tank system with a propane tankless heating system. The service and installation were excellent, and the team at Thomas Energy is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had Thomas Energy install a Home Standby Generator and a Heat Pump/Mini-Split for heat and A/C at my moms home. Thomas and Emily worked with me to select and coordinate the needed equipment for the job. They did and outstanding job installing the systems. Extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Mom is enjoying the newly installed systems and will for years to come.
