I Talk to them on a Friday morning around 9:00 a.m. told them I had a sewer line at my house that was completely clogged by 11:00 a.m. my wife had called me and told me they had already been by the house the drain was unclogged and everything was working great I can't say enough about how quick and efficient they were at taking care of our problem

I've been using Kington Sewer and Septic Drain Cleaning for over 35 years. They have always done a good job for me at a reasonable price.

After many years of using this company and always paying them on time we were told they don’t ever want to come to our trailer court again. No explanation. I guess they got to big to take our money anymore.

There is no one better in finding your buried septic tank! This is a fine family business which provided an invaluable service to me in finding our septic tank on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. I would never use anyone else!

These guys are excellent! They fixed a simple drain repair quickly and at a fair price. Also clean, polite and showed up when they said they would.

This so called company is very unprofessional, rude, discourteous,and has no idea what customer service truly is. I will not recommend this so called company to anyone. Don’t bother calling the head of the company over any problems. They don’t care. You will get blown off. If you need this kind of service make sure you call someone else.
On sunday 4-22-18 i had the aggravation of running into this company. They were servicing my neighbors house and had their truck blocking our road. There wasn’t enough room to be able to get my truck by. Mind you, the house they were at had a gravel driveway that is flat and big enough you can fit two of their trucks side by side. I walked up to the driver side door. There was a young guy sitting in the passenger seat , playing on his cell phone. I waved, he acknowledged me so i opened the door. I told him i needed him to move the truck so i could get by so i could go to work. After 5-10 minutes of this young guy playing trivial pursuit with me. I became frustrated.
young Guy: Can u wait a minute we are writing up a ticket.
Me: i can’t wait i have to go to work i’m gonna b late.
young Guy: what are you driving? We haven’t had anyone having issues getting by this morning.
Me: I’m in a full sized truck there is t enough room to go by. I need you to move your truck. He finally huffed and puffed ,got out of the truck, slammed the door ,and made his way to the other side. I began to walk to my truck, said thanks ,and before i got 10 steps he got a heck of an attitude with me telling there was no reason for my attitude. I never once got an attitude until after he popped off to me. Well that’s when everything went downhill. After a heated argument and exchange of a lot of words, he went into the house and got his partner. His parter came out ,not knowing the situation, and automatically had an attitude. We had words as well. After 20-30 mins of all this, me having to call the police, my girlfriend calling the company and speaking tho their boss. They finally moved their truck. During all of this they both are standing in my yard yelling and cussing. In which i wasn’t putting up with it and exchanged words and multiple times told them to get off of my property. I ended up 20 mins late for work, and come to find out they charged my neighbor for the entire time they were not working but out yelling and standing in my yard not doing their job and blocking the road. I would give the zero stars if i could.

I am so thankful for their prompt service. They came and addressed the issue and figured it out immediately. Their customer service was wonderful and I will call again if ever needed. Thanks so much Kington Sewer & Septic!

If you have tree roots in your sewer, call Kington first. They didn't try to upsell and the price was very reasonable. They have a root cutter tool and a water jet that clears everything out. Glad to have the issue resolved.

Richard and Tyler came out to our gym in Oak Ridge and did a great job clearing out the line. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!

Two upstairs tubs were not draining properly so I called KINGTON and am I ever GLAD I did ! I got FAST, COURTEOUS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE at a very REASONABLE PRICE and SCOTT & JASON worked diligently to resolve all my issues. I am so pleased with my KINGTON experience. If I ever have another issue, I definitely want SCOTT & JASON back to resolve it ! KINGTON should be very proud of the EXCELLENT work these two employees do !

Highly recommend them. They came out on a Sunday and fixed my drain problem and instructed me on what to have done to prevent future problems. Communication was great. Very polite too.
