OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was given a reasonable quote for an inspection on a septic system. The quote included a breakdown of the process and the cost of each phase. Joshua obtained a copy of the original septic plans. He marked the tank and two lids for the crew a day before the scheduled appointment because he was unable to be there for the job. The crew arrived 10 minutes early. During the process I was provided with an explanation of the different components of the septic system, the function of each, and what deficiencies to look for. They neatly and methodically completed the job; providing me with a quote to have risers installed for ease of future maintenance. What amazing people. I cannot make a strong enough recommendation.

This company went far above and beyond. They not only answered all of my questions in my several phone calls, but they arrived early in the day, with a courtesy phone call, and were absolutely delightful. Sure, they pumped our tank, but they also spent a great deal of time and effort trying to help us with another issue - and they did it in the rain, with outstanding attitudes. Affordable, sure. Competent, absolutely. But the level of service from this family-run operation is what sets them apart from so many people we encounter. They were a pleasure to work with, and I could not recommend them more.

I used Top Septic Service to pump out my septic tank at home. They were on time. They even showed me how often that it needed to be pumped. Suggested me getting a " riser lid " for access to the tank if it ever needed pumping again. All they would need to do is go through that access point and pump the tank out without having to dig up the ground to get to the lid ! Very professional !
Will definitely use them again and also highly recommend them ! Also , family and veteran owned !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called Top Septic Service on a Saturday when our Septic backed up. They were very friendly on the phone and said they could be at our house in about an hour and they were. They did a great job for a fair price. I highly recommend Top Septic Service for anyone needing this service. I can guarantee that I will call them the next time I need service.

Had a backup on a Saturday afternoon. Called around to a few places that said they could be out the next day... but with a family of five that was not ideal for us. Found Top Septic service after googling for 24 hour service. I called and they said they would be out within a couple of hours. Man and wife team took care of our tank quickly and for a fair price. I was impressed with their responsiveness after hours and I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg. I saved their number in my phone because they will be my first call next time. Highly recommend!

We recently had a backup that was leaking into our basement. We called another local septic company based on their many great reviews early the next morning. It was before they opened so we were told to text them an address and someone would call us back and let us know when they could be out. A couple hours later, we called back. They said it would be later in the day before they could get to us, so we waited…and waited. At 5pm we called again. We called several different numbers they have listed. We left messages on all three numbers. No one called us back, so we called Top Septic. Not only did they answer, but they were very friendly and helpful over the phone and let us know exactly when they’d be out which was the next morning. They showed up on time, worked hard to uncover our tank, and got us going again quickly. Great people! Will definitely call them first in the future.

Make this your first and only call. They are the best, hands down. I called them early on a Sunday morning and within one hour they were at my house. Heidi and Joshua are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They worked very hard with my particular situation which most companies would have turned down due to it not being a simple pump out. They went above and beyond and took care of my septic tank. They went the extra mile to clear all of my clog at the inlet pipe as well. They were very neat, clean and took extra measures to not let the hose clamp scratch my pool deck or hurt any of the plants ... we had in the area. Professional,friendly, timely, neat and very reasonably priced. I can't thank them enough!

Very happy with the service from Top Septic. Pumping our tanks took a little more effort as they had to get under the edge of the driveway. They were very responsive and very friendly. Would highly recommend as their quality of work and service was remarkable.

My septic tank was full, called Top septic and had the best experience with the owner. Made an appointment for today(Friday 1/13/23) and they can put. Called on their way. Both the husband and wife team were very knowledgeable and proficient. I was so thankful for them. They pumped the septic tank, let me know about low flow toilets in our home style, also about tree roots within the tank and how to get rid of them. They worked quick and chit chat with me the whole time explaining everything and answered all my questions. By far the best experience I’ve had as a homeowner with a maintenance issue. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone in the area!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was the sweetest as well as the 2 that came to the house.

Top Septic did a great job at a fair price.a previous company told me the tank was 4 feet deep and would require equipment. When a rep from Top Septic arrived, they told us that was not correct. The system was less than 2 feet deep. They asked for a fair price, did not charge for the estimate, showed up when they promised, and did what they agreed to. Highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about Top Septic and their crew. These people work hard and get the job done. It is also done right. I would recommend Joshua and the crew to anyone with septic needs. I am so grateful for the work they did(Lord have mercy). Thank you. I won’t have to worry about my drain field for the rest of my life.

If you need septic tank service, I would highly recommend Top Septic Service. I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Friday, and approximately a few hours later, I realized my septic was overflowing and called back for assistance. Top Septic Service immediately responded to my house within 30 minutes to resolve my septic issue rather than making me wait for the appointment, which was scheduled for 2 days later. I was extremely grateful for their service and would give them 10 Stars if it was possible.

I want to start by saying that Top Sepic Service has never been out to our house yet and I can tell they are a courteous customer service oriented company. I emailed about an issue I was having with my septic system and they responded with something I could try to take care of myself without them coming out to the house. I did what they recommended and it has worked just fine. How many companies do that? They could have said we will come out, take a look and do the same thing I had done for a price.. Thank you Top Septic for your help with this matter, they will be the first company I call in the future for our septic needs!

These guys are absolutely TOP TIER! We recently had our septic system back up and of course it happened on a weekend outside of normal business hours. I called a company to come out and they couldn't make it out that night, however they did reach out to another company (Top Septic Service) who may have been more available. Their tech Blake came out at almost 9pm to pump our septic and get us back up and operational again. Blake was nothing but courteous and professional, also Blake did recommend an annual pumping service to alleviate the need for future emergency services, which we are happily going to sign up for with this company. Thank you Top Septic Service for your excellent quality of service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company if I could I'd give 10 stars!
