We had an appt scheduled for 12pm to 4pm for a week for our routine septic cleaning. We took off work to assure our presence, as instructed by the coordinator. When we hadn’t heard from them by 1 pm, we called to confirm our appt. We were assured they would be to our residence by 4 pm. When no one showed by 4:30pm we called, and were treated extremely unprofessional by the coordinator. When we asked to talk someone in charge, the treatment declined to extremely unprofessional with rudeness and snide remarks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In a time were communities are attempting to rally to help small business, you would think that those small businesses would have a certain level of commitment to their customers, but it was made apparent to us that this small business does not care.

These people are the BEST!!! They helped us out of a really tough situation and were so very kind and caring and helpful! So glad I called them! And don't forget to ask for TINA. She is awesome!!!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Knew nothing about septic tanks or where to begin as a new homeowner. Tina was extremely helpful and informative. She very clearly shows that Humbert is a company that cares about helping people. Highly recommend.

I had to get my septic cleaned, but had no idea what information I needed or what to do. I called and the lady on the phone was able to schedule the service on one of my days off. They showed up on time and Larry was a great guy and he gave me tips on how to properly care for my septic system. He even gave my daughter $5 for her birthday! I am definitely happy I called Humbert, and they have my business for life!

Humbert Sanitary has maintained and repaired my HSTS (Home Sewage Treatment System) for many years. Their level of knowledge and expertise was the primary reason I switched from my previous supplier. The staff members that have serviced my unit have always been professional and thorough. Tina and Michael are fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure that my system is maintained and working properly and I am satisfied with the work. I recommend them highly.

I had my septic tank clean by your professional “Eli” and I was beyond pleased with how they do business! I called a called another company in the area and they discouraged me from having my tanks pumped as it had not been a year? Then after arguing with me that I should not have them pumped, asked me if we had the same concrete drive I said no we had replaced about 6-7 months ago. The secretary immediately said let me check came back to the phone and said it has to be a year of new concrete! Ok I will check with another company. Called Humberto accomadated me immediately came the next day. Professional and very informative I will only use this company in the future! Congrats on your outstanding professionalism!

Had a septic emergency. Family was coming in a few hours for a holiday dinner. Humbert worked us into a packed schedule to save the day.

Wanted to Thank Tina, the receptionist, for all of her valuable information, about our septic system and scheduling our appointment. I have never had a septic system before and she was Very Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Professional, while talking on the phone. Also wanted to Thank Eli, the Service Technician, he was Very Professional, Courteous, and Friendly when he arrived. he cleaned our tank and distribution box, with NO mess and gave me some valuable tips for maintaining our system !! I would Highly Recommend Humbert Septic Tank Cleaning, if your are in need, and especially Eli and Tina, they were AWESOME !!!!!

WOW!! What an AMAZING company the whole experience- Right from Tina running the office and scheduling for us! She was absolutely one of the most knowledgeable individuals that we have experienced in a LONG time about her industry! To Brian the Tech that came out to service and pump for our daughter and son in law! Again he was TOP NOTCH in his industry! We were definitely pleased with the entire service start to finish!! Called in and the women that answered was very unpleasant. Asking me ridiculous questions and interrupting me when I tried to answer. She would have made me feel stupid, but I am not a septic specialist, hence I attempted to call one. I assumed by the other reviews that stated they knew nothing of septic yet this company was kind and informative. Apparently my business was just not worth the that. Luckily septic pump specialist are far and wide and I can find a different company to service my rental properties.

I just purchase a new home with septic and I haven't had a septic tank in over 30 years. Cody who came out to clean the tanks was wonderful, explained what I should and shouldn't do. Debbie in the office was great when I called to setup the service. Great service all around! THANK YOU!
