I've been using Sammons for all my plumbing needs for at least 10 years, maybe longer. They've taken care of me through a couple of water heater replacements, toilets, fixing leaky showers and other basic plumbing needs at two different houses over the years. They've always been pretty quick to send out their plumbers, emergency issue or not. I've always had good service.

I went to two other plumbing places and no one knew what I needed. Wanted me to go home and get the serial number and make and model from the toilet. Could not find any of that went over to Sammons plumbing the wonderful lady at the desk looked at the parts and said oh that’s a Mansfield, here are the parts you need and my wife and I decided there’s no other place to go but they’re so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much Pat and BJ.

Sammons installed a pump in our family cottage 13 years ago and today (a Friday) it stopped. We called at noon and they came over as soon as they were done with lunch and fixed it. Amazing. Our weekend was saved!

My daughter called and they said the plummer could be there the next day late morning. We understand they are busy and run into problems, but to not call to let her know is poor communication. My daughter did call back at the end of that day and talked to the lady at the shop and she responded that she would call her back. No return phone call that day and a whole day has passed since without a returned phone call. I am very disappointed as my mother used Sammons when she owned her house without problems.

Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional. Mike first became upset when I asked him to either take off or cover his muddy shoes before walking through my house.Then became upset again when I asked an estimated time frame for the job so I knew when I would be able to give my kids lunch. He then said he needed to turn off all the power in the house to install my dishwasher. When I asked why he started getting more upset and packed up their tools and left. They didn't even pick up all the things they threw all over my kitchen. Would not recommend this company to anyone who actually wants work to be done or wants polite people that can handle their tempers.

Ludwig Plumbing was amazing! Our water heater went out and they called within 10 minutes and scheduled a time that day. They were friendly, fast, honest and answered all my questions!! We recommend!!

First time working with Ludwig's Plumbing. Called on a Sunday afternoon because my water heater was leaking out the top seal. They sent someone out and had the water heater replaced with a new one 2 hours later. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommended.

Had water leaking around my water heater. They came within an hour of calling to check out the situation. Saw the air conditioner was causing the wetness in the area not the water heater. Honest guy I would trust to give me the best options and not try to just make a buck. Didn’t even charge me to come out and inspect. Highly recommend!

Nick came out on a Friday to look things over and determined that the platform on which the water heater sits would need to be lowered so would come back on Monday. Nick and Mike arrived Monday morning and did a great job of both the carpentry and plumbing aspects of the job. As well they were very friendly and we carried on a great conversation while they worked. I would highly recommend them.

We have been having this Dad/Son crew for afew yrs now. Basic plumbing to major heating boiler. They are comical, either deep in thought quiet to talking about anything. Very knowledgeable will explain & answer your questions.
They find the problem, do the job, especially finish it above and beyond.
When the bill is sent out it has an: addressed/stamped/envelope. "Old Fashioned Business Practices"

Super knowledgeable and very quick to solve my broken well pump pressure switch. Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and even offered additional advice and helpful information. He also told me about common issues among homes in my area that I could watch out for. Didn't charge anything extra to take the time needed to help a new homeowner learn the ropes. Definitely recommend.

Just had my lead water service removed and replaced as well as a nasty old sink trap fixed by these guys. The communication was excellent as well as the service. 100% will recommend.

I had just moved into my new apartment and the next day my toilet and my bathroom sink were so clogged and they stunk so bad! He was so Awesome he came on his lunch hour to fix it for me!

One snowy day, my sump pump started beeping. Ross and one of his guys came within hours. Not only did they fixed the clog that set the pump off but also my snowblower which wouldn't start. Customer for life!

This company is on point! Very respectful, considerate and decent prices. For sure worth it and won't hesitate to call them again if needed!!!!

Fast, friendly and clean! They got my toilet working again after I spent an hour plunging away to no avail. Five stars all day long!

We had an issue when our washing machine drained water squirted up through the toilet, tub and sink. Then the toilet wouldn't flush. Called on a Friday at 4pm. Said they would be there as soon as they could. When they arrived discovered it was a clog in the main drain line. Got it fixed in 2 1/2 hours. They were so polite and did a great job cleaning up after (it was a mess). I feel bad that we ruined their Friday night! We would DEFINITELY!!! recommend these guys and will use them again God forbid we need to. 5 STARS!!!

Corey did a great job with my plumbing. He’s friendly, shows up on time, and makes everything feel easy. The work was solid, the price was fair, and you can tell he really cares about doing things right. Definitely someone I’d call again.

Needed water heater. Arrived on time. 45 minutes later job done. I drained it to save time day before. Polite workers. Very efficient. I trust this company.
