Al and John have both been here. They work fast, get to the problem, and answer my sometimes dumb questions. I highly recommend Al's plumbing.

Emergency on the weekend but only wants to deal with former customers on weekends and not new customers. Only wants to deal with new customers on weekdays. This is very unprofessional especially if you have an emergency and nothing else is open. I don't recommend this place if you have something that needs to be taken care of right away. They are not willing to help unless you are an existing customer.

We had a emergency plumbing situation over the weekend and they promptly answered our call, walked us through how to manage it until they arrived and quickly got us in. Robin was extremely friendly, quick and helpful completely resolving our situation.

Matt is awesome! He is very good at his job and comes as quickly as humanly possible to take care of his customers! Very professional and dependable! I highly recommend him!

We had an emergency call on the weekend, and they promptly answered and had someone over right away with a new sump pump. We also used them a couple of years ago when our water heater went out and we received the same excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Very quick to respond - very knowledgeable

Just spent the last 1.5 years working on a new house project in Omro. Found Tony with a Google search, wow was I lucky. Tony is amazing, he works as your advocate, for you, and fights for you. He went above and beyond when problems arouse, not of his doing. He fought for us with Winnebago County, and the Town of Rushford. Because of his determination, professionalism and knowledge, we won ever battle. He even changed well drillers, because of his dissatisfaction with the company he 1st chose. I will add he found Wells By Welch, and they were awesome as well (pun intended). Reach out to Tony for all your water needs, you will not be disappointed. Too bad I can only give him 5 Stars.

Great guy, was able to help us very quick. He was able organize another company Wells by Welch to get a new well pounded in quickly. As well, was able to provide us water to our home during these hot summer days, right after. So if you ever need a plumber, to fix your water needs, this is the man to call!!

New to the area, found Thoma Water Works with a Google search and I'm so glad we chose this company. He was able to fit us in, in a timely manner and did a very thorough inspection of our water and septic systems. Not only did he do an amazing and informative inspection, but he educated us on our systems and showed us how to properly care for them. He recommended we have a water test done and I'm so glad we did as we found we had arsenic in our water. We were able to make the appropriate changes for a reasonable price. I feel we were given an honest inspection and was told what was absolutely only needed to fix at this time. Most companies are quick to jump at replacing everything to make a quick dollar, but that is not the case with Thoma Water Works and I thank them for that. We were given rough quotes to upgrade our system eventually, in which we will definitely do when the time is right. Thoma Water Works should be your go to Water and Septic service.

Quality service for wells, well pumps, water testing, pressure tanks, private septic systems, septic installation and soil testing as well as real estate inspections.

Six of five stars for Courtesy, Timeliness, Professionalism and Price! Called them when we lost all water pressure in our house. Received an On My Way notification shortly after and they arrived within the hour. In a couple hours Tony and Dean did a complete replacement of our submersible pump and hardware with a high quality stainless pump and we had water. These folks are professionals in every sense of the word and the company has a good old fashioned business ethic.

Horrible. Left my house and proceeded to call the county and spread lies and rumors that had county workers showing up at my house. When I called and confirmed that yes it was one of the workers, no actual action was taken. Also, they were too lazy to deal with our plumbing and shoved it up on someone else. Jokes on them, once the county realized the claims were FALSE, they are out of our life. But they shouldn’t have been there in the first place, but thanks to one spiteful plumber they were.

They have done 2 bathrooms now for us. First one a walk in shower, second one a tub replacement. Each time they came they place runner's over all the carpets and walk ways. We spoke about exactly what we were looking for and needed. They had to completely rework everything as the original plumbing was so old. They were each time finished in 1 day with high quality Kohler parts. Then they asked if there was anything else once they were done to make sure we were happy. Fantastic job each time and down to earth pricing. We had spoken to other plumbers in the area about a quote. 1 called back 30 days later and the other wanted 3x as much and a waiting time of 60 days.
Stahl plumbing is the best and super professional when doing the work. They are the only plumber we use now. Thanks for the great work!

Excellent plumbers, very professional and great communication. We have been so pleased with each experience with Stahl from main water line break to new shower install and general plumbing needs. They are top notch and reasonable in their pricing!
