Top Septic was great to work with. Were able to get to me same day for a septic clean out. Very reasonably priced as well.

I normally don’t write bad reviews and I really wanted to find a good small business as I love supporting my community however I did not have the best experience with Top Septic Services. I contacted them through email and they were amazing at replying we set up an appointment and everything was going good. The appointment time came they said they would call me that day to tell me a time what time which meant I had to clear my schedule the whole day. My husband was home and we ended up with an issue they charged us $100 to dig up my septic tank lids and they left it like that because they “don’t have the parts to open them” was what I was told. They told my husband they would be contacting us on Monday (they came Friday). I waited for a week and no response I emailed them and no response finally I called almost 2 weeks later and was told they still didn’t know anything and that they would contact me Monday for a plan. They also said they would have to rent a part and that would depend on how much it would cost me. I waited AGAIN and still no communication it’s been 3 weeks with no reply to my emails. My front yard has two big dug up holes that they charged us $100 to dig yet they never came back to fix it. I also don’t think it’s right that they want to charge us for renting equipment that they don’t have for a business that specializes in this. I’m still waiting on a reply…. If you need to get your septic tank looked at quickly I would try another option.

I am so glad I called Top Septic. They are the absolute BEST!!! I had called two prior companies, both on Saturday. One lady that answered told me I should not be calling them on a Saturday. The other person I called was extremely Rude.
Then I remembered a friend had given me Top Septic’s card and highly recommend them. So I called this morning, Heidi answered and she is probably the nicest person I ever spoke with. She had a guy out her by the afternoon. Blake showed up and he could not have been a nicer guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOP SEPTIC OVER EVERY ONE ELSE. THE ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

I had two septic tanks to be pumped that had not been pumped in years. Did not know where one tank was. He found the lid for the first tank and dug to get to it and in this heat did not give up. then he looked for the other tank and finally had to drop one of those transmitters in the line. It took a while and he tirelessly searched and then finally found it. The tank was not where we thought it was and about 2.5 feet down. My son has a tractor and dug the hole and they uncovered the lid. As I said all this in the heat we are having. I really appreciate him not giving up and pumping the two tanks. I will highly recommend to others.

They are amazing. They was at m house early to get us where we could use our toilets soon. I would recommend these people 100%

We had this company come out and locate our septic tank, which we weren't really sure where it was, the guys came out, tirelessly located and dug up what they could , and brought in an excavator to uncover the rest. They worked hard to get my tank pumped , and they did an excellent job. I am so pleased with this company , right from customer service, to the very last pump lol .. highly recommend, they deserve a 10 out of 10.. great people , and they feel like family! I will never use anyone else .. thanks y'all !

We had them pump out our tank for preventive maintenance,Josh came out had it cleaned out in no time,very professional, Setting up appointment was very easy and also professional,I would definitely use again, good price and great staff, thanks

If pumping a septic tank were an Olympic sport, Top Septic Service would be standing on the podium while the rest of us are still trying to figure out where the smell is coming from.
They rolled up, faced the absolute horror show beneath my yard, and handled it like seasoned professionals in the… let’s call it “waste management arts.” No gagging, no judgment, just pure, unshakable commitment to dealing with what I can only describe as my household’s greatest shame.
The process was smooth, efficient, and oddly satisfying. One minute: chaos lurking below. Next minute: everything flowing like a well-written symphony instead of… whatever was happening before.
Also worth noting, they saw things in that tank that would haunt lesser men. Not a single comment. That level of discretion deserves respect.
Five stars. Ten if you’ve ever had a toilet make a noise that felt personal.

This septic system service pumped our septic tank. Very courteous and professional. They came the next day and even arrived early! We didn't have to wait all day!! They sent pictures and informed us that we should be good for another 4-5 years. Great Company with great staff!

Sean was great and very friendly got my water problem fixed very quickly and had to deal with my crazy icy driveway but he did great. Matthews has always been a great company to work with!

John was very professional .he reviewed my entire system and we discussed changes to make it more up to date . He is very knowledgeable on well systems and after some discussion we decided to replace my existing well pump even though my current pump was working it was old and this way I would not have to wait till it failed ( the pumps had failed twice in the past and I hate the feeling of turning on the water and nothing comes out) . He also told me if I replaced my pressure tank to a larger one the system will be sized correctly and I will be able to extend my warranty . He was also the nicest service technician I have ever spoken with . I highly recommend John and Matthew’s well and pump co.

I thought I had a water pump problem because I just had a trickle of water coming from my taps. Your technician Kent came and quickly diagnosed that the problem was my water filter. Kent has done my service many times over the years and he is always very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional.

This is the third time that my equipment has had the annual equipment checked. Harrison did a great job checking the equipment to make sure everything was running efficiently. I received a text message letting me know that he was on his way so that I would expect him. He was knowledgeable about the equipment, was pleasant to work with, and left the area where the tanks are as he found them. I would definitely recommend this company!
