Danny responded to a text within minutes, came to the house, and had the problem solved within an hour. Very friendly, professional, and completely reasonably priced. Would recommend to everyone.

Came home Sunday after Christmas to find our furnace had shut off at some point while we were gone. Sub-zero temperature outside. Danny came over within an hour and got it running again. He came back the next day, and checked the carbon monoxide readings and found they were approaching dangerous levels. The heat exchange was bad and was leaking. We shut it down. Danny had a new furnace installed and running two days later! I will recommend Special K to anyone!

The best people in the business. They're honest and they know whst they're doing. I thought my situation was hopeless, but The professionals at Special K are so knowledgeable and helpful they put me at ease right away. I can't express how truly grateful I am for them.

Responded quickly and I thank him for the weekend work. But the job took 5 minutes literally, and this is the result. Pricing was not discussed before hand, buyer beware this company!

I called on a Sunday and they were very professional on the phone and got someone here within an hour. Once he was here he was able to fix the problem and it was fast. Super professional! I haven't gotten the bill yet but it was worth it! Highly recommend them!

Horrible service poor workmanship brand new home flooded they don’t stand behind thier work and bill was jacked up terrible and they didn’t call for proper inspections

I called Koocanusa Plumbing & Electric with a furnace issue. Within 90 minutes they were at the house with the part. Tom was very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the service.

It's pretty hard to justify a trip to the flathead ..if these guys dont have it theres a pretty good chance you'll have to make that choice or save about 60% and order on line! That's pretty harsh sounding I know but I bought a $20 per fitting the other day..the same one is for sale at HD in kalispell for $7.49..but I sure bought it and 2 more because its 4 hours and $75 in fuel to go to HD! Thank you kookenoosa plumbing..like the ol saying goes.." I buy you fly.😋

I have left a message every day for 8 business days for a call back to discuss a new build for rough in pluming. I have yet to hear back. I hate giving such a low rating, hopefully they call me back and I can change it.

Edit - Wow these google reviews really work. I got a call back from them about 40 minutes after i wrote the above review. I have adjusted their rating up from 1 start to 4 stars. Would have been 5 if I had not had the run around in the first place. They are very helpful when you do get a response.

Koocanusa plumbing is amazing! Woke up to no water this morning. I called them at 8 am, they were out within an hour and the project is completed and I have water again!!! Many thanks to the very friendly gentleman they came out to help. I will sing your praises to everyone!

Would give less if I could. Called them 8 days ago with a hot water tank problem and no call back. Then they call on Wednesday at 8 am saying they will be there in 30 minutes, had an appointment that I couldn't cancel, told the guy I would be home at 1130, no call no show! I called them again on Friday and still no call back

I would give them zero stars.
They dont care about the locals...
They have a credit card only charge notice, yet they are charging that to all cards.
Made a hefty putchase, and of course, I paid using a debit card to see that the charge was applied... I called the owner about it and he said that he is busy going to a wedding while hanging up the phone.
If I had the warning for all cards, I would rather walk 100 feet to the bank and pay cash... the sad part is that the hefty fee I paid isn't helping the business, just some ricch guy somewhere on this planet.
Then helping the local business is a sham.

I’ve used them for many plumbing problems and got prompt response and good service. About a month ago I called saying I needed to have a commode removed. I called again, no report of my first call. Said they’d get back to me. No response. I got a handyman to take it out. I called to have commode and sink installed. No response. I stopped in to purchase something and filled out another request. They had no record of my prior calls. I called and said I needed a plumber and asked them if they could give me a rough idea of service. He said he’d put it on the request stack. They had no record of my prior requests! It’s gone from efficient to sloppy customer care. In over 15 years I’ve never seen the business run so carelessly.

I provided a lot of detail, photos, descriptions, etc for the installation of AC in our 2000sf town home (built in 2022). I did not receive any further questions and had requested the quote roughly two weeks ago. Their quote is $4k higher than the next guy (apples to apples), was more than a week late and doesn’t even include electrical. Maybe PJs is just too busy and obviously doesn't need the work. It's frustrating but I shouldn't expect any different owning a property in Gallatin County next to BozeAngeles. All in all, I would definitely recommend shopping around - getting multiple estimates/quotes for an AC install.

The pressure reduction valve in my condo had frozen up and the water pressure was at 130 psi. He replaced it and also the pressure tank on my water heater.. fabulous knowledgeable work. My thanks

Pedro helped me for a leaking water heater at my house. He very skillfully connected hot water supply of leaking water heater to the existing tankless water heating system at my house, hauled away leaking water heater, explained thoroughly how efficient and economical it was going to be and his service charges were highly reasonable. He also fixed flush system for two toilets at my house. He took a couple of trips to Home Depot to bring all needed parts and very thoroughly fixed both toilets that had constant water leakage. Pedro is very thorough and very thoughtful and skillful professional and treated me with a lot of respect.
