Kevin was prompt and communicated well. He was professional and actually really enjoyable to have a conversation with. He came in and got right to business got the job done very quickly and made recommendations for future maintenance. We will definitely call Express for our future septic needs.

I had a great experience! Had Jeff come and pump my septic tank, he was helpful, kind and most important knowledgeable. He had some advice about adding enzymes to the system which he offered but I felt no pressure to purchase them right then and there. I will be definitely be using them again!

I Highly recommend Express Septic Pumping. I had an appointment set up with them, then on the day of the appointment they had several challenges arise that would have required the appointment to be postponed. But, they went above and beyond all expectations and were still able to get me taken care of that day. It's getting pretty hard to find that good of customer service. Also, I had called a couple of other places first and was given a ball park of a month away for an appointment. Express was able to schedule me in, in less then a week. They will definitely be my first call next time.

Did a great job. Was a bit more expensive than I had planned. Work was 5 star. I was not happy with the cost. Originally was $389.00 , then $150.00 to break the crust , and then bought a box of enzymes for treatment of the sewer system . Total $620.98

Quick appointment within 24 hrs. The service tech Isaiah was friendly and did a great job. My only complaint is that we were not told of a 3% service fee for using a credit card. Would have paid with a check if we had known. Didn’t see charge until we got our email receipt.

We needed our septic pumped. These guys were great! So easy to schedule, friendly staff, fantastic communication to remind of appointment, and quick and efficient service. Mike was really friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely have him come back.

Where do we start?!? First, I called the office to see if they could get me in on short notice for a sale of my home. They we able to get me in the schedule the next day. Then Mike our service tech came out and holy moly what a great guy! Personal, cheerful, efficient, and professional. We had to dig a bit to get to the access and he got right on it instead of taking his time. He even offered to install a riser for next time so we didn't have to dig. The entire experience was beyond expectations and as great as could be for such a necessary and dirty job.

My family has done business with Express Septic Pumping for several years. They have been an exceptional company to work with from the very first phone call.
I had them pump my RV tank every 3 weeks and they were alway polite and punctual on every visit.Their price was the best in the Valley and they stood buy that price every time they came out.
The office staff was always very kind, polite and they never forgot to give me a reminder call to set up my appointment.
The Drivers never forgot to call the morning of the appointment to confirm someone would be available to let them on the property. They also would send a text about 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival. They were always professional, tidy and accommodating.
I would not hesitate to recommend Express Septic Pumping service to anyone. They’re by far, the very best septic service in the Treasure Valley!!

I have had very good results with Express. Had my septic tank pumped and my crawlspace inspected for leaks. Plus I use their enzymes treatment monthly in my septic. Have had no problems whatsoever and I highly recommend their service, the representatives are all kind and very courteous.

This company is great to work with! The communication is wonderful letting you know when a technician is on the way through texts and emails. The technician we worked with recently, (Ben) was professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. He explained everything we wanted to know in detail. He gave us options to choose from and an itemized list of things we could do to improve our plumbing. We will definitely be working with this company again.

Making appointment was easy with a simple call. Got the date/time I needed. They followed up with a reminder text the day before, a call from office when the tech was at prior job, and then tech called to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Jason was highly professional and courteous and efficiently took care of the dig/pump/inspect. He explained the process and gave some tips. This was second time I have used Express for my home, and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Online schedule was a breeze; friendly follow up call within 30 minutes to verify and get more details; and tech arrived in agreed upon window. Technician, Mike, was professional, courteous, and informative. He located lid quickly, dug it up, pumped, evaluated system, and then put all back together. We took him up on recommended enzymes and future treatment plan/schedule. Will recommend to others that need service. Thanks!

Was a very good experience from beginning to end. Made an appointment and was told we would receive a call when service provider was on the way. The gentleman explained the process and and pumping he said we had major blockage. He spent a significant amount of time removing the blockage with 100% success. Great customer service at a very reasonable cost.

Express Plumbing always does a great job whenever we need our septic tank pumped. It just so happened that this time it backed up the day before we were leaving out of town and we were extremely concerned and panicked about being able to schedule them in time before we had to leave early the next morning. No problem, Express Plumbing to the rescue! Toby the technician showed up within an hour and got us back up and running. He was very friendly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling them for any future septic service. Good job Express!
