Had Marcos Lopes come out to repair my septic tank. This happened to be on a day that we had tornado warnings. Got a call saying that they wanted to come out early to beat the rain storms projected to come over the area. I agreed and said it was fine and they did a great job. Marcos had a ride along, I believe his name was Michael. Both guys were nice and open to conversation while working. Will definitely use this company again if I have any further issues.

I called to have someone come give us a quote on a leak in our crawlspace, and they had come to the house, given me the quote, and left within 30 minutes! I got both an email and a text with my inspector’s name, and Kyle was so thorough, efficient, and kind. So convenient and would recommend!

I received a call that the Roto-Rooter associate was on his way to my home, and would arrive in 45 minutes. The RR associate was on time and proceeded to pump my septic tank. He did advise me to get my tank (1500 gallons) pumped every 7-10 years for a two person household. Good advice! He completed my service in an hour and recommended that I add Rid-X in a week to assist the septic tank to properly work.

Arrived quickly and persisted to fix a sewer drainage issue that was near my sewer pump. Jessie really knew what he was doing and he investigated for a while before he discovered the actual issue which had been going on for a while. We were very grateful and certainly feel like his service was well worth the money. Would absolutely use roto rooter again for this type of issue.

Roy Jiles came out to my house on very short notice. It was an emergency situation, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was professional and I would highly recommend.

I needed my septic tank drained. I called another company and never got a call back. I called Roto Rooter and the young man was here almost immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing. He was done much faster than I expected and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to any one with any plumbing problems!

Called the company around 7pm guy told me a few hours till they arrived which is fine. So the technician got there and looked under the house where the fill line was coming out and my tank has never been pumped before and no clue where the lids really were at. He called is boss and basically was nothing they could do till the access lids were found and left. Was charged $125.00 for basically nothing and a 20 minute visit.

I strongly suggest staying away from this company. I used another business that came out found the tank and cleaned it out and they were much more professional.

Brad was awesome. He found the leak and fixed it quickly. He, also, gave us all the information and estimates we asked for. This dude is amazing.

I can't speak for all techs at Roto Rooter but my experience with 2 by the names Rudy and Jeff were awesome. They came out to clean out the water in my crawlspace and made sure to do it proper. Rudy was a trooper and was outstanding to get under there for 2 days straight. Now when I needed actual plumbing done seeing as how my pipes are cracked and bad they sent a young guy by the name of Noah who in my opinion chose the wrong field of work. He refused to go under there stating it was too wet. Pretty boys should sit behind desks with that attitude!! I am now waiting on 2 more techs to come and fix my pipes. Their names being Roy and not sure the other just know it's his brother. Please for the love of God let them do a good job and know what they are doing. My brother is a plumber Tj Webb but is out of town at the moment so I will have someone to inspect it if needed. Well Y"all Roy came out and did a very professional and fantastic job. Good morning friends and family just wanted to give a big shout out to rotor rooter . My sewer backed up yesterday into my bathroom. I call this company they came right out and I got the same guy. Had 2 years ago that came a very nice young man polite. Does his work professional and kind and honest? That's the kind of people you want in your home thank you so much Roto Rooter for the great service ❤️

Truck 104 driving erratically almost causing several accidents no working lights at all swerving violating every DOT law Causing damage to my 2025 GMC truck

I had a great experience. I called at 6:30 am and spoke to a live person. Next, I got a call back from another live person when the office opened. I was able to schedule an appt that day during a time window that worked for me. The office was communicative by text and email about the appt time and expected ETA. Tony came and was super friendly and helpful. He handled my main line clog very quickly, answered all my questions, and got me back on track. It was all as easy and pleasant as you could hope for and at a fair price. I definitely recommend.

We had a fitting break on a pipe in the garage last night and a few technicians were able to fix it. We're definitely looking into getting the entire house updated with new pipes so that we have no more issues in the future. Great service and a knowledgeable crew!

Our home's main line was clogged on a Saturday morning. We called for an appointment and Tony arrived within the hour. He immediately found the issue and unclogged our line. He also did a thorough walk through of our water usage and gave us tips on how to prevent it from happening again. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Will not do business anywhere else! This is the first time I’ve used Roto Rooter and it literally took an hour from the time I called into the answering service to have my problem fixed. The answering service was friendly and efficient. The on call dispatcher was informative and friendly. Our tech Jessie was here within 30 min of my first call and the line from the clean out to the septic was cleared within 15 min. Every single person I interacted with was the best! This was an after hours call and the price was fair. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience! Thank you.
