We had a water pipe break under our slab and Ryan came the same day we called. It was a big project as the piping had to be rerouted in ceilings. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend their services and they will always be my go to plumber.

Very responsive. My tankless hot water heater stopped working on a Friday at 4:50 PM. Like great........I called a few companies and no one got back to me expect Doro. They had a professional technician come out asap to troubleshoot my issue & fixed it promptly. The invoice was very fair and I am a happy customer. Doro is my new go to for my plumbing needs.

My experience with Eberhardt Plumbing and Heating was smooth and fast. We noticed liquid around our septic tank and figured that this was going on for some time when we found the pump's alarm was on silence. I did a quick read on several companies, finding good reviews for Eberhardt. Jim took over finding a company to pump our septic, then two service persons from Eberhardt arrived replacing and and repairing what was needed. I was kept in the know, so no surprises. I felt Eberhardt did go out of their way to fix our septic. Not sure of how their prices compare with others, so I can not comment on costs.

Called a few weeks in advance to request service on a particular day. Service was scheduled for between 7:30-8:00 am. By 8:30 am no one showed up. Called Eberhardt and they didn’t have recollection of my scheduled service. Was told that they were inundated with air conditioner calls that are higher priority. Because I had other household installations occurring later that morning I needed to have the plumbing service completed first. Finally the owner came to do the work himself but was short and rude about it. They also told me they couldn’t return later in the day to reattach my plumbing so I had to quickly find another plumber. Charges were also more expensive than other area plumbers.

Dan arrived within an hour of the call to my home warranty company. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and quickly got my furnace working again (on one of the coldest days this month!). Fast, friendly and fair pricing (warranty covered the expense, but he gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable). Thanks Dan!

Our heat went out, and Eberhardt was the company our home warranty gave to us. They said someone would call me within 24 hours. I ended up getting a call within the first hour. He scheduled something for me earlier the next morning. The technician came early! He had to get a specific part, and then came back later to fix it. It wasnt even 24 hours from the time of my initial call and my furnace was totally fixed. Amazing!!!

In late December, after our first brutally cold stretch, pipes froze in our cottage. I took steps to thaw the pipes, and soon water started flowing, but several pipes also burst, spewing water everywhere. I made a panicked call to Depagter Plumbing, and a 2-person crew came to the rescue quickly! I was so relieved and I was fortunate to have no long-term damage. One of the crew members is in a high school internship program and hopes to become a plumbing apprentice. I think it's great that Mike supports such a worthy and needed program.
We've used Mike's company several other times in the past. He's our go-to plumber. He's fixed a shower head that lost pressure, for example. However, the biggest job he's done for us was to re-do the entire plumbing system in our cottage when we converted it from a 3-season to a 4-season place about 10 years ago. He did a masterful job, including figuring out a tricky situation of getting water from our well to the kitchen and bath by going under a newly elevated floor (that used to be the garage, but became living space). Mike was creative, kind, thoughtful and thorough. I can't say enough about how happy we are with his service and professionalism.

We have been in our home for a little over four years, and the previous owner had installed their hot water heater in 2016. We had woke up on a Saturday morning in early October to no hot water in our house and needed an emergency replacement.

We called a company that had done some previous work in our house, and their automated message system and outsourced call service said they would not be able to get someone out until at least nine days later.

A family member recommended that we called Mike and their recommendation did not disappoint. I was able to speak to Mike himself on the phone after dialing and after sharing a few photos of our previous hot water heater, Mike loaded up their truck and came out to handle our problem. The whole process took just over two hours due to some connection issues that the previous install in 2016 were not up to snuff, and Mike corrected those in addition to the install of the actual water heater.

I had seen on the side of his truck that they also installed water softeners, and Mike was courteous enough to run a test on our water softener (which is also older), and the results came back that it was still functioning properly. However, when the time comes, I will not hesitate to have Mike and Co. back out to replace the water softener when the time comes.

I cannot recommend Mike DePagter Plumbing, LLC any higher, from customer service, to communication, to install, to payment, and everything in between, it was a terrific experience from start to finish!
