Very courteous and prompt. Gave us a quote and stuck to it. We were very pleased. This is the second time we have had D and S help us out and will call them again if we need any work done.

I was so happy with the work and work ethics. I had trouble with my bad smelling water for years, trying many different things. Shawn had the problem figured out in minutes. I now have good water and water pressure. I called him back for other problems that he solved for me. I am one happy home owner again!

Shawn is the only plumber who will man up and actually work on my ancient house/plumbing. He is absolutely brazen, but always quickly responds to pleas for help. A refreshing change from the well-mannered corporate plumbing outfits who politely answer their phones and that’s where their talents end. Shawn really is a Master Plumber, having gutted and thoroughly renovated my bathroom and saving my cursed house from multiple watery disasters over the years. Long live D&S Plumbing!

I have heard all positive things about Shawn, his knowledge, and exceptional work ethic. He accurately diagnosed my water issues when I talked with him over the phone. He scheduled a service call promptly despite me insisting that I could mange my situation for a little while. He traveled to my home almost 2 hours north of Omro. He replaced my archaic water pump, water softener, water heater, and pipes in a timely manner. The system works wonderfully now free of all issues. Efficient, professional, helpful, and extremely fair pricing for the exceptional work. I will always call on Shawn for my plumbing needs.

I called Tuesday afternoon with my water heater needing replaced. He showed up at 7am Wednesday morning and replaced it in an hour. Even rerunning my gas pipes to be ran better. Fair pricing and fast work. Couldn't ask for anything better

I needed a plumber ASAP, with only one toilet, and it’s clogged!
Russ changed his schedule to get to us, 10 minutes and here he was!

Wow. A plumber who actually called me back!! Had our broken front and back yard faucets replaced. Russ laid out several options so we could weigh the risks and benefits against our financial constraints. I have to say he did not push for any one specific plan of attack. In the end we opted for new faucets rather than trying to repair the twenty year old existing ones. We're happy. Our plants are happy. I called around 9 am to discuss a clogged toilet at my house. I had tried to plunge it myself; but the water level rose to the rim and didn’t recede an inch. Even after a day. He called before arriving to give me heads up, was quick and efficient. He was polite and courteous. I don’t know how he was able to unclog it, but he fixed it quickly.

He was able to recommend a different plunger brand that should work better in the future. I would strongly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Russ is a great plumber. He's quick to reply and figure out the problem, gets in & out fast with minimal interruption, and does quality work for a great price. He fixed my leaky bathtub and replaced my water heater. Both are working good without complaint!

Morning leaving on vacation, found a water on the basement floor. Found a leak on a copper pipe. No time to call anyone -we turned off the house water and had to leave. Once at our destination, we called Russ and asked if he could fix it, not knowing what we would come home to. Russ had everything fixed and send pics of his work in just a day- So lucky to know this company. Great guy - you cannot go wrong.

Woke up with water on the ground around my 20 year old water heater. I called Russ, gave him the model number of the heater I had, a few pictures and within 1 hour he re-adjusted his whole days schedule in order to replace my unit. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone. Great service and great guy!

CONSUMER BEWARE!
If you are looking for a plumber that is reliable....DO NOT CALL Brickner Plumbing. The owner of the company is by far the most arrogant contractor I've dealt with in my 40 plus years of home remodeling. For sake of brevity I will keep this concise. Ryan Brickner was hired to resolve 3 issues at my home and inspect a whirlpool motor. 2 days later I not only noticed the 3 issues were not fixed but they were actually worse than before he supposedly " fixed" them. I texted Ryan, the owner of the company to make him aware the challenges were still occurring. I was shocked at the response I received. Here is the text response kept short for brevity purposes.
" Honestly you probably need a plumber that can give you a little bit more attention than I can." He than went on to tell me he was not responsible for the problems because he didn't do the original work.
We hire a contractor to SOLVE challenges not blame others for the poor job they did. If you want to hire a plumbing company that will stand behind THEIR work and not blame others who did work before them...... do yourself a favor.....call another plumber. There are plenty out there who will stand behind their work.....not so at Brickner Plumbing.

Brickner was the only plumber to come out and fix our pressure tank the same day. They did an amazing job and ensured twice that everything worked before leaving. Highly recommend! Thank you for coming out on such short notice when no other plumber could until the following week!! Your work and time is greatly appreciated!!

Very helpful! After hours sump pump failure! Ryan worked he phones while on the road to Nashville. Tanner offered to come over that night. They definitely went the extra mile in my experience, especially for a first time customer. Thanks again Dr Robert Gibson

I had a leaking water heater and it was installed within 24 hours at a reasonable amount. Ryan always responded to my messages and calls promptly. It was an excellent experience with Brickner Plumbing.

Brickner Plumbing helped us add more beautiful living space (including a new kitchen!) and an extra bedroom to our home so we can continue to raise our family in a neighborhood and community we’ve grown to love the past decade.
