In may Quandt came out to do the plumbing work for a bathroom remodel. Most things went well but after they reinstalled the toilet within a couple days performance was substantially degraded. I did my due diligence as the home owner trying to figure it out with no success. I lived with it for 2/3 months hoping it would resolve itself but it became challenging. I then contact Quandt and they were quick to deny responsibility without even taking a look at it. It was an existing toilet which is about a year old. If I would have known of their policy to do the work and deny responsibility on workmanship due to it being an exiting fixture that when reinstalled has significant performance problems I would have went another direction. The rest of the project I am happy with along with their communication and timing with other contractors. I mean if you have to charge a little more to make sure something was configured correctly and work is warrantied then do it.

We won a free faucet install at the home builders show in Feb of 2019. We forgot about it waited almost 11 months before calling to redeem. They (Jason) honored the free install with no questions asked. They have effective communication and were prompt to order materials, schedule and install. Installers were polite and even fixed a problem under my sink while they were installing. They installed a high quality product too. A big thank you to Jason and your Team at Quandt Plumbing.

TLDNR: If there was a 6th star, they've earned it. You call professionals for a reason and Quandt Plumbing is as good as you'll ever get.

Needless to say, Quandt came out because I had a clogged sewer that Roto-Rooter was unable to fix (filled with gravel). The issue came down to needing to replace my main sewer line from inside to outside my house. After finding out that I hadn't been able to flush a toilet for the last 5 days, Quandt contacted and coordinated with Wally Schmid Excavating and came out the next morning. In a matter of 7 hours, Quandt removed part of the concrete slab, using hand tools, dug a hole 6ft deep to the broken sewer line, and drilled a hole through the concrete wall. They ran a new sewer line out of my house, filled the hole back in, and replaced the concrete that was removed. They did all of this without causing any damage and left no mess! I can't thank Quandt enough for giving my family (wife, 3y old son, 2y old son) back the use of our home. If you need plumbing done, you want Quandt Plumbing to do it.

Thank you Quandt Plumbing for saving Christmas! We had a drain plug two days before Christmas Eve dinner, Quandt made time to come out, were right on time and fixed the problem. The repair man was also very nice!

From my experience they don't do good business!!!

I know what the home warranty states yes I pay the first hundred. But when u come in for 5 min and say u need ur septic pumped and that's it and still charge 100 dollars for that to me that's bad business.
And just to let u know that wasn't the problem the pipe was clogged so that tells me ur company isn't really that good at plumbing

After being in our house for 10 months, our water heater went out. In a panic of trying to remove water in the basement, demo my office, and stop the bleeding, I went to Lowe's and ordered a new water heater to be installed. Quandt was the contractor for the job, and Matt (unsure of last name, although I wish I could credit him) did a phenomenal job. Quick work, he gladly installed a valve on a recirculating line that was previously not there for a very fair price. Extremely happy wifh the speed in which the job was performed, the quality of work, and the professionalism of the plumber. After a previously poor experience with another local company, I would 100% contact Quandt in the future if necessary. Thanks for the great work!

Very responsive. We have had exceptional service experiences over the last 4 years. Recently, we had some more work done at our home and appreciated the clean, professional job that was done. The plumber cleaned up after himself so well that you wouldn't even know he was there. You know they are always going to do the job with care and concern as if they were working on their own home. SBS installed the plumbing in our house 12 years ago and did an excellent job. We've used them for smaller projects since, and they continue to provide fair pricing an excellent service.

Derek from SBS had Kevin come to my brother-in-law Dan's home to replace a water heater as soon as it was possible. Kevin did a great job, was very thorough, and explained what needed to be done. He got the job done quickly and Dan had hot water 30 minutes later. Derek's charges very very reasonable.

SBS Plumbing is absolutely awesome. I've been having problems with my water well pressure. Kevin came and figured out what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Can't say enough about the excellent customer service and this businesses expertise. Very happy customer and would highly recommend them.

These guys are the best! Had an unexpected issue today with my sump pump and they were here in less than an hour and resolved that issue before it caused more problems. LOVE working with these guys!

Just wow! Called SBS regarding a leaky spigot. I was told Kevin would be at my house at noon. Kevin showed up at 11:58 and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. He replaced a gasket on one spigot and while checking the other spigot, noticed the handle was loose and missing a screw. He fixed that as well. Thank you SBS for such great service!

We had a difficult job in an older home. They were very patient, worked through the issues to fix our shower and pipes. They had to make a return trip because we were sold a bad cartridge from Kohler for our shower. We would highly recommend them for your plumbing jobs. They were very reasonable in what they charged us for the work they did.

Jerrick & his associate came out on an emergency basis and fixed my laundry hookup (which had burst the night before.) They were professional and knowledgeable and completed work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The guys at Absolute Plumbing are the best! We had a pretty big issue that needed to be fixed and we thought it was something that would have taken a few days to fix. Seth was very clear with each of the tasks that needed to be done, (per our requested repairs), and the cost associated with each before work ever began. He easily answered any questions that came up, so there were no unclear or surprise costs/fees once work was completed.

We had a great experience with Absolute Plumbing. Brendan and Jerrick did an excellent job installing our dishwasher, making sure everything was done according to code and even reworking some pipes to make it right. They were friendly, professional, and left everything clean and organized.

Todd and Seth were great! They installed my new dishwasher and got it up to code quickly and efficiently. They also recommended work that I would have never known about and will be using them for all those future projects. Also very professional and not pushy on additional work but laid it up nicely. We had our yearly maintenance check done as part of the Diamond program, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mike and Justin were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They spent about two hours completing a full inspection, including flushing our water heater, checking all faucets, showers, toilets, outdoor water hookups, and more.
They clearly explained all of their findings, walked us through recommendations, and provided options without any pressure. Pricing was very transparent and upfront, which we really appreciated. We ended up booking an additional service for a water filtration system. While the most expensive option wasn’t in our budget right now, they took the time to understand what we were actually looking for and found a solution that met our needs and our budget.
They were also very respectful of our home, our pets, and our children, which means a lot to us. Overall, this was a great experience and exactly what you hope for from a maintenance program. Highly recommend!
