Very pleased with the service from Tri County Septic the driver was very nice new what he was doing and on time. Would recommend to friends and family.

They were here within a half an hour of when we called. He was very courteous and explained things well.

We had a septic emergency at our house. Rick couldn't come out so he explained what he thought the problem could be and in detail how to fix it. In 30 minutes the problem was solved. Many thanks to Rick. We definitely will be using his company for all future septic services.

We woke up Saturday morning with a backed up septic. It was a disaster. They happily came out. They were the nicest people who did an amazing job. I will use them again. This is a company I would recommend.

Today I had some concerns as to the health of my septic system. I called and had a great conversation with Lisa the office manager. She was so helpful and taught me a great deal about my system. She didn't try to sell me something I may not need and left me with some great suggestions to determine if I do need service. Tri-County Septic really came through for me when I had an emergency situation with my sewer system. They were the only company that I could find who took the time to listen to my situation and make time in their schedule to come to my home a.s.a.p. He ended up coming after hours which I really appreciated.
