AWESOME SERVICE! ARRIVED EARLY, friendly fast service. Explained everything offered an enzyme which I will be picking up, come payday, at their office. When they say they're coming they show up on time I'm sure, however, they came EARLY to my house! All I can say is WOW!!!! I am replying for one of their customers in Dover, Mrs. Ballard who was extremely pleased and will definitely use them again. Also have had another great experience with another company but I cannot mention them here. Thank you Quality Septic for excellent service. Definitely a 5-star company!

I had Quality Septic Inc. come out to my home yesterday and I was extremely happy with the level of service they provided. The 2 individuals that were out there were very nice and made me feel like our business was welcomed. The 2 men answered all of my questions and I felt assured that I choose the right company to clean our tank the minute they walked up to me. Super happy with the service and will be sure to recommend to my friend ask family and call this company again when I need service done. Only little complain was trying to call at first. My calls would go unanswered but It was Sunday so I understood and it wasn’t much of a big deal.

We have used Quality on our last 3 projects. We like that they are always willing to come out ASAP. No long wait for an apt. The property they inspected this week was not easy to get to. The guys had to cut through vines and brush to get to the septic. We were really impressed with how hard they worked especially when It took an hour more of their time. They easily could have walked away. Highly recommend Quality for your septic services. Great customer service.

These guys are pros. I just completed a remodel of a 1960's ranch and replaced the septic system as the lid/side wall cracked on the old system. They came out promptly evaluated what would need to be done for free unlike many of their competitors and gave me a very fair price on replacing the entire system including the tank, drain field and hookups without nickle and dimeing me to death like so many other sub contractors and executed the plan flawlessly with final inspection within a week of the initial call. Quality work 10/10, highly recommend. Whoever owns/runs this company knows what they're doing, i wish everything would go this smoothly. Kudos to Quality Septic

Marcus and Siggy came out to pump out our septic tank. They were very friendly and professional. The company told us they probably wouldn’t be here until tomorrow but called yesterday to let us know it would be earlier than expected. They set up a time frame for today and called me this morning to let me know their driver was stuck in traffic from a crash on the highway and he was going to be later than expected. It was very professional of them to contact me and provide an explanation because everyone’s time is important to them. Even with the delay they were here within the original given time frame. Other family members and us have used Quality Septic in the past and we have never been disappointed. Their prices are what are expected and I have not seen them add any extra charges on unexpectedly. I am very happy with their service and professionalism and will continue using them.

We used Quality Septic for a septic inspection on a home we were going to buy in 2021. There were multiple companies to choose from but they had a 4.9 rating and answered the phone right away. They also were readily available the next day to do the inspection. The technician who came out was very professional and explained the results. We were very happy with the service.

My experience with Quality Septic didn't start well but ended up on a very good note. The owner has been extremely professional in his approach to addressing some of the issues I had. He reached out, listened to my concerns then addressed them accordingly. I would definitely use their services in the future and highly recommend them for your next project.

Our septic needed urgent cleaning and Quality Septic was able to respond the same day. Their truck and equipment is extremely clean and maintained. The crew was professional, answered questions, and efficient. A job well done. I’ve used Quality at least twice before and they have always done a very good job.

Quality Septic is the absolute BEST in septic repair and new system installation! We utilized Quality for years in maintaining our system and when it aged out and needed replacement, (new drain field, piping and lift station install), Quality Septic was our first and only choice. We were not disappointed. The install was completed in a timely manner and was of the highest quality. The professionalism of Quality’s onsite technician Joe could not have been better. He completed the job quickly and maintained the highest standards. Angelo, the company’s service representative demonstrated the utmost professionalism in answering any questions or concerns we have had in dealing with our septic issues. Quality’s owner Kevin is probably the most accessible and responsive business owner I have ever dealt with. He does everything he possibly can to fairly treat customer concerns and shows true empathy in meeting needs. I would recommend Quality Septic every time to address your septic needs.

The laundry room would flood every time a load of wash was washed. A different company installed the septic system but I wish Quality had been the company: our system was poorly installed. Quality septic responded quickly and saw that the lift pump was fried. They promptly replaced the lift pump and the septic system has worked well since. They fixed it 7 months ago but I waited to post just to be sure there weren't any other issues. I strongly recommend this company. Whether you need repairs or a new system, this is the company to hire. They know what they're doing. They are prompt, efficient and on time. Thanks Quality!

I love this company! I recently purchased a new home and need a good septic inspection. A friend has used this company for years and highly recommended them. They did a great job and were so polite and wonderful to work with. The price for septic inspections are pretty universal. However, I recently had an issue where a tree removal company accidentally ran over my septic tank area and needed a second inspection. They were right there for me and gave me a discount since the system had just been inspected. Also, since I'm new to using a septic, I've had to call with questions and they always answer them, putting my mind at rest! They are so friendly and Angelo is so kind. I have recommend them to several friends and will continue to do so!

Bobbie and Steven were great. They were on site right at the start of my time window! That never happens with any company. They were extremely professional and did I great job with the septic inspection. They gave me peace of mind on the house I have under contract and actually left it in better condition than when they arrived. Had Quality Septic come out to clean out septic. I used them in 2019 to clean out and inspect septic tank. Call them this morning for a clean again coming up on 3 years and toilets were bubbling. They two guys that came to my house were Polite and respectfully and did an excellent job. Very excellent customer service on the phone scheduling the appointment and when came to do clean out! Will definitely be using them every time!

EXCELLENT!! We had to have the septic replaced. Got several quotes and decided to go go with Quality Septic since they had done another in the neighborhood. The excavation/installation went quickly, and the finished job was superb. The staff was professional and the cleanup got done quickly. I appreciate the quality job by Josh and his team.

UPDATE: 2 months later and I can’t believe I let it get so bad. The system they installed is working incredible. We put new sod in the backyard and it looks beautiful.

I want to apologize as this review should have been done a few weeks ago. We started having some tell tale signs indicating that we were having septic issues. I called Quality Septic and Jason came out and completed a through inspection. He indicated what problems we had and made recommendations. In the end we elected to have our system replaced. We were quoted a price and signed a contract.

There were two crews that came out Junior, and JJ, as well as Anthony, Steven, and Andy that worked on our project. I cannot say how impressed with the work that they did. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone. They were on time and efficient. We had no down time so there was not inconvenience on our part. In fact by the time they were done, the area was better graded than it was prior to the new install.

Alex and Andy were very courties, professional and knowledgeable. It was the first time that I had my Septic system cleaned since I bought the house and I didn't know what kind I had. They were happy to educate and advise me as to "does" and "do not" as it pertains to maintenance. I will surely recommend them to my neighbors.
