Keegan installed our reverse osmosis system in our home. Did a great job and very professional. Loved it and used it so much we had him come back and put in a 2nd tank.

We needed a water heater replaced at a commercial business property. Keegan was prompt to respond to our service request. He replaced the water heater quickly and after an hour we had hot water. The team at Pinnacle Plumbing was responsive, quick to come onsite, quick to find the clogged drain, and even offered to clean the roots from our lateral while they were there. I highly recommend them for emergency service.

Pinnacle did a great job. The communication was good. The job got done in the time they said even though they ran into some issues getting the shower in the bathroom. They got it figured out and done in one day. We are very happy with shower they replaced in our tiny bathroom.

We had a water leak issue that forced us to shut the main water off to the building and needed it fixed before our Sunday Services. Pinnacle was the only Plumbers that made us a priority so we could use our building on Sunday. They were very understanding of our situation and got the job done promptly. The called me back within 30 min of leaving a message and they were very easy to work with.

I needed a plumber for a remodel job. Todd was very quick to give a fair estimate on the project. Every time I called Todd was quick to respond. Bennett came out to do the work and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber!

We bought an older home about a month ago and there were several issues with the drain lines. Bennett fixed us up very quickly, and we are very pleased with his work and the rates. Todd fit us into the schedule very quickly as well, which was much appreciated! Their rates are very reasonable as well! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing. Skilled and friendly professionals. Todd arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem (recommending the best and least expensive solution), and let us meet and greet Charlie, his super cute new puppy-work partner, who was waiting quietly in the van; a few days later, Jeremy showed up, also as scheduled, with the required part and to do the repair. We are grateful Pinnacle was readily available and plan to use them for future plumbing needs.

Called because kitchen sink clogged they sent someone out right away which is only reason for 2 stars. "unclogged" using auger. Clogged again two weeks later because clearly it was still clogged downstream. Called had someone come back out, charged me more for the second service did the exact same thing, but recommended I buy some industrial grade drain unclog off amazon... Save yourself time & headache, either figure it out yourself or pay a different company.

Called about a water heater replacement. Person answering the phone was extremely rude. Questioned where I got his phone number (its posted on google under his business name) and said he's not taking new customers and hung up abruptly.

After calling a "sewer and drain" contractor that said they couldn't fix the issue, I called Ahern. They set me up with an appointment the next day.
After sending a camera through the sewer with no luck, he pushed several cutters through and cleared the pipe. Then sent the camera back through to show me and to look for any other issues.
I was fully expecting to pay $3000-$5000 to repair/replace sewer pipe both under my slab and out in the yard but because someone actually cared enough to try, it cost me just a fraction of that and I have the peace of mind knowing that my plumbing is clear and ready for use.

Was able to schedule a appointment. Cleared my upstairs bathroom drain. Was amazed someone actually answered the phone. Seems everyone else in town won't pick up their calls. Did a great job. Even cleaned up.

Had a water heater put in today and always a great experience with Ahern Gross. The gentleman that came to the house was very polite and punctual , had other work done in the past from them and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs. Thank you guys!

Service was excellent and very easily made appointments on two separate occasions for the next day. Work was professional in the least and they were very willing to send a bill in the mail instead of paying them directly upfront or at servicing. Lastly they took pride in their work and were able to make more repairs than they had been given at first and still only charged us for the service they were given to initially repair and hourly rate!

These guys are great. I’ve had them at my place on two different occasions now. Honest work at a fair price. These guys came in 1,700$ cheaper than the competition for the same exact job, equipment, and materials. No attempts at upselling the job. I won’t be calling anyone else from here on out.

I've had Ahern out twice. Once for installing a water filtration system. The guy did a great job. Then again today when I was woken up to water raining from my dining room ceiling. They got someone out within a couple hours since everyone was out at jobs at the time I called. The guys was great. Got everything taken care of and was very pleasant to work with. They are absolutely my go to plumbers!

The technician who came out was very nice, but overall this was a frustrating experience. I called specifically to have my dishwasher looked at and asked up front if they could fix dishwashers. I was told yes.

When the technician arrived, he was only here for about 20 minutes before telling me that since the issue wasn’t plumbing-related, they couldn’t help. I understand that there is a charge for the visit, but I wish this had been explained more clearly ahead of time then I probably would have contacted someone else.

When I was sent the bill, I was given incorrect contact information, which made it difficult to follow up. If you need a plumber, they may be fine, but I wish they had been upfront from the beginning that they don’t handle dishwasher repairs. That honesty would have saved me a couple hundred dollars.
