My mom had issues with the plumbing and called Collins Plumbing. They came out, took a look and told her what was going on with the plumbing. The sewer was plugged, and the old pipes were crumbling (old house) and needed to break up the concrete to get to the pipes.

They were very helpful and did an excellent job replacing the pipes, fixing what needed to be fixed and cleaned up the basement areas where they needed to replace the pipes.

The staff at the office were nice and helpful with my questions and taking my payment over the phone.

Well as usual its Collins Plumbing to the rescue. We ran out of water on Monday evening. We thought it could be the pump. Well long story short Collins Plumbing sent up two qualified people and they determined the pump was faulty. I asked can it be repaired and he said in about an hour. Wow I said. They pulled the pump up, replaced the pump along with a section of piping, reinstalled it and tested water. All was good. They had us up and working in no time. We are truly grateful to have such a plumbing shop in our area. Lee and Joe a big thank you to your business and to the two technicians that were at our house today. Joseph Ambacher preformed a septic inspection and pumping but neglected to report this to the county. This resulted in a fine from the county which Joseph Ambacher will not reimbursed me for. It is his duty to submit this information per the department of Zoning and Planning.

They came after us waiting for two days to fix frozen/broken pipes and then left without saying a word. When they finally answered their phone, they said that they were not coming back because they could not fit in our crawl space. They had previously done some work in the same area, and we had two guys come afterward who were able to get in the crawl space just fine and fix the issue quickly.

We moved to Wisconsin about three years ago and bought a house. One of our neighbors told us that if we needed a plumber, he has always had good luck with Mechanical Connections (MC). Since we have lived here, we have used MC on at lease three different occasions - installed heating unit in Pole Barn workshop, installed water softener and inline water filter, and installed a water shutoff on an outside hose bib. In all cases they were prompt, courteous and stood behind their work. I have recommended them to several of our friends.

Had Tanner come over this morning on time. Within about 1/2 hr he had my kitchen sink drain unplugged.
Couldn't beat the price. Average for the area is $250. My bills was less than that.

Our experience with Flush for plumbing maintenance has been fantastic. They’re super reliable and efficient, always providing excellent service. The team is friendly and really knows what they’re doing, making every interaction a breeze.

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, NOT QUALITY WORK
Had Flush come out in the beginning of August because when the Washer drained water was backing up into the sink and the floor drain in front of the sink. The tech was prompt and said that he had cleaned and checked it all out. Then said that there is a 90 day warranty if we encounter any issue with this section that he worked on for $175.00. About 4 weeks later noticed a sewer smell and water backing up into the sink again.
Because of family schedules didn't call them to come out for another 2 weeks. A total of 6 weeks from first call. The tech then cleaned the stand pipe that the washer drains into and charges us $152.00 because this is considered as a different section.
I was home for the fist call and my Wife was home for the second call. When I called to find out why this wasn't covered under the warranty, The lady said that because the tech said it is a different section and the tech had to bring in different tools for the second call. And that I should have called when we first noticed the issue again. It shouldn't matter if I called them back on day 1 or day 89. As far as having to bring in different tools, the auger is the same just different head attachments.
The pictures below show the area in which the work was done and as stated above that the backup was related.

Wow. I had a sump pump line that was backing up; plumber recommended Flush. Eric answered the phone and I was immediately impressed. I was scheduled for 10:00 the next day and they arrived precisely at 10. They not only flushed it out, they disconnected the temporary surface line the plumber had put in, reconnected the flushed underground line, and hung the temporary line back in the garage. Very conscientious professionals who knew their business. All at a fantastic price. Highly recommend.

Although I was not able to use their service both gentlemen were very nice and helpful I appreciate them getting back to me quickly

We had our main drain clogged on a Sunday, called them late, and they showed up in the hour. Fixed the drain by snaking out some roots and charged a good price!

I called them to fix a clogged pipe, and they responded incredibly quickly. They diagnosed the issue right away and handled everything efficiently. The plumber, Tanner, was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great experience from start to finish!

We had a fantastic experience with Flush Drain & Sewer. When my sewer backed up into my basement, they came to the rescue ASAP! They were extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explained the process, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job from start to finish. What is the difference between a good company and a great one?? I believe it is the way they handle a problem.We had a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed. There was a small problem with the caulking. They came back and took.care of the problem right away. This is a great company!

Ashley and Jared are fantastic. They are very helpful and always responsive. They also provide realistic expectations for timing on completing a job and follow through on what they agree to accomplish.

Pressure tank went out on a weekend. Jared showed up within an hour, checked everything over and fixed issue. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Our ejector pump quit working over the weekend. Called Lorge on Monday. They arrived within an hour and replaced the pump and fixed a few other issues with a pipe as well as a toilet. They were professional and helpful. I would highly recommend as well as refer people to use this plumbing business.

My septic system failed on me and was no longer up to code. Lorge had an entire new system installed for me 2 days after permits were approved. Haven't had a single issue since!
They also came on short notice to fix a leak in my crawl space, super quick, straight forward and professional. I will continue to utilize their services and highly recommend them!
