Turek's recently completed the work on our sewer line, which needed descaling and cleaning. I watched the before and after videos of the work and could not believe the difference. I want to say a special thank you to Kyle, who went above and beyond with customer service. He made time for our questions and handled hiccups with our insurance company. Megan, Kristi and other office personnel were very professional and prompt communicators as well. Always very helpful. We will happily continue to be customers of Turek's.

Turek's did a fantastic job with our repiping, garbage disposal, and faucet installation. We had new counters installed and the countertop installers had to cut the plumbing underneath leaving us with an unexpected problem. Megan did a great job fitting me in at the last minute and listening to my concerns ahead of the appointment. Marcus figured out the puzzle that was our drains, updated our piping to code, and finally got water working in our kitchen. He explained everything along the way, was organized, and clean and incredibly friendly considering the tough job. Highly recommend Marcus and would use Turek's again!

We had our old tub/ shower removed on our guest bathroom, and transformed to a walk in shower. Also new counter top and sink, and new toilet. Katie, Robert, Drew, Dan and Richard were a pleasure to work with. All very courteous at all times, respectful, and fun to work with. We expected there to be a lot of dust. And there was none! We would recommend Turek's plumbing to anyone. In fact we plan to use them to remodel our master bath soon! Thank you Tureks!

We called the shop for a last minute request and they were at our house within hours. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work, followed up the next day and shared some insights on water pressure and a filter we have. Exceptional service, knowledge, and follow-through.

I just moved into my mother's OLD farmhouse. The renters who were here before did a number on the plumbing. Tim and Dan did a great job of figuring out what the issues were and getting it finally fixed. They have a sense of humor and are reliable. Great attributes for contractors when you are dealing with a problem!

About 3-4 years ago one of our two seasonal cottages needed a new well put in. Their estimates were comparable to others and they were local. They did a great job.

This year we used them for both place for plumbing challenges. The plumbers were knowledgeable and they also were able to do repair work in a timely manner.
I highly recommend them.

Our sewer pump failed , they got someone out immediately and had the problem fixed in half an hour . Plumber was kind , funny and he helped me get our furnace back up to snuff while he was here ! Thank you guys ! Really appreciated quick dispatch and fast call backs !

Woolsey’s is a great company they knew what my problem was right away. They’re very nice knowledgeable and professional guys that came out to work on my septic pump. I would highly recommend them, I know I will use them again if I ever need to. Thank you Woolsey you guys are the best.

We needed a total new septic system. Sam took care of all the county permits and perk test. Dan and Tim were awesome! Putting in the new septic system like it was their own septic system.

I've been looking for a company to abandon a well that we no longer use for some time. Unfortunately companies that perform this type of work are few and I assume busy because they never return calls. When I called Woolsey, I was encouraged that they called me back the same day and made arrangements to come and do the work that same week. Two men arrived in the morning, looked at the well we needed to have abandoned, asked if we wanted a part installed on our new well and said that they didn't have it in their truck. They said that they would be back in the afternoon and left. They never came back. Patiently I called 4 times asking when they would have time to come back. Always assured they would get my messages. If he didn't want to do the work, I would have appreciated their honesty and moved on. However they lied to us. They knew that we were desperate to get this done and simply didn't care. They don't follow through and apparently don't have an issue with leaving a customer hanging and very disappointed.
It should be noted that the lovely lady who answers the phone is very nice and felt bad when I spoke with her the last time I will ever call Woolsey Plumbing again.

Good luck if they tell you they don't have a part in their truck. You may never see them again.

Their man Dan Hine really helped us out when our sewer line backed up in to our basement. He and his trusty sidekick "Rodney" were able to promptly clear the blockage and diagnose what caused the issue. He also gave me some valuable tips on how to clean up the mess. I could tell he really loves his job!

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded. Someone from Scour was able to come and replace it the next day. He also mentioned that there are warning devices that would alert me right away if this should happen again. I'm definitely going to buy one of those.

Overall a great experience, Gavin was early to the appt time and not only courtesy but professional all the way throughout the job. He showed what the issues were on camera as he was completing the lateral line clean out. Very skilled young man!

Always appreciate the ease of scheduling and prompt responsiveness. We have had Scour for a bath remodel, water heater install, and drain cleaning and satisfied every time.

Mike is an exceptional individual who goes above and beyond for his customers. He will rearrange his schedule if at all possible to get you taken care. He appreciates you as a customer and will do what he can to take care of your problem.

Really enjoyed working with Scour. Shannon was great with answering all our questions. If she didn't know right away, she checked into it and called back right away.
When I called to set up our appointment, we got the quote the same day and they were here in a couple days.
When Michael came, he didn't waste any time getting started. He checked everything over, answered any questions I had and got right down to business.
We look forward to working with them again in the future and would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Highly recommend, I had plumbing issues due to frozen septic outlets. I called on Saturday during not normal business hours. The owner answered my call. We arranged for a technician to come out on Sunday and look at everything. The technicians name who is Gavin deserves five stars. He was prompt polite, and knew exactly what to do. He assess the problem and found a fix for it. I highly recommend Scour plumbing drain & sewer and will refer them to as many people as I can. Excellent excellent service.

I called first thing in the morning for my dad because he had a kitchen sink that was clogged and hoping I would be able to get someone today and they made it so easy. They sent Gavin out and he was able to come earlier then the appointment time. He took care of things and my dad is satisfied with his work.

Garret arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. They assessed the immediate issue and began a drain scoping and flushing.

Mike examined every pipe and drain system and explained in great detail, how to fix each issue.

Estimate was precise and reasonable.
