Thomas Energy installed heat pumps and a heat pump water heater and upgraded our electrical panel. They did excellent work, had great communication with us, came when they said they would, and were very respectful of our home. We were extremely pleased and would recommend them highly.

We recently bought a generator and had it installed by Thomas Energy of Holden, ME. Mr. Campbell, his daughter and staff did an excellent job. They kept us informed through the entire process, made themselves available when we had questions and generally performed in a pleasant, professional manner. The costs were very reasonable. I'm looking forward to having them service our equipment. They are an excellent group to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a generator, or electrical services of any type.

Gary does a great job, knows his stuff and makes it easy to do business with Oshkosh Sanitary Sewer Services. I would highly recommend if you need emergency service.

Came out promptly after talking to him on the phone. Very honest and upfront with everything. Our main line was clogged and he got everything flowing again. Not out to make a quick buck, takes his time and does the job right with integrity. Definitely recommended Oshkosh Sanitary Sewer Service

Amazing service and at a fair price! Gary was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I called to ask if they do Camera Inspections for pipes and he sighed and hung up on me? It's okay if you don't man, could've just said that instead of being rude!

Gary kept asking me to help him. I called and hired him to do all the work, not to be someone's assistant. Nice guy but soo unprofessional.

I had a clog in my main drain. Gary was over within an hour. Was Knowledgeable and helpful and got the issue taken care of quickly. I would recommend Oshkosh sanitary service for your main drain needs.

Gary is an amazing God fearing man, I’m thankful for him. I found him by chance no other corporate answered the phone at 5 am HE DID. He told me up front he might need some help hauling his equipment. He is 68 years old… this man is hard working and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him 100% he came here and got the job done in about two hours and the price stayed the same. He took out pounds of roots from my sewer drain hole in basement! Don’t waste time and give him a call.

Gary was great. It was a challenging set up but he was able to troubleshoot the issue and get the job done. Would recommend him to anyone.

From the receptionist (Kim) to the installation done by Justin my experience was nothing but great. Mike’s fit me in on short notice and did a great job.

Our well installation work was not done to code by Mike's Plumbing.
It cost us hundreds of dollars years later to redo their installation work to meet plumbing code compliance. Not a good company to use. Find another plumber.

Very professional! I had a basement leak and they went above and beyond making sure it got fixed correctly! Very easy to work with and will make sure things get fixed as they should! I would highly recommend them!

They have treated me very well on several occasions. The office staff as well. I would definitely recommend them. We piped my fireplace into the air handler, and have a second source of heat now for the whole house.

would have given zero stars but had to give at least 1. they ripped us off for warranty work on two ao smith 50 gallon water tanks. $4200 to rip and replace 2 tanks that didnt cost anything. so they are gouging me and who knows how much they got from the manufacturer. not an honest company ripping off seniors. after 2 years of fighting with them on costs they sent it to credit reporting to try and ruin an impeccable rating. i guess you can get ripped off and the consumer has no recourse.

We needed to find a plumber quickly for my mother in law and they came right out! This was the first time we used them. We had another issue at my daughters home, called them and they came out the same day! Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable! Glad we found someone we can count on!

Was quoted $135ph plus $65 for trip, time and material. Provided a picture of the issue so they had an idea of what was going on. Job took 30mins. Received a bill for over 500$. Called and asked why it was so high. After digging they said it was a clerical issue and was dropped to $370. Asked for a detailed invoice. Instead of the 65$ for trip time and material i was told that the travel time was also included as labor. The trip time and material went from$65 to $240! Would never recommend this company to anyone! How many other clerical issues were made that other customers just paid without questioning? Not even BBB accredited. Wish I had read the reviews first. Hope this helps anyone looking for plumbing work done!

Our well pump tank was waterlogged, and our pump would cycle on and off. I gave Mike’s a call and they came over right away. They were professional, knowledgeable, and had the job done in about an hour. I highly recommend..

We had a sewer smell in our bathroom. We always have a good experience calling Tureks. Jeff came out and replaced our AAV. He took time to explain the different reasons for the odor. We appreciate the information he provided and have a better understanding of next steps.

Nice to call and talk to a real person and ask questions to schedule an appointment. I needed to change the appointment also, which was very easy.
Drew was very informative, which helped us make a decision on what route we wanted to take for a new sump system.
We will most certainly use Tureks in the future for our plumbing needs.

I was very disappointed with the service from Tureks Plumbing. When I called, the customer service representative clearly told me that the diagnostic visit would be free. I even asked her twice to confirm, and both times she assured me there would be no charge.
However, when the technician arrived, I was told the diagnostic would cost $157, which was completely unexpected and contrary to what I had been told on the phone. That alone was frustrating and misleading.
On top of that, after assessing the issue, they said the house trap was full but their equipment couldn’t clear it. I was then told I would need to contact another plumbing company to handle the job.
I ended up calling a different plumber, and they were able to clear the blockage without any issue. They charged $250 to clear the pipes
Overall, the experience felt misleading. I would not recommend Tureks Plumbing based on my experience.
