Repairl of outside faucet and indoor pipe replacement done same day .Was given approximate time of arrival and email when on the way .Was made aware of repairs that were needed and given options for payment.
Repairs were done in a timely manner and area clean of debris. Very pleased with timely workmanship.

Experience was great. I hired them to do a complete rebuild of my sewage ejector system. Mitch and Jerry showed up on time. Laid down drop cloths to protect my floor and keep my home clean. The workmanship was done correctly and I’m very satisfied. I would recommend and be happy to hire them again.

Same day service. Arrived when scheduled. Super personable crew. Quck installation and left the place looking better than they found it. Extremely happy with the work done and the knowledge and understanding of the crew. Ryan was fantastic and I am grateful this is the company I ended up going with. They even gave me pointers on the current plumbing system and improved water flow on the wash basin at no extra charge. Will definitely be recommending this company and using them on future projects.

Jim was great in helping us with a DYI PROJECT..putting in a new toilet. Within 15 minutes we had the part we needed and our new toilet in and up and running!

The service tech from Best was excellent. Our home had a bathtub that was not draining. We rarely use the affected tub. Turns out we had not pushed the drain valve hard enough to get it to open. The fabulous tech smiled and pushed it hard and it opened immediately. No charge and a lesson learned. A very friendly company that is extremely honest.

Called Jim when our water heater went out. They came installed new quilty heater cleaned up took the old one. We were happy they were able to come the same day.Install looks nice not hacked up.

Shortly after moving into our new house our hot water heater started to pool water around the bottom, which we thought it was just condensation, but a friend informed us that it wasn't. So my husband called Zimmerman in order to get some advice. We were informed that it would need to be replaced because of corrosion.
Zimmerman was able to squeeze us in in under a week a couple of weeks ago. They installed a whole new hot water heater as well as fixed some pipes under our sink.
So far the hot water heater is working smoothly as well as the sink.

Water heater took a dump after 17 years, RIP!. I made a couple calls late in the day to some local plumbers to get multiple qoutes, i only got 1call back, Zimmerman plumbing was my only call back, and it was the next morning!!! When you have no hot water and a wife and kid looking for resolve, that's an impressive response time, the quote was very reasonable for high quality product, the labor side was cheaper than expected, after 15- 20 minutes on the phone I had made the choice, if I was going to have the job done by someone other than me it would be Zimmerman plumbing.. .. update its been a week and non of the other plumbers have Called me back, thank you for your time Jeremy and Sam.

I woke up to our sump pump filled with hot water and the whole basement smelling like burning plastic! I legit tried 10 other companies within a 30-mile area, and no one could get us in to even look at it for 3 weeks! The receptionist was so kind, and told me what to do for my safety, (only 1 other place said the same). Jeremy was so nice to come out and help with all my questions and concerns! We ended up fixing it ourselves, but we would have been at a loss without them!

We noted our commercial water heater at our business was leaking. I called Zimmerman to evaluate as they were the original installers many years ago. Jeremy called back within a couple hours and stopped out same day to take a look. Ultimately, we had a new water heater sourced and installed within 24 hours from the initial contact. Stellar work!

I have always had positive experiences with Zimmerman. They are respectful, knowledgeable, ask before doing and let you know what the situation is. After having my floor done, my trap door was nailed incorrectly (unknown to me)...fortunately the plumber showed me the nails were in wrong. I greatly appreciate that because if utility companies or other workers need to use the trap door...I now know it needed to be set correctly. He was able to solve my problem even though I was concerned when he couldn't slide the trap door out as he previously did.

Very happy with Zimmerman plumbing. Pat arrived same morning I called to have water heater replaced. Due to cramped space in basement it was a very tight fit. Pat had old one out and new one in around mid afternoon. Didn't leave a mess...he did a great job. Will recommend Zimmerman to anyone having plumbing issues.

Lies and overcharges. Also sends people out without plumbing licenses charges full plumbing wages and dose things not up to code.
