Extremely good service from Richard & Tyler!! We had a plugged drain line from one of our toilets. It took them four hours of cleaning the line from a plug that was "as bad as it can get." They persevered and we are once again able to use the toilet!

For 2 weeks; we had plumbers and septic guys out to fix our backup, with no luck. In a matter of a few hours (If that); our problem was solved. The guys didn’t talk down to us and explained what was happening. I would absolutely recommend them!

Two guys came out, had the right tools, knew what they were doing and had it sorted out in short order. They were able to provide same day service for me. Price seemed reasonable for two guys, a truck and tools to be at my house for an hour.

This company came out to our business extremely quickly and solved our issue insanely efficiently. Both of their employees were extremely polite and cognizant of our customers. 10/10. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again.

These guys were amazing! they worked two days and worked hard. We had a serious drain blockage and they were amazing. They were also very reasonable on their price. We are on a fixed income and they were great! I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Scott and Danny came to clear a couple of severely clogged pipes at my grandfather's house. They were both professional and genuinely kind folks. They got the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I will be sure to keep this business in mind for future jobs.

They came to clean out our "sewer" line and discovered we had a Septic tank instead. They cleaned the drains and located the septic tank and dug up the lid just to check things out. We needed to pump and they made recommendations for a residential pumping service. Turns out we also need to get the inlet and outlet T's repaired. So more fun. But we appreciated their work and tracking down the problems to address the issues we were having.

CALL KINGTON FIRST to resolve your plumbing problem! They cleared our sewer line from beginning to end, approximately 140 feet to the city main - other companies didn’t have the equipment. (Roto Rooter came out 5 days prior, charged MORE, and wouldn’t respond to a request for follow up service.)

The Kingston reps are professional and thorough. And their charges are more than fair.

They came out to clean out my pipes, but after the same problem continued exactly a week later, they came back out (at no cost). It was then we realized my problem was much bigger cleaning out the pipes. I was told I needed to call a plumber and owner called me to offer a full refund! They were extremely nice and accommodating.

These guys get five stars for me hands-down. Very professional operation from the office staff to the technician my experience couldn’t have been better. Punctual, courteous, respectful, and the work was good too. In addition, the owner went over and above the call of duty to help me get reimbursed by my home warranty company. These are the guys to call if your drains are plugged.

Beware.. Was told $350 to $550 to show up to address my drain clog, regardless of whether it was at the septic tank or at the house. Without looking at it, over the phone, was told how they'd have to do this or that with my septic tank and the cost would be these big number even if the clog was in the main at the house and not with the septic tank. My home is only 16 months old, so it's not ready for septic services. I cancelled my appointment and resolved it with a $13 bladder drain de-clogger in the main drain near the house. I can't believe the price these guys charge to just show up, prescribing septic issues over the phone with minimum in $300s to $550 range regardless of whether it's with the septic tank or not. People seem to happily just pay it.

We have used Kington as needed over the last 17 years of our business. Yesterday at our Rental was again the 5 star experience we are accustomed to. In todays world where no one shows up to work, its more common to be disappointed with service than it was just 2 years ago. Unfortunately businesses suffer for the lack of employees actually willing to work for a pay check.

However, Kington is still on top of their game. Technicians arrived when they said they would, did their job exceptionally quick and the quoted price was exactly what we paid. Thank you so much for your help with clearing the tub Drain!

We had an excellent experience with this company. Two men came promptly within an hour after I called. They were experienced, friendly, clean and professional. They worked hard for 2 hours, took care in our house to clean up after themselves and their charge was reasonable. I would highly recommend them. .

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I could not fix with my handy-dandy drill mounted snake. I called my regular plumber to see if he could help, but he said he no longer has the equipment to unclog drains and recommended Kington. One of my best friends is a general contractor and he also recommended Kington. I called and Richard and Tyler were here in about an hour. They knew what they were doing, were very careful with my old house plumbing and had the clog broken free in about 30-45 minutes. They then cleaned up the mess! I would use them again. Call them.

Responsive, efficient service and capable and professional techs. Recently had a clogged sewer drain with company in the house discovered overnight and Kington techs Jerry and Nick came out first thing in the morning and quickly unclogged the drain. They were friendly and helpful. Have used Kington for years and have always gotten great service!

We've used Kington for more than 3 decades. Over 30 years we called them from time to time to our apartment complexes in Knoxville where they always responded quickly with competent, professional and courteous service. Kington Drain Cleaning is great! When I called a polite man said they not be able to come until tomorrow which I said was fine, mine was not an emergency. They called a few hours later and came that day. They did a fantastic job of cleaning our main sewer drain at far less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend using them for any drain issues. Kington was able to get to my situation earlier than expected which was such a help for me. Dean and Jason were able to provide what the plan was quickly and addressed the issue in a timely matter. Very respectful, experienced, and carful working inside the home. When they handed me the invoice I was surprised in a good way.

Exceptional response time and customer service! The lady that answered our call was very pleasant to speak with, and Richard and Tyler arrived within an hour and a half of our call. We had a clogged sewer line, and after much hard work they were able to have our line flowing smoothly again.
