RELM Plumbing added a bathroom to our home and did an amazing job. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished the project quickly. I even bought the wrong part at one point, and they took care of returning it and getting the correct one installed without any hassle.

I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend RELM Plumbing!

They also replaced our outside hose outlet faucet that another company installed a super cheap faucet that only lasted a year. RELM installed the new quality faucet for less then the other company.

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Beaver plumbing. Our sewer backed up on Christmas eve day and they found someone to come within an hour. The guys that came were so very nice. It was so very appreciated!

We’ve always had great experiences with Beaver plumbing! They installed a new hot water heater and serviced our central air unit among other things. Always fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We had an issue with our dishwasher not draining and made a call and they were able to come out so quickly! They fixed our issue in an hour and was very professional. I would highly recommend.

Quality and reasonable work done in a timely matter when I was at work and needed it done. They new what to do without a hitch even with me at work. Work done was the two main water valves being replaced in a duplex with one of the valves exploding during a remodel. Very happy with entire experience. They new what to do given circumstances and very pleased.

A few weeks ago I was in need of plumber to connect a new water heater. Naturally, I called around for the best rate and Beaver Plumbing & Heating came in at the best rate at $110/hour.

When they arrived to connect the water heater, the plumber said that he had an apprentice with him and aaked if I minded. I said, no, as I believe in teaching younger generations the trades. When they finished an hour and a half later, they told me I would get the bill in the mail.

A week later, the bill arrived, and to my surprise, I was charged an additional $75/hour for the apprentice. Mind you, I had the previous water heater removed with all reusable connections off the old heater and the new exact same water heater in place. They only needed to make five connections.

I called Beaver Plumbing & Heating to discuss the additional charge and that I was never informed that an apprentice would cost more. I was informed that they would reduce the charge a little bit, but he did do some work (when the plumber was fetching supplies). I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he would call me back. I never recieved a call back, so I paid the bill minus the apprentice fee.

Another week later, I received a bill for the full amount of the apprentice’s labor. I tried calling Beaver Plumbing & Heating and left messages several times unsuccessfully. Finally, I called from my place of work just after trying unsuccessfully from my personal phone. My call was answered on the first ring. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and was informed that he would not call me, I am responsible for the apprentice labor, and if i didnt pay it, I will be sent to collections.

Please be mindful when having this business come into your home with an apprentice and the hidden/uninformed additional charges for their labor.

Eric stopped out to unclog a floor drain today. What you think would have been routine, sure turned into a job! Eric was awesome and I learned a lot from him and some things I can do to make life easier as a homeowner. 10/10 would recommend him and Beaver Plumbing and Heating for any job.

4 people in a 1 toilet household. So when the toilet gets clogged and the plunger isn't doing the job, it's a pretty big deal. Brian responded quickly and got us flowing again in no time. Couldn't beat the fee! Way less than I was expecting!

I left a message on the July 4th. Sammons was closed for the holiday. The next day the 5th I received a call from them at 0730. I was in need of a toilet tank. After talking with the represenative I went with a new taller toilet. The installers called me ahead of time. They came by 0930. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I was very impressed and happy with Sammons. So glad they are here in Oshkosh.

Honest people that do good work. They've taken care of our house several times and have done a great job every time, from unclogging drains to installing a gas line for our gas laundry dryer. I would have given them 5 stars except that occasionally they're so busy they forget about my call and I have to call them back days later to get them to come out to the house.

What a team of troubleshooters! In a building with old pipes that are shared by residents, Sammons took the most effective and least disruptive approach to tenants when it came to solving drain issues. There was great communication by every Sammons employee; Luke is a true professional. I highly recommend calling Sammons for your plumbing needs!
