I called John today with an issue with my hot water heater. I have had problems getting a response from multiple plumbers in my area. John called me back within 10 minutes and came to my house to fix it. Great service.

Every one I have talked to that has had John's plumbing do their home has made the same comment. He takes short cuts. We just spent over $2,000 having our less than ten year old Septic system fixed by Septic rejuvenating systems. His first words after learning that only my wife and I live hear, were that the plumber took some Major shortcuts for this to fail this soon. Don't even bother to take issue with this John as your 1st major shortcuts was the faucets that leaked all over the garage floor, two feet off the side of the dog wash basin!

John was a very knowledgeable professional who took his time to go over my system and replace / repair as necessary. I am new to the area with nobody to ask for a recommendation- and new to having private well/ septic and LP gas. I feel confident I can maintain my system. And if not- or there's a problem I'm calling John!

Great work from John’s Plumbing as I had a leak in my kitchen and they fixed within the next few hours I called.

I have used John's plumbing for many years and I have always had Supreme service.
Today I called them to install our new sink/ location and also install a dishwasher and Bryce did a awesome job. Thank you very much !!

I had an issue with my dishwasher. It kept throwing a code about drainage. We replaced and checked every hose. The sink was draining fine. Just the dishwasher had a problem. The appliance repairman said it was probably the motherboard in the dishwasher. We bought a new one. The first time we used it, it threw the same kind of code. I thought we needed our plumbing redone under the sink. I called John's Plumbing. After explaining the issue to him, he told me it was probably the vacuum breaker and my husband could probably replace it. We tried that and it worked. He could have come out, made the simple repair, and charged us a bunch of money. Instead, he gave me something to try and told me to call him if that didn't work. What could have been costly was a cheap and easy fix. I learned that John's Plumbing is a business with integrity. A+ in my book.

Ulmer's provides great service and helpful suggestions for increasing the longevity of our septic system. Prices are VERY reasonable.

0 stars if possible. I called with a plumbing emergency and had to leave a message (on the number provided as an "emergency" line) Nobody answered so I left a message with my name, phone number and nature of the emergency. I never received a call back. I got the problem fixed by someone else. Someone who takes their business seriously.

I've called Don twice with an emergency plumbing issue and he's helped me out both times right away. Very helpful and willing to explain everything he did and very helpful to explain some plumbing issues that I could do to help me out down the road.

Don came last year to clean out our iron filters which had not been cleaned in 15 yrs. He was very careful not to get the rusty watery sludge inside, on my floor as he wheeled the filters outside to clean them . As I watched him work I thought, 'He is very thorough' and he knew what he was doing. Every question I asked, he had an answer for. i would highly recommend calling him for your plumbing needs.
I am about to call him again, this time to chlorinate our well which needs to be done at least once a yr. maybe twice. Rust and limestone build-up is a problem where we live.

We had an emergency water leak in our main water supply, and Don was the first to callback and get out to us. He was SO knowledgeable and kind---and had us up and running in no time. We found our new local plumber! We would highly recommend Don.

While no one wants to call a plumber, if a job is needed, Don is the one to call. He does a great job and really cares about his work. About the nicest person you will ever meet and reasonable prices.
I had a backed up drain in the basement and Don had the whole thing fixed and cleaned up in just over an hour.
