This was our first time using Express and we were very pleased with the service. They offered same day service, even though it didn't work for me, I appreciated being offered a quick response. Jeff was very personable, and explained things as he worked. He had to locate our tank and was conscientious to give it his best effort so we weren't charged more. The pumping service was quick and efficient. We were offered additional services to help solve some issues we were having. I appreciated their knowledge. We look forward to working with Express again.

I needed my septic tank pumped and they were Johnny on the spot took no time for them to get over here. Got the job done. I was very pleased. Will definitely use them again. Jeff Davis did a great job.

In this world of mediocre services, Jake and express plumbing were standouts. Extreme professionalism from the initial phone call all the way through the end of service and follow up. I would be happy to use them again and I would be happy to recommend them to anybody needing their services.

I contacted Express Septic because the other company I was working with would not return my calls. The first contact I had with Express, they were ready to respond the same day. I could not work that so booked the next day. The job was to replace the exit baffle in the septic system. Since I did not know what that entailed I trusted Express to lead me the correct direction. The Tech, James, quickly analyzed the problem and gave me estimates. After choosing the best estimate for my situation he went to get parts while I dug out most of the dirt around the exit pipe. Upon returning he removed the old exit pipe and installed approximately 4 feet of ABS pipe and a T connection in about 30 minutes. Considering the minimal amount of supplies used and the time spent working on the system I thought $830 was a bit steep but didn't say anything because I had no idea it was so simple a fix before he worked on it. Would I have them do it again, Probably not. Did they do a good job, yes they did. I think the service was good and very timely but the cost was a lot more than expected. No I did not get other estimates because I was in a time crunch.

Very pleasant experience from scheduling to service completion. Great communication leading up to the appt. Jeff D was our service tech for our septic tank. He was timely, friendly and professional. We highly recommend!

My septic tank waste was backing up in the bathtub. I panicked and needed some one to come quick so I went online to find a company that could come immediately I found Express septic and they within an hour. Jeff Davis did an excellent job. Thank you so much and I will tell others about you.

James, came out dug up the lid to septic. Drained it. In a timely professional manner. It took him longer to get me estimates to have my toilet checked.

However, the toilet repair did not go as well. Luke, was very professional. But left around 7 pm I went in flushed the toilet. And it is not working. Will not hold water.
(3*) All but and hour of work time was removing and putting toilet back together. Actual snaking, going under the house. And sending a camera down the pipe, took only about 1 hour. And my toilet is still not working. I flushed it and it trys to refill but will not hold water.

James was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and explained the situation very clearly to me. He fixed the problem the same day and did a great job.

The guys that showed up were great guys and helped explain stuff to me. Great guys other than they showed up about a hour and a half later than what they told me they’d be here gave me a window of 8-12am and showed up at 130. Then charged me an extra 100 and some dollars because they pumped more than a 1000 gallons out of a my 1000 gallon tank. Not sure that I’ll use them again.

The 3 stars rating is because of the up charge in order for them to use the appropriate tools to clean my tank. There was an additional 150.00 charge that was not Mentioned when I made the appointment. At time of making the appointment they did tell me about an extra $59.00fee if my Tank lid was hard to find. But nothing mentioned about the other up charges

It’s like a Deisel mechanic coming out to work on my tractor and wanting to up charge me if I want him to use his end wrenches and not a bunch of Crescent wrenches to repair my tractor.

Service tech was prompt, arrived within the time frame I was given. He worked proficiently and very professionally. He was there to pump out the septic tank. He explained what he was doing and any issues that arose.
