They came in and did work for my mother. I was very upset to find out, after the fact, that the representative who came did work without wearing a mask. They didn't even check to see if it was all right to enter the house without a mask. Very disrespectful.

Mitch always dose a great job and good compliant work. Great customer service and organization on top of it all as well! They are my go to in Baraboo!

Excellent work ethic and excellent job done

Two weeks ago, we called Schadde because our bathroom sink was leaking into our basement. They said they would come out Friday morning. My wife stayed home from work. Noon rolled around and a Schadde van rolled up to our neighbors house. They were there the rest of the day. When my wife called she was told the next door job was proving more difficult and complicated. That’s fine it happens. But they said they would call before the end of the day. No call on Friday. No call on Monday. They never came back on Monday. It’s been two weeks and no call, and never showed. We didn’t ask them to do us a favor when they had a chance. We were hiring them to do a job and they put us on the schedule and then never showed up and then they ignored us. We still don’t have a working sink. This is not a business practice that I respect.

Huge shoutout to Schadde Plumbing for saving us from a weekend with no water. Mark came as soon as I called about an underground water break from my house that was going all the way to the neighboring properties and resulted in the city completely turning off our water. He got his crew here with an excavator right away and took care of everything and fixed the issue in less than two hours. Thank you!!

Had another plumber come over to finish the work. He caught several mistakes that were made with the previous work. First plumber was very unprofessional over the phone. Would not recommend for any kind of job.

I had a sewer backup and Scott was here the next morning. He will not be satisfied with his work until he diagnoses the problem and fixes it. The problem turned out to be in the city sewer just as he suspected. The City crew was here within the hour. No one better.

Scott came within mere hours of our call to fix our toilet that wouldn’t work. He was so efficient and had the part it needed on his truck. We were totally impressed by how quickly he solved the problem. He’s a great plumber!

Responded to the phone call right away in the morning and showed up later the same day as discussed. He's very professional and personable. Explains everything he's doing and explains all the problems encountered. Absolutely went above and beyond to remedy the situation he was presented with and it was quite the situation. He used a few different approaches which required different equipment being brought in & out- He's very careful about not making a mess- put down drop clothes to keep the carpet clean while moving equipment in and out. He is very fairly priced for the services he provided.

These guys did excellent work replacing our entire cast iron drain pipe system that had multiple cracks in it from our 2nd floor all the way down into the basement floor. They started at 8am and finished up around 2:30pm. Great guys, affordable and highly recommendable.

Scott helped us get a sewer drain unplugged. We had already had another contractor try and he told us we needed to replace the drain. Scott brought the camera and the auger and got the job done. I appreciated the extra effort, and the reasonable price.

Couldn’t be happier than we are with the work Mike’s Plumbing did for us. We needed an outside spigot moved. Price was less than other quotes, Mike and the other guy (sorry, I forgot his name) were friendly, professional, and did great work. Highly recommend them

Mike is an excellent plumber efficient and dependable. My water heater started leaking on July 3rd, he came over on July 4th a holiday to assess the problem and had a new water heater installed by July 7th. He rearranged his schedule to help me and was very reasonable on cost. I've been dealing with plumbers for over 45 years and he is the best.

Based on many recommendations, we engaged Mike to help us with our plumbing projects at our house. He was ver helpful in the planning process offering good suggestions that would make what we wanted to do more useful or easier to accomplish. Our bathroom remodel work with Mike is excellent and he helped us make some important decisions in the process.
