The toilet had an issue. It would fill up with water, stop running, and then fill again. Seemed like a small leak. Called Mike early in the morning. They were here so quickly. He out in a new seal and that was it! THANK YOU for coming so quickly. It wouldn't have been a huge deal, but we were headed out of town the next day and didn't want to worry about it while we were gone!!

Mike’s team came within a week of contacting him. They did a very clean and professional install of our new water softener. My wife and I would highly Mike Depagter Plumbing.

Our water heater went out, and the replacement was going to be a bit tricky. Mike was incredibly responsive—he came over quickly to assess the situation and arranged for a new installation the very next day. This all happened during a holiday week, and we truly appreciate how fast and smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend!

I had a couple of small jobs around the house I had called about and they were supposed to call us back and set something up. They never called back and we called twice.

My tub would not drain no matter what I tried. I called Tuesday afternoon and asked to have someone come to fix it. I was told my information would be passed to the scheduler and I would get a call. I had no problem with this, since it was not an emergency or anything. I called Wednesday afternoon since I did not hear anything. I was told that things were pretty busy with end of the month billing and such, but I would get a call later that day. I never heard anything back. I ended up getting a different company to come.

The communication and scheduling process went smoothly. The person that installed the heater was friendly and informative.

Drain in my basement lateral backed up , Nasty !!! I called an actual human called Back!!! Sounded like the owner himself . Meter plumbing dispatched a man with a jetter that fixed the issue quickly and simply . Can’t argue with professionalism!

Meyer Plumbing installed all the plumbing, fixtures, water heater and sump pumps when we built our house 11 years ago. It has all been very trouble free. This weekend the water heater sprung a slow leak. I called Kelly on Monday at 8:00 am and by 3:00pm Tyler had installed and tested the new water heater. My experience with the Precision Plumbing team was excellent. They listened to what my ideas were for my historic house bathroom and completed everything perfectly. Great communication! They're busy because they do excellent work. They took the time to explain things to me, what my options were, and what the associated costs would be. All four fixtures in my bathroom are connected and working again - and I know that the work was done right the first time around. Very thankful for their help and highly recommend!

I called these folks on 10/23 with a short list of plumbing issues I needed worked on in my new home. The person on the phone asked me to text him pictures and descriptions, so I did so the same day. It's now 12/1 and Precision never put me on the schedule or even replied. If you can't get a concrete service date from them right away, I suspect you won't get one ever.
