Highly recommend I called with a With a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They came and took care of. It was at the house in like 15 minutes and took 30 minutes to do the work very professional would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing service done in a timely fashion.

These guys are the best! They’ve worked on my grandma’s house ever since they opened years ago. Now that I have a house of my own, they are my first thought! Best plumbers around!

Strongs came in and fixed our kitchen pipes same day! They understood the location of the pipes and willing to do the work. They gave us advice, took out the molding walls from the leak, cleaned up the area around the pipe and replaced everything in a few hours. We previously had a big name company come in to fix the closed drain and ended up breaking the pipe and wanted to charge us $1500 to get it fixed without even looking into the issue. But Strong's was AMAZING to work with, affordable and accountable. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are definitely forever gonna be our plumbers.

I've used Strong's quite a few times at a couple properties in Fond du Lac. Mind you these are older properties so nothing is simple. From snaking drain clogs to replacing cast iron pipe, these guys have been nothing but great. Responsive, reliable, professional and fairly priced.

It was a Wednesday Morning when a toiled in a half bathroom wouldn't flush. Usually a few good Plunges and we are good to go, However this time there was obviously something wrong. The first plumber I called would not have been able to make it out to the house until the following week. So I called the next phone number. It was about 1230. I was told that someone would be able to come out right way. which was about 20-45 minutes later. Two people came and got to work immediately. In making small talk i told one guy where I worked, he told the younger guy he knows my employment and there was no rush in getting the work done.

They took off the toilet and set in an the new subfloor in the kitchen without taking anything under it so that caused a huge stain on the bare wood. Then They opened up the septic tank in the back of the house. and still couldn't figure out the problem.

I had to leave to pick up my son from the airport at about 215 as his flight was set to land at 330.

At about 3:30 I got a phone call that they still had not figured out the problem and were going to send the camera down the pipe. My fiancée got home from work shortly after 4pm. At about 430 my fiancée called my and said. "there are no words" He didn't go into detail. The so-called plumbers had opened a pipe in the basement that caused about 100 gallons of liquid sewage on the basement floor. One said "we are plumbers not cleaners" the other suggested the best way to clean it was to let it dry and shovel it up.
The problem ended up being a cast iron pipe that was severely degraded.
I was billed for 7.5 hours of work at $99.00 and hour. The crew of Two was at my house from about 1pm until about 5:15pm. in my simple math that does not equal 7.5 hours. the bill was over $860.00. with $800 of it being for labor.
My advice, wait for the busy plumber!

Strong plumbing came through in a very stressful time for my wife and I. I live in a single story home no basement. But I have a utility room. The house was built in 1962 and sits on a cement slab. All of a sudden my kitchen sink stopped draining. No indication that this was going to happen. It just stopped. I had Roto Rooter come in and try to snake it out. They end up telling me I need to call a plumber. I have a collapsed drain line. I'm thinking my floor is going to get tore out and I'm just stressing. I call Strong Plumbing they run a chain snake through my pipes and everything is working. Thank you Strong Plumbing. Forever a customer.

Brett & Jared were very professional & listened to my concerns & plumbing issues. They showed up an hour after I called on a Monday morning when alot of people were dealing with plumbing issues due to the freezing cold temperatures. Very reasonable priced, fast, knowledgeable, kind, polite & professional young men. They solved our issues quickly. Thank you 😊

Josh came out and helped us with a huge drain issue, he was fast and super professional if you are having issues and need a drain fix this is the guy to call! Cannot recommend him enough!

Josh came out and scoped my septic inlet pipe to help us figure out what was going on with our system. He was also able to come out the next day right away and put in a sleeve for a section of our septic pipe. His response time was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Josh again!

Great service! Went straight to work and fixed our sewer drain in basement we had some root issues and needed pipes flushed since everything was backing up in basement. He was able to fix and clean pipes and also removed roots for us. The price was amazing and better then other business. Also I'd like to say our autistic son who is 2 ran up to him and hug him which he was very nice to our son and family and I'd recommend him to anyone

I thankfully called for a second opinion on my sewer possibly needing CIPP which could cost almost 7 grand! Fondy Sewer reviewed situation and saved me the money. (Watch out for RotoRooter upsells.) Quick, reliable service, and reasonable price. I appreciate the honest suggestions by Josh.
