Robinson did a great job for me. The driver (Heath) was extremely courteous. The service was minimally invasive (nice long hoses so they didn't have to drive on my lawn). The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Had our septic pumped - John was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable after shopping it around. Next day service, even ahead of schedule. Definitely a job you don't want screwed up, so hiring a company that's been doing it for 40 years turned out to be the right call.

Excellent company! They saved me from a weekend without plumbing! Water started running into my basement Thursday night, then had a rooter company out Friday morning who told me my septic tank was full. I just bought the house on foreclosure a month ago, and had no idea where my septic tank was located on the property and the county had no records on my house, either. Robinson Septic (John and boss Rick) was able to come out only hours after I called them (on a Friday afternoon) and they were very knowledgable and helped me find my septic tank and helped me dig it up. They gave me suggestions on how to prevent further problems and how to deal with the tree roots in my tank. They located my tank, dug it up, and pumped it all for less than other companies quoted me to just pump. I would HIGHLY recommend this company- they do a great job, are very friendly, and the price was more than fair. They went out of their way to make sure the job was completed on the first visit.

Robinsons recently pumped a tank for us, for a Real Estate transaction. It was no easy task in the snow. They made sure it was done in the time frame we needed and they were able to help us get it plowed and the job was done on time. Patty is a great help and very professional. We will absolutely use them in the future.

Late Friday night rescue. Got to our condo in south haven to find we’d had a sewage back flow. Simon completed the project in the dark and made an extra trip back to holland to pick up the power flusher. He explained the problem and solved it. We were grateful and enjoyed the weekend. We highly recommended them

Simon was prompt, friendly, explained the possible cause of the issue and what he would do to remedy it as well as sleuth out the cause. He worked quickly and with great skill. Not only do we not need to stay in a hotel again tonight, we should be free of the problem for quite some time. It feels good to know once we clean up from this current issue, we won’t have it recur for awhile. Great, fast friendly service. Five stars!

We were having issues with our toilet overflowing. We called 2 other places and we weren’t able to get anyone to come out and help. We have my entire family staying with us (9 people) because they had a house fire, so we needed the toilet fixed ASAP! Rapid Flush was very helpful on the phone from dispatch (Kelly), and we also worked with Gabe and Josh who were amazing! Gabe was able to make sure nothing was wrong with our septic tank, and Josh spent 2 hours working and fixed the issue! They were all very friendly and easy to talk to!

For years we had an industrial drain that would clog up every couple months and have to be opened with chain knockers. A single cleaning with RapidFlush's water jet has completely opened the drain for almost 2 years! They worked with our challenging location and unusual drains to perform an exceptional job that their competitors couldn't manage.

If you want it done right and fast, look no further. Had these guys work on a commercial septic tank that is plagued with issues(Not originally installed by them). They always have responded quickly, crew is always professional, and they do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Prices are very resonable and the customer service comes free.Can't say enough good things about this family owned buisness!

Robert saved the day and made a Sunday trip to pump our septic tank out. We had difficulty finding someone on Memorial Day weekend but he was willing to do it and was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire him again for septic or any other of his various services. Thanks Robert!

I don't remember our technicians names, but they were very informative and professional. They took the time to explain the entire system to me.

This place is so shady! They gave me a faulty system. They came out to do a warranty replacement that took them about 45 minutes and charged me $225! Have you ever heard of a company charging for servicing a warranty? Me either. Very shady business practices here.
