I purchased my air conditioner from another hvac company 3 years ago. When I found out I had a problem, I reached out to that company and no one ever returned my call. I was left looking for other companies to come help me on a hot summer day. Other companies I reached out to either said they couldn’t help me or it would be over 2 weeks. When I called Marathon Plumbing and left a message, I received a return call, a technician within an hour, and working A/C; all for no cost because of the warranty. Even though they weren’t the original installers, they were able to honor the warranty and help me out. They have earned my business from here on out.

Gave quality service at all steps of my basement plumbing replacement. Quote on cost and time was very close, and they gave quality advice.

They were able to get temporary plumbing within 2 days so we didn’t need a hotel the whole time of the project was going on.

My well pump went out and I called on a Monday morning, Bryce and Tylor were here Monday afternoon to install a new pump that afternoon in the cold Wisconsin weather. Their service is awesome and professional! I will defiantly be using MPS again in the future.

Called with a broken pipe in the basement and they were able to get in and fix it up for us quickly and professionally! Very happy we chose WI River Plumbing and Heating for our project. They were great communicators, which for me is priceless when living in a house you are also renovating. The guys were on time, clean cut, and very nice to deal with. They took the time to listen to my specific requests for what was important to me, and produced exactly what I was hoping for. Cathy was very responsive with our phone calls back and forth to order and have new kitchen faucet replaced. Dean (technician) was wonderful. He brought 2 options for me to choose from. Here at 11am and finished up by 11:30am

We had an emergency at our home. There was a water leak coming from our water heater. I called Wisconsin River Plumbing, who promptly responded and sent a plumber, David, within hours. He tried to fix it quickly, but despite replacing the supply line, there was still a problem. He said he would try to get it done quickly.
We have seven people coming from Turkey to stay in our home on Saturday, and this all happened on Wednesday.
On Thursday, I heard from David, who had procured a new water heater and said he could install it immediately. He came in, removed our old heater and replaced it within a few hours. By Thursday at 2, we were ready to go. The new water heater looks great, works great, and our emergency was averted. David did an excellent job and saved our weekend.

of course I had just finished my shower when the handle broke off before I could turn off the water ! David came out immediately fixed the problem and because he did such a great job I asked him if he would come back and replace the cartridges in all my vanity sinks so the same problem will not happen again. David and Austin came back the following week. Replaced all the cartridges in my bathroom sinks and also replaced the housing that contains the house water filter so I would not have any issues in the future changing the filter. Great guys, great service and very professional and polite. I would definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future! Thanks guys. I appreciate the help.!

I had WRP change all the plumbing in my home. It was done perfectly and very efficiently. So very pleased. I felt the price was very fair. Couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend WRP.

Needed a plumber to do a shower and vanity install in a remodeled bathroom. Called 3-different outfits, and only one answered the phone/responded. Patrick was wonderful to work with. Responsive, easygoing, clean (both personally and professionally), and knew what the heck he was doing. Couldn’t ask for more from a contractor, that’s for certain. Highly recommend!

Couldn't tell you. It's been better than a week. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. How and why Google is asking me for a review is a lesser mystery.

Jake and Joe are very professional and answered every question my Father had they also called and informed us that they could come out today instead of Wednesday which was a definite plus. These guys are amazing! They totally replumbed my whole house with Pex in about 2 Days. They did an outstanding job and they are so easy to work with. Victor has been nothing less than awesomeness when it comes to helping us with getting the right parts for our little projects around the house. I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone I can.

We used them to do an inspection which they failed due to not having sample tap installed. It did indeed have a sample tap, one that they installed years prior. Our efforts, along with our realtor to get a hold of them proved fruitless. We still haven’t gotten a response. Made the home buying process incredibly more difficult and stressful. Do not recommend them.

We called Mauston Plumbing about an issue we were having with our bathroom, Charlie and Derek showed up and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently…. Very professional and conscientious about their work. We appreciate the prompt response and we will continue to use Mauston Plumbing in the future.

Got it unclogged quickly, fast response time. Professional kind service. Great price compared to what other services offered. Found the issue quickly. Will use again if needed. 👍
Second time around when we needed a clog unclogged was more expensive, so keep in mind that if you need them more than once prices may change.

They came and did not fix the problem they were hired to perform. The service was terrible and then the 2 technicians, if you could call them that said you can finish it yourselves. What kind of bullshit is that! Then billed us an exorbitant amount. I specifically said I only wanted one person but two came and didn't end up doing the job they were supposed to do. Furthermore the billing reflected hourly billing from their shop to our home and back. We will never hire or recommend this unscrupulous outfit again. I ended up having to do the task myself. Watch out. They ripped us off!!!!!!
