Brad replaced an outside water faucet for us today. He was on time and very friendly. He was nice enough to answer all my questions I had about other things about my home’s plumbing. Definitely will use this company again for my future home needs.

This time my garbage disposal went out and Jason K came and removed it at my request no questions asked. He also found that the pipes that drain the water weren’t properly leveled by the original builders, which led to my sink not draining properly, unbeknownst to me (which was also likely why the disposal went out in the first place because it caused things to back up). Jason was able to not only remove my garbage disposal for us and connect everything up so we didn’t need to worry about having one anymore, but he also fixed the drain pipe so the water now exits properly and it only took about an hour. These guys are also very respectful and used those cloth booties in order to not track anything onto the floors.

10/10 I definitely recommend Roto-rooter. Competitive pricing and extremely fast response time. Not to mention Jason educated me on multiple things and made sure I knew where the main shutoff valve to the house was as well as the shutoff valve for the hot water heater in case of an emergency…which is obviously extremely valuable information.

I’ve never had even one bad experience with Roto-rooter in my life and they definitely know what they’re doing. When Jason took the time to fix a mistake the house builders made, it blew me away. He could have just removed the disposal and charged me for it and left but the fact he went above and beyond speaks volumes! He also told me how how to make sure all the buildup from the mistake the original home builder made was drained so I wouldn’t have to call them back out in a week. Here we are, a week later and no issues!

I hope to never need to call a plumber back out, however, being a home owner it’s inevitable. We at least have comfort knowing roto-rooter will take good care of us.

When we were having plumbing issues we called Roto Rooter. They send out a tech named Dale Yerger who provided excellent service. He got the job done in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Brad came the next day after I called the company. He told me exactly what I needed and came back out the next day and installed a new water heater for me. Brad is professional and very good at what he does. A really nice guy. And the office staff is very friendly. Especially Paul. This is a good company to work with.

Two weeks ago, my wife and I started noticing a foul odor coming from our bathroom. It would come and go, but was especially noticeable when it rained. A quick Google search led me to three plumbing companies, and I decided to go with Roto-Rooter since they showed up first—and I’m so glad I did.

I met Tony Calestini on a Saturday. From the moment he arrived, I got a great vibe from him. He inspected both the bathroom and the crawl space beneath our home. Since the odor wasn’t present at the time, he recommended a smoke test to pinpoint the source and scheduled a follow-up for the following week.

Tony returned with an assistant, and although the smoke test didn’t reveal anything at first, he didn’t stop there. He kept investigating and eventually found the culprit—gaps in the plumbing pipes under the toilet lavatory, with similar gaps under the kitchen sink. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and gave me practical advice, even specifying the materials I could use to seal the gaps myself. Sure enough, after I followed his recommendations and we had another rainfall, the smell was completely gone.

What stood out even more than his professionalism was Tony himself. During the visit, we chatted about football, soccer, and basketball—turns out we had a lot in common. He’s like the friendly neighbor you enjoy talking to: engaging, sincere, and down-to-earth. We even talked about where he lives and his farm. It felt more like talking to a friend than dealing with a contractor.

Tony is an absolute asset to Roto-Rooter. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his work and the people he helps. I had a fantastic experience and won’t hesitate to call him again if I run into any other plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

We have had Roto-Rooter out twice in the past couple of months- once in January to replace our water heater and once in March to replace a leaky freeze-proof faucet on the outside of our house. Both times, Roto-Rooter was quick to respond and send someone out to facilitate our repairs. Our water heater stopped working the middle of the night, so I was able to talk with a plumber on the phone to ease my concerns and schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning. Aaron did a great job explaining what was wrong with our water heater (we opted to just get a new one) and Tony worked in a tight space to fix our faucet. We are very thankful for these men and their help in fixing our plumbing situations! We will use Roto-Rooter for any future needs.

They answered the phone for starters, it only went up from there. I'm kicking myself for not going to them first. Everyone else was a voicemail or days out to fix an active broken line. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful, getting Kyle on his way immediately. He was here less than 30 min later, diagnosed, provided an estimate and had it fixed less than 3 hours after my initial call. Friendly and professional, Kyle made recommendations and listened to my needs. I will be using Roto-Rooter from now on, requesting Kyle Sloan for the work.

Called several places today when our rough-in pump vent blew out this morning. Despite the busyness during these sub-freezing times, Tony was with us within a few hours. He was great: friendly, informative, funny and very helpful. His supervisor, Lamar, also came out given the novel situation. We were extremely impressed that both were so honest and helped us find a very affordable solution. Super happy and will certainly hold onto their names for future use. Highly recommend!!

I contacted this plumbing company to fix my garbage disposal, and the experience was very unprofessional. Instead of coming out to inspect the issue, they immediately quoted me $500 or more and said they “don’t buy cheap parts.” The plumber even mentioned he lived over an hour away and didn’t want to come just to look at the problem.
How can you assume what a customer is willing to pay without even assessing the situation? The issue could have been minor, but they didn’t take the time to find out. This company wasted my time and showed no respect for professionalism. I do not recommend them.

I needed to have a toilet replaced, the tank cracked and there were cracks around the bowl as well. I called and in less than an hour, the technician, Moe, was here, had picked up a replacement toilet, gave me the estimate and went to work. Removed the old toilet installed the new on, in less than hour. Cleaned up everything. Fast, friendly, great service. Definitely will give them a call for any future plumbing needs!

We had a main valve break and Josh Stamps showed up within a hour to do the job. He is by far the best plumber I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and no bullshit. Reasonably priced and makes sure the job is done right.
