Beware, they don't stand behind the products they sell. I hate to leave a review like this but the truth might save some unfortunate customer the disappointment we've experienced. We were told by the sales lady the reason they charge over 4 times more for their products is they are a much better quality than what is sold at Home Depot. Their cabinets and faucets are, however their toilets are not. They charged us $400 per toilet which is being outperformed by our $100 toilet from Home Depot. We have had a 75% failure rate with the internal flush valves in just over 1 year time. The one toilet that hasn't failed yet rarely gets used. When I confronted Scott he told me there is only a 1 year warranty on parts and "I should keep in mind these are their economy line of toilets". I asked Scott if he could explain why our $100 Home Depot toilets were outperforming his economy line of toilets that were 4 times as expensive and he responded with "let's just focus on fixing this". We ordered the replacement parts for all four toilets which ended up being the incorrect parts (fill valves vs flush valves) which they charged us 150% more than what I could have purchased them for at Home Depot. I had to then place a subsequent order for the correct parts (flush valves) at a premium as these parts are not able to be sourced locally. As a business owner I understand the challenges associated with running a business. As a human being I understand that you will know a tree by their fruits. When you tell someone you're paying top dollar for a better quality product that fails to which you respond by refusing to stand behind the product, let alone even make an attempt to make things right, but rather respond by gouging them with excessively marked up replacement parts and them letting them know they would need to ship the other products back at the customers cost of course to get a refund. Justin and his team remodeled 3 bathrooms for us and did a great job from start to finish. They were easy to work with and were always there when we needed them. Highly recommended!

Had my well pump replaced and the plumbing to it redone and parts replaced. The job was done efficiency and without mess and it was a very clean and professional job.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Justin Cox did on our remodel. He literally replaced every drain and water line in the whole house. Bathroom, kitchen, and washer. I would highly recommend him to tackle any plumbing issues! Very quick turnaround. You will not be disappointed.

This is a company you can trust. I've had them out a few times in the last couple months and they've done a wonderful job. They originally came out to replace a 50+ year old cast iron toilet flange, but they were so great to work with we also had them replace a gas water heater, sump pump, and freeze resistant hose bibb.

Silica Plumbing was prompt, courteous, and professional. They were able to get to our place the same day and change out our gas water heater with a brand new one within 2-3 hours. Mike and Paul did a great job!

About two weeks ago we called about our Electric water heater leaking. We were pleasantly surprised when they told us that they could have someone come out within half an hour especially because it was during that first big snow storm we had earlier this month. Fortunately they had the water heater we needed in stock and could replace it the same day at a reasonable price so we proceeded with that route. The two gentlemen who came were extremely wonderful to work with. I wouldn't have cared very much but since the only way to the basement is if you walk through the house, they kindly laid down their own card board boxes for their wet shoes. Within a couple hours we had a new set up and everything else was settled. I plan to reach out and work with them for future services needed.

Woke up to a call from the city that we had a water issue, discovered it was the water heater. Silica came out same day to replace the water heater, everyone was very friendly, and the technicians made sure we were good to go before they left. Was also cheaper than what we were expecting, and they explained the cost breakdown.
