We've used Matthews Well & Pump for years for our well and water filtration service. Today, Israel installed a new water heater for us. Israel is knowledgeable, professional, and really nice! 5 stars! Always 5 stars for Matthews technicians and also for Kelly, who answers the phone whenever I call for service.

Sean showed up on time and provided excellent service. He fully explained everything related to a new well pump and pressure tank. Found issues with the power line and pvc connections. Spent all day making sure everything was completed correctly. As always, Matthews Well and Pump provided great service. Thank you!

Water heater needed replaced. Called and staff was here within an hour. New tank ordered and delivered by additional staff and work was completed in 2 hours. The team was courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I have been doing business with Matthew Well and Pump for several years now. Couldn't ask for a more professional company to come service my system. When I had a break in the line a few years ago, they sent someone out right away. I thought it would be expensive since it was an emergency, but to my surprise it was very reasonable. Technician Robert Mc Kinkey is the nicest person. He is very friendly and does a through job. I have a maintenance done each year and am very pleased with Robert's work. Matthew’s Wells and Pump team is servicing my water system(well pump, pressure tank and water treatment units) since 2016. They are very reliable, honest, and use the most reliable quality parts and materials. My 27 years water pump failed, and today was replaced by John. John is an excellent, most knowledgeable technician. Quality of his work is great, he always provides detailed explanation of services and ensures that we have clean water every day of the year. Harrison and Mitchell are EXACTLY what any business would want to have representing it in the field. I just noticed they have the same last name, they must be brothers. I should have known it! Both were, and are, equally impressive. Exceptional knowledge and know-how. And very likeable, which doesn't hurt one bit! This was my first experience with your company. I woke up one Friday morning to no water. The company that installed my well and pump couldn’t help. After a few phone calls Matthews said they would see if they could get a tech to help. A few minutes later they said a tech was on the way. My pressure tank was replaced in a couple hours. He also replaced the filter in the water filter without being asked and put me on their list to service it annually. He was friendly and professional. They are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.

Israel Hodges was great. Ended up we didn’t have a problem, but he explained how the relatively new well worked and why we thought we had an issue. He was very pleasant and professional. Matthews handled both our wells and maintenance!

I can't say enough good things about this company and John. He was amazing. He answered all of our questions and explained the whole process. He got our well working in less than 3 hours. Our well pump went bad and they were able to come out right away and get everything fixed. I will for sure use this company again and recommend this company to everyone I know. We are so glad we found Matthew’s Well & Pump!
We had already had a plumber out that charged us a 200$ service call to only tell us our water level was low.
Turns out we needed Robert from Matthew’s to come out. He quickly diagnosed our system and determined that we had a leak between our well and jet pump in the cellar. Robert was very informative and explained in great detail our issue and options.
Instead of new deep well, which the previous plumber suggested, Robert was able to use our old 1inch copper line as a conduit for a new 3/4 inch plastic line. A couple hours later we had water a new holding tank and constant pressure in our home.
We can’t recommend Matthew’s and Robert enough.
I am a blue collar worker myself and can’t express how impressed I was with the knowledge, determination, and professionalism everyone at Matthew’s had been.

Matthews Well and Pump was a great business to work. Very professional, helpful and friendly. They sent periodic appointment reminders and a message prior to arrival with pictures of the technicians coming. Israel and Dillion were also very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They talked us through everything they were doing and why. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend them.

Sean showed up on time, and was considerate enough to wait 15 minutes for me to finish my online class as originally planned. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Based on that interaction, I felt that the company is interested in keeping customers' long-term business and values its reputation of offering quality work at fair prices.

Had Matthews here for an inspection. Found issues with my pressure tank and was able to replace it right away versus coming back. Kent Cantwell, their tech was polite and kept me informed of what was going on. Matthews Well & Pump is definitely my first call when I need service on my well and equipment.

These people are the greatest. I called Friday morning and talked to Kelly. So professional. She told me we could have a technician around noon time. I get a message that a technician named Mitchell is in route. I’m going to tell you these guys are the best. Mitchell diagnosed it right to the problem. He explained everything to me and future services. Very well pleased.
