I honestly don't know if these guys do good work or not. I have called three times to try to schedule an appointment. One time he even said he'd be here the following day yet still nothing. It's a great way to run a business when you won't even go to people's houses to do the plumbing that you say you do.

Our sewer pipe that lead from the house to the street collapsed. It took them 2 weeks to return my call. We were without a toilet for 2 months while I was calling them to ask if I was even on their schedule. After I got the final bill there were charges that they didn't tell me about. Also I had to shovel dirt into the hole that they left on the side of my house after they promised to return and finish the job free of charge, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!

I had my faucets replaced master bedroom. Unfortunately to get on back side the repair person cut out some drywall. All he had to do was take medicine cabinet out. One time years ago they replaced the faucets and did not put hole in wall. I called lange to see what could be done about and will not take responsibility. They done good work in past. We have had new furnace, central air, and water heater replaced by them. Plus some expensive electrical work. Unfortunately you let us down.

They got me in the schedule since it was an urgent whole house issue and the job was fixed within 2 hrs of my initial call the 2 guys who came where pleasant and professional as well. Thankyou Lange

Needed the valves replaced in two bathrooms and they got it done very quickly and very reasonable price. Have used them several times always great service.

When you need a project done like a filter system, they will install it so you can never change your own filter because they incompetently installed it by straight screwing the thing to thin paneling and need to call them so they can change it. They will then bring multiple people out who cant figure out they screwed the filter to thin paneling and made it near impossible to unscrew the filter due to the thing ripping out of the wall. They will then charge you $90 to change it and be rude to you while they are doing it. It's sad this is how businesses act when they install things like garbage. Not the entire job was bad, just the parts that are most important for the system to be viable for the customer. What is the point of a filter system if you cant change the filter? Then to be charged and treated poorly because they didn't do the job correctly and have to do it for the customer. Does Steve know they are doing installs like this? I wouldnt recommend this place after seeing this installation job that I personally had to fix.

I had a toilet seal leak, and requested Langes replace the seal. The two young guys that came out did so, but also brought in a machine and rooted the lines. I assumed it was part of the job, but I later learned that they listed on their service notes that I had requested it. A couple of months later, the seal started leaking again. I called to request it be fixed and was told that my bill was way overdue, even though it hadn't been passed the 'due in 30 days' since I got it at this point. They refused to come back and fix the leak properly until they got their money first. And they refused to discuss the issue about work being done that I hadn't asked for. I was left with a $550 bill and the seal still leaking.

I do see your response, and we will have to agree to disagree on whether or not I actually requested additional services - specifically rooting the lines. I did not. Why would I have? And as for the continued leak, it did not leak the day you left. However, for $550, a seal should remain in tact much longer than 90 days. And you are asking for payment in full for a defective repair job. Your bill came out well into January, so I had no idea about the additional charges until recently. This would explain why I did not question the charges at the date of service.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I've had a lot going on recently, starting with needing a new water heater. These guys communicated with me super quickly and the replacement heater was in and running the next day! They also fixed some old, rotten pipes by my water tank and just replaced my water neutralizer. All done in a very timely manner. All done with fair and accurate quotes beforehand. And all done highly professionally. Everyone who came to work at my house answered my endless questions without hesitation and also educated me about other issues regarding my plumbing system. They were all very polite, eager to help, and went above and beyond. As an added bonus they also all cared about clean up and making sure they made no mess on the way in and out. I am so happy to have found a place I can trust.
