Cannot find a more nice, polite and professional person. I drove 35 miles just to do business with him. Fantastic prices and service. Enough can't be said. He brought peace to my chaotic sewer issues!

Awesome company to do business with. Called 7 A.M. and he was at my house by 10 A.M. Reasonable and fair pricing, and a very professional worker.

Mr. Rich did me a stand up job cleaning my septic tank! He is a honest and hard working man. He knows what he is talking about. I had purchased a aerator and was having questions about it but he reassured me that it was doing its job. I highly recommend him to everyone and he has good prices!

I used Bracy's about 2-3 times over the past several years without a problem. This time, due to his unprofessionalisn, I will never use him again. I called him to come out to pump out my septic tank. He said he would be there the next day, no time specified. I called the next day around noon to see what time he would arrive. He stated that he was there at 8am and no one was there and left. I asked him if he pumped out the tank and I would meet him to pay him. This is exactly what we arranged the last time since our schedules didn't line up. He said he didn't want to "get stuck with the bill." I said, "Sir, We've used your services several times in the past, and since when have we ever nit paid you?" I verified with my husband (he had also spoke to Richard on the phone) He told me it would be an extra $50 charge b/c I was bit there at 8am. My tenants were there all day and even stated at 8am they were outside sitting on the back steps. I'm never using his services ever again. I was a repeat customer and if he can't value and respect that, my business was taken to St. Amant Septic which provided great, professional service

I can not speak for the negative reviews below. However, I started making calls on Sunday evening expecting to leave messages with all the local companies. To my surprise, Richard picked up the phone at 9pm. He and his crew were at my house the next day at 8AM as scheduled. Services were performed at a reasonable price. His crew even cleaned up the area and rolled up all my hoses that were spread across the yard.

We had an excellent experience with A-1 Septic from start to finish. Lucas and his team were professional, punctual and efficient. Great prices and great people!!

Very professional and explained everything he did. He pumped my daughter’s septic and charged a very reasonable rate. No problems with communication, he was very concerned about not tearing the yard up with the truck. I have already recommended him to friends. Excellent service!

The dude that came to my place, well he is a great guy. Just cool, ya know. Very relatable. An all around good guy. Had he not been such a good guy, he could have charged me whatever he wanted. I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead, he took the time to explain that my system was is good working order. Except for the plug in the tail line. We spent more time talking about life and setting up the tools for the job than it took to do the job. I highly recommend!

Lucas was immensely helpful and informative. He took the time to show me and explain to me what was happening with our septic system. I appreciated his patience and advice and felt that he was a very genuine person. I would absolutely call him again and recommend him to anyone I know.

Lucas of Bracy’s A-1 Septic was great to work with. He communicated well, showed up for set appointment time, and fixed my issue in a timely manner, all while being reasonably priced. Lucas with Bracy’s A-1 septic took my call at 9:00 am scheduled a 12:30 appointment and was backing in when I pulled in from work. He not only cleaned my tank but assisted me with a couple extras! Got me rolling in an hour!! Great service and outstanding attitude! I highly recommend this service when needed!

I don't ride bandwagons. There's a good reason why my high opinion of Lucas matches everyone else's reviews. We all hired him. He fixed my problem, saved me money, and he can hold a pretty decent conversation if you just can't help yourself. (By the way, when you call, you'll get Lucas, don't worry 😉)

Absolutely great service received by the owner today. It was crazy cold and he came out and got it done quick. We have a toddler and he even let us watch him work because our toddler loves anything big truck related. Gave him a sticker after which he loved. Would definitely recommend to anyone we know!
