We have been working with Matthews Well and Pump for several years and are consistently impressed by their work. John Bruce has been maintaining our water filtering system. John is a true professional. His knowledge is unequaled and his customer service is first rate. John takes the time to explain everything that he has done during a visit and tells us about the quality of our water. He will also take the necessary time to answer any questions we have, and he never seems to be in a rush to leave for the next appointment. The office staff is also extremely efficient and professional. Communication regarding appointment scheduling and reminders are state of the art. Matthews Well and Pump is a leader and I highly recommend them.

Had an emergency situation at 11pm with no water and filled out the contact/message form on their website, the next morning they called me as soon as they opened and got me on the schedule for that day. John Bruce came out and was incredibly knowledgable and professional. Dillion came by and assisted with a special part when he was done with his last job (a great sign of teamwork to get the job done same day and not have to return at a later time). They got me up and running quickly and some of the equipment was even still under warranty (which they happily honored). I have used Matthews before and I am always super impressed with all aspects of their operation, from the office staff to the techs - they are next level and a great example of a great company and how companies should do business. I never leave reviews but I had to for the amazing service this company always provides from start to finish …they should be recognized for it. Also I think it was Kelly in the office I spoke with to check the crews ETA. When I called her phone voice was so perfect that I thought it was AI at first and almost became disappointed that I didn’t reach a real person lol, but then quickly realized she was infact real, and another reason this company is great since you can always reach a real person that is has excellent customer service skills and everyone is always friendly. Robert was very thorough in explaining what was causing the leak in my crawl space & gave several options along with the cost for each on how to resolve it. He also told me the pros & cons of each option which helped me make a decision. Not only was Robert professional & courteous but also knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I feel very confident in a job well done & highly recommend him. One last thing, he also cleaned up after himself & left the area spotless!!

I recently had Matthews well and pump install a hot water tank for me. It was icy and 15°. The technician Dillon showed up when he said he would be here did an excellent job very polite and meticulous in his work. Cleaned up and hauled all the trash away. I highly recommend Matthews well and pump.

Matthews Well and Pump is timely, delivers great value, and is comprised of true professionals. Robert replaced my pressure tank and we are experiencing much better, consistent pressure. Mitchell and Dillon sealed our well and did a fantastic, efficient job. All three had great communication and were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Matthews Well and Pump! They have gained a lifetime customer!

Harrison came today for my maintenance check and found a faulty pressure switch, replaced in just a few minutes! He is always friendly and explains everything to keep me informed. Communication and pricing with this company is top notch! Highly recommend 🙂

Our technician Robert was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed about the process of the pump replacement and made sure we understood how the new pump would work. Greatly appreciate Matthews Well & Pump. They have been out to our property for 2 different items over the past few couple years and they have been exceptional each time. First time Kent replaced pressure tanks which he did great work and the second job Harrison upgraded our water filtration system and cleaned up the previous set up to create better space in our garage! Again, much appreciated, the guys were exceptional!

I have lived in my house for over 25 years and no well issues. So when my water stopped New Year’s Eve, I was beside myself. After doing my own diagnostics, I eliminated items that I could resolve and determined it was in the well. I called Matthews and they were the first to respond to my inquiry, they scheduled prompt service and communicated well on the technician arriving. So far so good, but then I dreaded what technician, service and pricing. I do a lot of my own fixes as service and prices are so crazy these days.

Israel arrive and couldn't have been any nicer or more professional to share with me what went wrong. I enjoyed our conversations so much I hung around as he worked which I rarely ever do. He diagnosed the problem and provided what was needed to fix all very logical and fair. Then I cringed to hear the cost. Israel advised ahead of time and it was fair.

I couldn’t be more please with the communication, service, pricing and thoroughness. I highly recommend and that is saying a lot as I have a high bar!

I am pleased to write this review for Mathews Well & Pump. For the last three and half years we have partnered with Mathews Well & Pump for service of the well water system to our home. From the initial triage and analysis as second owners of the home, to the scheduled maintenance of the system with Israel. However, it was during the most recent, abnormally cold temperatures that the team at Mathews Well & Pump really impressed. A section of the pipe above ground froze, and prevented water supply to the house. Kelly was quick to act, and was able to get Sean out to our property to diagnose the situation. Sean was able to get the pipes at the well head unfrozen but then discovered the pump was not delivering water. He clearly communicated the potential issues and corrective actions, including the replacement of the pump, which is an atypical configuration due to the depth and replenishment of our well. Luckily, the supplier had a pump in inventory and Kent and Dillon returned two days later. Throughout the day, Kent and Dillon kept us updated with their findings and recommendations. At the end of the day, we had water restored to our home. But equally appreciated was the professionalism, communication and attention to detail by the entire team at Mathews Well & Pump.

My well pump was starting to show signs of age after 20 years of service so made a call to Matthews. I was skeptical of the five start rating ... that was, until they arrived. Israel was incredibly professional and personable. He listened to the scenario that was occurring and we were able to recreate the situation. After completing some diagnostic tests, my suspicions were correct that the well pump needed replaced. This is the point where he earned all five stars plus more. First, he was not pushy and gave me the straight forward facts. After that, he laid out the worst case scenario price which I greatly appreciated. Then he offered to complete the replacement same day. Hell yeah brother! This operation is efficient: The right people, the right tools, the right parts and the right skills. I am very hands on in the trades and can tell you their equipment is top notch and clearly a huge investment - this is why they can offer an efficient service. While a well pump is a big investment, the pricing was incredibly fair for the job performed -- and as a self proclaimed cheapskate most of the time, I have no regrets having them come out to help. Thanks for solving my well headache!

Matthews Well & Pump was a pleasure to work with. Call about an emergency well pump problem due to a lightning strike and they were able to get some technicians out to me on the same day and ahead of schedule. All three techs were great, Harrison jumped right in and started doing a thorough inspection of our entire system to determine the root cause. They worked consistently until the well pump was completed replaced. The price we paid at the end of the day was the same as the rough quote he gave me when he showed up in the morning. All of the techs were very courteous and clean. I would highly recommend this company and their technicians.

Repeat customer with excellent experiences every single time. We have had the technician Sean to our house numerous times to provide a variety of service. All work from basic to complex has been performed exceptionally well and all employees feel like they’re genuinely interest in helping you and not selling products. I’ve been very impressed with this company and would recommend them without reservation to anyone!

Just completed our yearly maintenance. Service was on time and expertly performed. John Bruce our service technician has serviced our home for many years. We are the recent second owners and it is nice to know John has the past knowledge of how our well was maintained by the first owner. While the old well system continues to perform I will be using Matthews in the near future to replace critical components.

I had a break in the water line connecting my well to my house. Unfortunately, the line was broken beneath my newly paved driveway. Mitchell & Dillon came out and bored under my driveway, and ran a completely new line with poly pipe & UF power line to replace the broken one. Upon pulling the existing well pump, we found the pump to be badly corroded and 20 years old. They replaced the old pump as well. These two gentlemen were courteous and conducted themselves very professionally. They worked diligently to answer all of our questions and completed the entire project in eight hours. They cleaned up after the work was completed and even reseeded my lawn where they had excavated. I would highly recommend this company, and especially Mitchell & Dillon, for any well & pump related issues. Thanks guys. You did a great job! I am very satisfied with the work you did at my home.

I do not leave reviews often. I had an emergency with our well and decided on contacting Matthew’s Well and Pump. I was not disappointed. The technicians arrived on time and as they removed the heavy concrete well cap, to my amazement, rainbows 🌈 pored out (see photo). I knew I had made the right choice! John and Dillon were respectful, professional, efficient and kind. John was patient, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease. I was extremely impressed with the entire process and a challenging day was turned into a positive experience. Thank you John Bruce and the entire team at Matthew’s Well and Pump. I highly recommend this company!!!
