Needed a plumber quick and I called him and he came later in the morning and did a great job. Very friendly!

They never return calls. They are too busy to help you with your problem. In other words, they dont need any more business and I'll never call them again.

Allen Fannin answers his own phone while he is out working. He was honest about his availability and accurate with times. He has answered questions for me on the phone to help me with problems or concerns. He showed up at the time he said he would. Good with pets. Fast service and fair pricing.

Awesome plumber who does excellent and honest work!

Thank you to Angi’s List for putting me in contact with Traditional Plumbing LLC. John was responsive, knowledgeable, reasonable in his pricing, prepared, and overall great to work with. We were able to have him come out only a few days following our original inquiry and he did a fantastic job tackling our leaking shower/tub. In about 2-2.5 hours he was able to fix our problem and kept the work area clean. He came ready to fix the issue following him asking us to text us a brief explanation of the issue. We are back to using our shower (thank goodness!) all thanks to John!

The dishonest person is Jeff! The was the one that went to his place to fix his problem
Hos mother was there and asked me to fix Several things. He thought these things should not be fixed. Never paid my time to him was not worth anything!!!!! He is very dishonest!!!!! You believe what you want! -
Loves warranty scams. Avoid. Gets warranty to pay for the part and then charges the home owner double what the part costs. Also rounds the time up while charging by the inch for pex. The work ended up being 4 times more than he quoted.

Steer clear. Very dishonest. I contacted Sherry's Plumbing to perform a very small job, Basically replace a water supply line to a slop sink in a basement. All plumbing was exposed and easily accessible. I was not home at time of repair so the tech called me with a price to complete the job he said it should fall in the 300 to 350 range. This i thought was high for a fairly simple job but i was out of town and needed the job done so i reluctantly agreed. All seemed fine and the craftsmanship was acceptable, but then Two weeks later i received a bill for over 500.00!! i was billed for 6 hrs labor and it took TWO guys to complete this very simple job. I called and spoke to the owner He was unable to adequately explain why the charges were higher than quoted by his employee, He stated that his employees are not authorized to supply pricing and then he went on to talk in circles. I called a another plumber and explained what was done and what parts were used they confirmed that pricing was extremely high and this should have been a 2 to 3 hr repair MAX. Feel completely ripped off.

Needed a water heater replaced. They came the same day to limit the inconvenience of not having water in my house. Hunter showed up and stayed steadily working and got everything done in 3 1/2 hours. That included running new pipes, clean up, and installation. They were upfront on the hourly rates and gave me worse case scenario for costs, it came well under that due to the efficiency of Hunter.

**Be careful of hidden fees!**
After taking on the responsibility to run my departed fathers estate. I used Bernhard's to do work on the 9 properties I had to sell. On the last property I called them and by now we had a rapport and I asked them swing over to my fathers house to give an 2nd opinion on a small job. They called me when they got there and looked up at the pipe in the basement with a open ceiling said they would charge more and I should go with the other person.
I thought that was it. Until a month later when they sent me a bill for $140!!! After laughing with my wife(who was there when the plumber was on the phone). I decided not to pay this insult. Then over the next month Robert Herbst (which I believe is an employee) started blowing up my and my family's attorney phone threatening to sue me and the estate. When I called him back he shouted at me and kept bringing up my father who passed away and saying "well its not your money why do you care". I tried to reason with him and I was willing to pay for the plumbers time. But he hen said well I am going to sue you if you dont pay the whole thing but first I am going to throw a bunch of fees on it and charge you for all the court fees. Basically trying to extort and scare my family so that we pay $140 for 10 minutes of their time. On top of the $4000+ we paid them for the other jobs.
It blows my mind that a small community has such a shady company like this in the mix. For me, it’s not about the money—it’s about integrity. You can’t mislead customers into thinking you’re doing them a favor and then try to extort them. Today it’s $140; next time, who knows? Maybe the next time someone’s grandmother asks a question, Bernhard’s will send her a $500 bill. -
Scott was very helpful by letting us borrow a tool that we didn’t have and our vendor couldn’t get in a reasonable time for our project. I made a call to Scott and explained what was going on and he was there to help anyway he could. When you have a business willing to help out another business that’s going above and beyond, and that is a 10 star rating. Thank you

Mike did a great job solving all sorts of plumbing issues in our house. Scott was here earlier in the week to install a new toilet. Both gentlemen were so nice!

We have had Bernard Plumbing out for two separate jobs now, and both experiences were excellent from start to finish. Jed performed both jobs and we couldn't be more pleased with his work.
The first time, we needed a gas line terminated, and Jed handled it quickly and professionally. He clearly explained what he was doing and made certain everything was safely capped and tested before leaving. The second job was replacing our laundry washer box and valves, which was a bit more involved. Jed was just as efficient, neat, precise, and respectful of our home throughout the process.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. He made sure we understood the issues, completed the work to a high standard, and left the space spotless. We are grateful to have had Jed on both jobs.
We highly recommend Bernhard Plumbing and will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs! -
Bernhard’s has been servicing our household for all its plumbing needs for 12 years now. Scott has always been our go to guy for our projects. His knowledge and experience has been invaluable in solving issues that were created by a poorly done flip on our house. Will continue to use and refer them as the service has always been top notch and reasonable prices! Thanks for the help.

We had our water heater installed. They responded within an hour and a half after we made the initial call! The very next morning,(which is today, the 18th of Nov)they arrived at 8am to deliver, and install the new water heater!!! They did a great job, and very friendly, and personable!!! By 10:30 ,we had hot water....Thank you so much for EVERYTHING...

We had a compromised sewer line- both outside the house and below the basement floor. We only realized there was a problem when a huge sinkhole opened under our front stoop. We were mystified as to where all the dirt went. Scott identified the likely problem immediately- the dirt was being carried away in the ruptured sewer line. From Scott identifying the problem to Jed and Adrian doing great work overcoming a number of complications in our old house to Bob managing the whole ordeal, we are extremely satisfied with all of their work. I will add that along the way they patiently answered all my questions in a welcoming way.
